Worst laser clinic ever! They will always cancel your appointments in the very last minute and will not help you re-book!!. They do not pick up calls half the time either and we will need to go to the clinic to make the appointments. They cancelled my appointment twice after I reached the clinic and said they were facing issues with their machine and I had to go back. Not professional nor are they reliable. I think the management changed because when I used to go in the start of 2021 they were really good, however mid way of 2021 I think the management changed and so did the workings. In the end I was very fed up and wanted a refund for my last remaining session. THEY TOOK 2 MONTHS TO REFUND ONE SESSION!!! Never ever go here if you value your time and money.

Horrible piercing. They used a gun instead of a needle for a Helix piercing, and they recommended me to use alcohol wipes to clean the wound! Big no no!! Absolutely awful. Basic 101’s of piercing that I should have not experienced. Do not ever go to this place! I still have the scar from the piercing after 4 years 😡

I went today to the clinic & the technician was arguing with me about my review whereas she is the reason behind my disappointment & she was unprofessional despite the fact that when I was booking my appointment which is paid in advance btw, they said sorry we don’t have appointments for a month because technicians are on leave which for me was a real joke. Here is my previous review as well. I moved couple of month back to this clinic for laser hair removal & my overall experience is not encouraging at all. The technician doing the laser is definitely neither competent nor professional. The machine they use is different every time because they have ‘maintenance’ issues, they surprise you with the pain of the new machine & the result is not satisfying as all for someone who tried other providers like me.I don’t really recommend it.

Very bad service, they do not keep the records especially when you buy packages in advance. I bough laser sessions package after I bought, they couldnt give appointment during the weekend easily( i have to book like 2 months earlier) and I after suffering to get the appointment they will surprise after reaching the clinic that machine not working. And I will not stope, here 3 weeks ago they told me you have only 1 session left and today informed 0 session left... I dont know how how I gey two different words from the same system. Simply not recommend based on my experience.

Terrible clinic. I’m doing laser there and they’re super unprofessional. Always cancel my appointments or postpone them last minute which affect my results of the treatment. Machines break down and they book me with a different lady every visit. I spend 15 mins explaining my process through this treatment to every new lady that they book me with. They never answer the phone for rescheduling. Do not recommend to anyone.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I went for my teeth cleaning and whitening to Dr. Umika and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure and did a exceptional work. 100% recommended for everyone

Dr Kamkar clinic is one of the best clinics I went to in dubai .. their treatment, staff and front desk employees are beyond great and always making sure I have my services done with perfection, they are always helpful and friendly especially the front desk staff.Its been around 6 months since i chose dr. Kamkar, I do my treatments with Jincy Thomas and i couldnt be any happier with the results she gave me ,, very thorough and very detailed person and always making sure I am comfortable and satisfied during the session, on each session she always asks about the progress and how I feel and what is our next step.Their packages are always top notch and exciting to chose from as they provide multiple services and options to their customers.

She’s very efficient and caring, she asks about the hair growth each session and whether I’m happy with the progress. The results started showing from the first sessions and I’m very satisfied with the results.

I have purchased the unlimited laser hair removal package for a year.. last augustAnd honestly haven’t seen results until they changed the staff and got Jinna 😍😍😍She is amazing by all means .. she is very friendly .. explains everything before she starts and always reminds you of the after care after every single session ! And is very precise .. therefore no space missed !Keep it up 👍

Getting treatment itself done was fine, however the staff are so unhelpful and hardly ever respond to whatsapp or answer the phone. I had a package deal and since the Doctor that was treating me left they do not even acknowledge the fact I still have other treatments left and was informed I would have to pay for new ones!I will never return, the staff need to be trained appropriately and if not then replaced with people that can actually do their job.

From the very beginning this has been such an amazing experience. First of all let me tell you most most importantly, YOU WILL GET RESULTS. I always wait a few months before a I post a review about a salon or beauty service because I want to make sure that I am giving an honest and practical review.The service I had done at the salon was Full Body laser hair removal and man, after the first session I had amazing results. I couldnt even believe it.I really need to make a note of how wonderful and understanding all the Staff are, they always makey you feel welcomed and safe. I have appreciated Mariam and her paitence with my scheudling.And Ms. Jincy ... wow, I can not say enough about her except if you want to have some amazing results, this is who you want. The reason I am saying this is because she makes notes about at which body part and which streghth the laser machine is being used on your body. Which is really valuble because that means you are going to get the best results since new sesssion she adjusts the settings on the laser machine.When you go for a servive such as laser hair removal, the thing you want the most is RESULTS, and you will be sure to have this if you are with Jincy, who will repeatdly ask you if you are okay, make sure you are safe and that you will be happy with your reults as well.All in all I cannot recommend this place enough, while for me its a good 30 min drive, I still choose it over clinics closer to me, simply because of the staff and the results that Ms.Jincy has been able to provide me.

I had gone for Laser Hair Removal and it was a great experience for me. Since it was my first time so I was very scared and confused but the laser therapist answered all my queries and assured Iam relaxed for the session. She used extremely cold air technique which was not painful at all. Thank u once again!

Jincy Thompsan is the best laser technician ever! Her hands are really light, from the first session I saw hair reduction results, with no burns and pain. I am really satisfied, the results are really beyond my expectations, i just did 7 sessions and my skin feels really smooth, Im so in love with Jincys work. The hair became soft and super light just from few sessions. Jincy is the best skilled therapist ever, I highly recommend her, she is really professional and friendly, she make me feel good and comfortable, and ensure that I understand whats going on and explaines to me about the lazer process. She gives me the best recommendations for what to do both before and after my session. I have the best background information about lazer, really i want to thank her from the bottom of my heart, i will never book a session only with her. This is my experience and its the best.

Such an unprofessional clinic. Youll end up paying for packages and every single month my appointments have been canceled and have to be rebooked. Now their laser machine is out of service for 20 days. Such a rip off. Dont buy their packages!! They dont even answer the phone half the time.

I’ve been doing my physiotherapy with Dr. Essam Ismael for 2 months now, 12 sessions in total and it’s really a life saver! I’ve been suffering for neck pain since I don’t know when it started. He’s therapy was quick and easy, a bit painful sometimes but it really helps me a lot specially with the line of work I had. After every session I felt relieved and my body felt so relaxed.Doing the therapy with this Clinic (specifically in Remal Mall, Majan branch) and with the help of Dr. Essam, really was the best decision I made. I highly recommend him.PS: the staff in that branch were so accommodating and so welcoming. Specially Ms. Emmy! She never fails to update me about my schedule and really helps me every time with my appointments.

The services being offered here are really up to mark. And the quality of products being used is great. I have had experience with some of the services like physiotherapy and skincare processes. The staff here is really supportive and the follow up from the clinic management is very good. Umair Ashiq of the team member hand handled the overall patient journey with great professionalism.

The first thing you must know that Dr. Kamkar sold this clinic branch so its not belong to the Kamkar group of clinics anymore . Secondly, the service is very bad, as I was waiting in the examination room to take a blood sample, and I was surprised that several other patients were admitted in the same room for some examination without taking into account the presence of another patient in the same room. Also a pregnant woman also entered talking to the nurse for 10 minutes about her pregnancy status, and all of that in my presence in examination room. Thirdly, my appointment was at 6 pm, and they were late for about an hour, and then I was found that the doctor ignored me and went to another patient who dose not have a emergency , and after I found out I asked to cancel my appointment then suddenly they said that the doctor available But of course I refused to see him, and I ask to return the full amount which I paid in advance , but they paid part of it. I do not recommend this clinic because the money is more important than the patient and for the bad service.

They keep changing the timings of my appointments even after confirming 2 or 3 times! How hard is it to add my appointment in the calendar?I regret buying my packages from them. Theyre totally unorganized and have no idea about customer service. There is no management at this clinic and no one running it. STAY AWAY no matter how good the deals are.

Unfortunately they promised to send me my daughters x-ray on wattsup but they did not. I forgot to follow up and now I have an appointment in another clinic and probably will have to do another x-ray. Calling the clinic and it is closed today. Moreover, while booking appointment we clearly asked for kids dentist (pediatric dentist), they said yes we have. When we came, it was a general dentist and couldnt do anything more than the x-ray.

Good Experience Overall. Was able to get appointment at my convenient time. Less waiting time and great clinic environment with Excellent care and service and best rates in town. Professional team from front office to the doctors office. Highly recommend them to all. Peace ✌🏻

Worst experience in my life, shocked, got a lump in my throat. Came all the way from the Marina just to learn that my appointment was cancelled due to some emergency, the staff were extremely rude insisting that they called me all morning and turns out they didnt, so they just made it up in order to attack me. I demanded an explanation, and they kept on interrupting me in a very rude way. They said they have no services for me and my money will be refunded (instead of civilised human apology). I felt like crying, nobody ever spoke to me like that. Moreover when I started writing this review one of the reception managers told me to put down my phone as she has personal issues with me holding it (she probably thought I was filming her and the way she spoke to me, but I showed her what I was doing, and I would never do anything so low, I have my pronciples and Im a very straightforward person). I never asked for a refund, all I wanted was my services done, and I expected to be treated with respect, but I guess it was too much to ask for. In a very dry and rude manner I was told that my money will be refunded as theyve got no serveces for me.Its a shame as I only had good things to say about them until today.PS: They called me the day before to confirm that Im coming, and they called in the afternoon to check where I am, I said I was on my way, and nobody mentioned about my apointment being cancelled. Its a shame treating clients like that in such difficult times.

Unprofessional when it comes to timing despite having an appointment in advance. Waited 35 minutes and still havent seen the dentist yet.If that the patient were late they simply will apply every single rules and policies they have at the clinic and that doesnt apply in case if it was there fault.

It’s was very nice treatment from Jincymol Thomas as always, 10 months after again wanted to get the treatment from Jincymol as she is excellent in her service, she always ask before and after treatment questions that how can she help in doing her best ways and good result outcome of laser treatment, she is very professional in her job, Jincymol is an asset Thank you for treatment and hospitality.

I Visited kamkar clinic for physiotherapy treatment , didn’t have any issues , appointments were accurate , clinic hygiene is perfect . Very big thanks to Dr. Ayat , for her knowledge and professionalism . She treated my back sever spasm and I strongly recommend her .

I went for treatment, firstly they Lt me wait for 40 mint just for consultation..then asked me to wait for more 40 mints ,then they started the treatment and the Dr was so unprofessional that he keep saying on that I dnt like doing this treatment etc . He was highly unprofessional ,same for staff no coordination between them . Highly recommend Dr. AYAT. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I had severe back pain for 6 months after MRI got recommended to do surgery but I want to try with Physiotherapy first and super happy with results.

I would suggest to not at all trust this clinic as the staff at the reception is totally unprofessional and untrained they do not keep any records EXCEPT taking payments.I took three sessions for my daughters and paid visit vise as per contract but for two sessions my daughters got acne and the doctor himself said that treatment could not be done for the face so do later.After 2 year acne treatment again at the appointment doctor suggested that the skin needs minimum 6 more months to bear treatment so after 7 months when I called I was told that there is no acvoumtant to check that.I waotef and waited and got the same reply that they dont have any records so I send a mail to request.Today after 4 days of mail I called up and had to repeat the whole story although the attending nurse knew it.She was insisting for the whole package amount .WHY??when I m not being recognized and they are not having any records How can I trust them .Are they only intersted in taking money and not caring about the patient or treatment.If tge doctor left them it doesnt mean that they will not complete the treatment?The doctor was hired by them not me and he kept asking to keep record of the part of treatment not availed.Highly disappointed.Never to trust them theyare highly unprofessionals

Terrible! terrible! terrible! A terrible experience. It is as if I entered a mall, not a doctor’s clinic. This is the first time I see a doctor with such bad behavior. I am talking about Dr. Ahmed. Unfortunately, the center is promoting incorrect offers.

To be honest, their approach is very deceitful, and Dr. (Ahmed) treats him well. He is despicable and provocative. The first doctor I have met with this kind of treatment, and his method is the way of harassment. The unit is afraid to give herself to him. A doctor is not normal at all. It is forbidden to have the name of a doctor, unfortunately!!!!!
