Worst clinic in Dubai. I have scar treatment with Dr.Nabaa. Scars treatment and she recommend peeling to me I mentioned that I have only one month. If they can’t treat they can openly tell me that they cannot because consultations fees is 100 AED. And also my arm skin becomes very dark and my hand get more scars I really regret that I wasted 2300 AED from their clinic. Very expensive Doctor didn’t explain properly about side effects and consequences. When I complained them they rescheduled me with Dr. Nabaa but I can’t trust them anymore. Worst experience in my life I can’t believe anymore clinic in my life because of them. They just want money from you.

I gave them so many chances and still its bad.1. The laser treatment on my neck for hair removal is now worse than before cause no one treated me professionally correct that for single hair removal another laser is required - now my hair is growing more and thicker on my neck than before - I only had a few. Now I have hundreds.2. Appointments are booked wrong and the call center they use is not aligned with their front desk which is a lot of back and forth.3. When arriving you have to wait minutes until someone is welcoming you.4. It all is unorganized and not really on the latest standard of cleanness and premium.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this institute. I went in for a peeling treatment with Dr Mahmoud to address dark spots on my feet caused by eczema. Instead of improving my skin, the treatment made it significantly worse. I had a severe reaction, and it triggered a flare-up of eczema, leaving me with even more spots than before.To make matters worse, the institute has been completely unresponsive to my messages seeking help or clarification, despite reaching out many times. This is unacceptable, especially given the high cost of the treatment. I expected far better customer service and support, particularly when dealing with sensitive skin issues.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went in for a consultation on weight loss and I could not be happier. I am down 9 kilos and counting. The treatment was exceptionally effective and the friendly and professional staff made it all a really good experience. Dr. Rasha provided expert medical opinions as well as sound and actionable advice. Highly recommend!

This clinic had the worst customer service I have ever seen. My consultation appointment was at 5:30 and they made me wait till 6PM as the doctor was busy. Then the consultation only lasted for hardly 2 mins (which costs 100 AED), seems like the doctor was in a hurry. After that they quickly made me decide if I want to proceed and during the treatment also they made me wait for 40 mins because the doctor was doing another procedure while my numbing cream had been applied. I called them twice to assist me, the doctor finally came and did the treatment very quickly without even telling me about any aftercare or how to care for my skin post-treatment. I was very annoyed because first of all I was getting super late, secondly they didn’t even care to tell me how to care for my skin, I had to ask them myself. Not worth going here for aesthetic treatments. There are better clinics with way better service.

Initially, I had explicitly requested an appointment with a specific doctor, yet the assistant erroneously booked me with an entirely different practitioner. This mistake resulted in a treatment that not only diverged from my expectations but also was shockingly inadequate.Upon completion of the treatment, I was met with dismissal from the doctor, who attempted to convince me that everything was “normal.” This assertion is baffling, especially considering that the treatment I received did not align with what I had clearly articulated in prior conversations for few weeks . I possess irrefutable evidence of this oversight: a detailed WhatsApp exchange with the assistant confirming the specifics of my request, including the name of the doctor I wished to consult.The gravity of this situation cannot be overstated, as it speaks to a systemic disregard for patient welfare and informed consent. I intend to formally report this appalling experience to the relevant authorities to ensure that accountability is enforced and that no other patient endures such distressing treatment. It is essential that medical institutions uphold the highest standards of care and communication.

Be very careful with this clinic. They announce one or es in the web and when you do consultation, price of medication can be double of what they announce. In the web shows 1000-1200 and after consultation the prices offered 2.200, also 60% more expensive than any other clinic. I give two start because the doctor were amazing.

Their coordinators (front desk staff) were prompt with information and responses, and they handled everything very professionally from my initial phone call to them all the way to my last visit. They were very warm and welcoming when I arrived. They handled me very well as a patient traveling in from a different country.My experience with Dr. Rasha was life changing! I won’t discuss my actual reason for seeing her, but she is so expert and knowledgeable in her field, and easy to talk to. She was very thorough when providing information for my course of treatment and provided her direct contact information for follow-ups when I left the country. I have been visiting this clinic for various treatments and have had a good experience overall till I decided to take the dental invisalign treatment from Dr. Khalid. Initially I was told it will be a 1 year procedure but it went much longer than that because it was required. During this time I had to repeatedly follow up for the further stages of aligners. Staff was always clueless. When the doctor ended my procedure I told him I am not comfortable as one of my tooth was moving still. He said it will settle with time. And I just have to wear retainers. Despite paying more than aed 15000 for the procedure they charged me another 1500 aed for retainers which don’t last for more than two to four weeks. Now they expect me after paying so much to keep buying 1500 aed retainers every month. Upon complaining to the doctor that my tooth is still moving after almost 6 months of the treatment he told me you have to put aligners again and we will again charge for the full procedure. They provide no guarantee of customer satisfaction after taking such a huge amount of money. I never write reviews but due to constantly being in tooth pain after this treatment I am writing this because the doctor paid no attention to my concerns. I approached him several times but he didn’t care about my dissatisfaction and now I have to go to another clinic to get my teeth fixed. I didn’t deserve this after spending so much money here. Highly disappointed. If you want to get this treatment go to a clinic that guarantee your satisfaction because tooth pain is not something easy to deal with.

I visited the clinic in beginning of October for some tests including blood, Oligoscan and body scan together with a consultation.Everything went fine until I chose not to purchase a product on the spot (IV and Supplements of 7,000 AED), as I wanted more time to process the information.I asked for my test results to be emailed to give me time to review them and do my own research, but despite numerous calls and messages, I still didn’t receive them.It turned out that my results including personal data and medical data was emailed to someone else! We have notified the department of health and Dubai police as this constitutes to a personal data breach.Additionally, I’ve noticed I was overcharged by 100% for the Oligoscan (1,000 AED - 450 AED on the website) with no rationale as to why it was a different price to the website.Part of the blood tests were supposed to be covered by my insurance and a few others I had to bear the cost. I called the insurance and found out Enfield didn’t even make a request…Its been a very disappointing and a very underwhelming experience at Enfield Royal Clinic Dubai.The focus seems to be very much on milking the patients for as much money as possible with little consideration for patient care, data privacy and security.After reading multiple reviews from other patients, there are many reviews with the same experience.Unfortunately we will not use Enfield again or endorse them as a clinic to friends and colleagues. The fact all my data was leaked was simply overlooked and I’ve spent the last week trying to rectify this situation across multiple accounts, applications and services with a new email address and phone number.

I recently visited Enfield Royal Clinic for a facial, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. Dr Najwa was very rude and unprofessional throughout the entire session. She repeatedly made bad comments about my skin, telling me that I needed to stop being lazy and start taking better care of it. This was not only inappropriate but also made me feel very uncomfortable and stressed. The doctor kept emphasizing that I was “lucky” she was doing the facial, which felt condescending and unkind. The entire procedure was rushed, and it seemed like she was just removing my makeup rather than providing a proper facial treatment. There was no attention to detail or effort to ensure a positive and relaxing experience. I left feeling more stressed and unhappy with my skin. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional skincare services. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make significant improvements to their customer care.

After waiting 30 min for my appointment i was left further 20 min sitting on the chair because i was informed now the doctor has a call. The appointment was 1230 it didnt start until 1:20 !! I choose them because the doctor is amazing its my second visit doing the service with him, and they were a little cheaper than other places but i would rather save my time than money go elsewhere next time if the clinic does not handle time management better

I have been their client for quite some time, so my evaluation does not depend on a single treatment.The most disastrous was a blepharoplasty I did in November 2023, with the clinics doctor. The result of which is disastrous 6 months later: very visible scars on both eyes, one eye smaller than the other, a constant annoying sensation of skin pulling on the side of the eyes.I then underwent several other non-invasive cosmetic treatments, but apart from the first ones done over a year ago with a doctor who is no longer there, in the last 12 months the treatments (always heavily pushed by doctors and receptionists) have been completely useless and ineffective.I still have pre-paid treatments worth around 10,000 AED remaining, but I wont do them because my feedback on this clinic is really terrible.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​UPDATE JUNE 27 2024 AND REPLY TO CLINICS COMMENTThank you for your reply.The issue concerning pre-paid treatments is now marginal to me because resolving the damage from the blepharoplasty is a top priority for me. You have my phone number.I would like to find a solution as soon as possible to this botched surgery.That being said, I wanted to update you on the latest developments.I have an appointment at the clinic on July 15th to see if the things suggested by the cosmetic surgeon I met with have worked or not. But we can already say today that they are quite useless (as we knew beforehand).In the meantime, also because now I also have this excessive tearing I have Ive had two more consultations with two surgeons who specialize exclusively in reconstructive oculoplastic surgery. Unsurprisingly, theyve confirmed that the surgery I had was disastrous in every way, aesthetic and functional (eyes constantly feeling tense and excessive tearing).As weve previously discussed (and as confirmed by the other two surgeons), I definitely need another surgery (because there is also a functional complication, not just an aesthetic one). This will cost more than the original amount and aims to correct both the aesthetic and functional damage caused.My question now is:Does your clinic have experienced doctors who specialize solely in reconstructive oculoplastic surgery, who can guarantee the results, and have a proven track record in this type of procedure?If not, is your clinic willing to cover the cost of this corrective surgery at another specialized clinic with a focused and specialized oculoplastic surgeon?That’s because this surgery cannot be performed by a general cosmetic surgeon.Im waiting to be contacted from you Clinic Manager.

It was my first time to undergo surgery and I have to say that Ms. Lama and Dr. Naji along with the team of nurses at Enfield Royal has made the journey truly a wonderful experIence. Ms. Lama was particularly very helpful and kind all through out the process of pre-op and post-op. Meanwhile, Dr. Naji did the amazing job of explaining with clarity on what he will do exactly while at the same time assuring and giving comfort that everything will be okay, which I can say with all sincerity - that all worked out fine and that everything indeed went well.

Was recommended by a friend to try their services for PRB. I am glad I went to finally do something for myself the service from the receptionist were second to none tentative and welcoming. It gets very busy on a Saturday so make sure you give yourself enough time to speak to the doctors if you are new to the clinic. The service from both the doctor and the nurse was excellent. They also sit with you and make a package for the treatment. I felt relaxed going there and very happy for the service I received today they made me feel very welcome.

Although we have been clients for the last years today, it was a very disappointing experience, as if they take you for granted. I had an appointment, and I confirmed it today. Arrived 10 mins early, 20 mins later, I was not called in. I queried when I would be called. I was told in 5 mins. I explained that if it is 5 mins, I can wait, but I have other obligations that I cant be delayed. Then another lady appeared, telling me I had to wait for another 10 mins. She also had the audacity to insist to explain to me why there is a delay. I had to leave as I couldnt wait due to other obligations, over an hour wasted in my day because they are incompetent to manage a calendar.So far, no effort or call to reschedule... appalling.Updating the review as again today I came for a consultation and I was told to wait 20 minutes as the doctor is stuck in traffic, twice the same doctor. I guess thats why they suggest you pay a packaged deal. First you hand over your money then they do not respect your time and punctuality simply because they have nothing to lose. Worst part they never bother to apologise even out of courtesy. Hopefully my sessions will be over...

Have to say 0 stars. A friend recently reminded of the experience I had at this clinic. I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking to have any sort of major or minor treatment. I visited them on two separate occasions and their doctors are not even bothered to do a preliminary check to suggest a course of action. They instead will just sell you what you may think you need.I have made a complaint regarding the severe reaction I had to a treatment and the doctors prescribed medications, this was about 6 months ago and I am yet to receive a response or a refund.If you are looking to treat a concern instead of making it worse, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Few days ago I had my first appointment with miss Najwa one of the loveliest cosmologists at Enfield Royal clinic Dubai , for the red carpet facial.Was a real pleasure to meet her , she was not only very nice and friendly but also was very skillful & knowledgeable too, at her filed.She explained to me a lot of important facts about my skin that I never knew before with new suggestions which I’m grateful for them .She took her time and did an amazing work and my skin looks and feels a lot better and is becoming flawless already thanks to her . I will def make more sessions with her soon.

SCAM...Terrible Service: I recently got eyebrow laser removal procedure from this place, and I can confidently say it was the worst decision of my life. I am left utterly devastated by the results. To put it bluntly, they completely ruined my eyebrows, leaving me with a bare, featureless forehead. The staff is very unprofessional. The laser was meant to remove only the unwanted hair but now my eyebrows are left with no shape or definition. When I asked for a refund, I received slow replies and service was terrible. If a clinic doesnt know how to do a procedure properly, they shouldnt offer it at all. They also scammed me. Did not provide refund.

Unprofessional to say the least. Booked an appointment a week ago, specifically for this Saturday as I urgently need a PRP injection. The clinic called me back the day before my appointment to cancel and also does not have any availability for the next Saturday as well. I cant go during the week and now I need to start from scratch to find an alternative clinic. Very disappointing....

Location is so tricky for first timer as there is no enough parking nearby and walked 20 minutes to reach the shop.i was late due to this only to find out they have free valley parking. Reception is fine and the amenities are clean and neat. My first time for hydra facial though pricey but worth it

Worst experience ever! I don’t recommend this clinic at all. Service was below the minimum! Staff were not friendly starting from the reception to the nursing. Toilets were disgusting. They were different price than the one already agreed on! Environment was very stressful from not functioning AC to water leaking walls..

However, upon arriving at the clinic, it became evident that their promises were merely a ploy to get me through the door. They swiftly changed their tune and continuously attempted to upsell me on additional treatments that I had no interest in.Furthermore, during the treatments themselves, I was shocked to find that privacy was virtually nonexistent.What made matters worse was the drastic shift in their behavior once they received payment. Prior to parting with my money, the staff acted kind, attentive, and seemingly dedicated to providing a pleasant experience. However, as soon as the payment was made, their attitude took a complete nosedive. I was treated with disrespect and disdain, leaving me feeling like nothing more than a means to an end.Overall, my experience at Enfield was extremely disappointing. The false promises, constant upselling, lack of privacy, and the stark contrast in treatment before and after payment made it abundantly clear that they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise against visiting this clinic, as it was a waste of time, money, and left me feeling disrespected. There are plenty of other reputable beauty clinics out there that genuinely care about their customers and provide a professional and respectful environment.They have many good fake reviews from paid accounts (check the accounts of the ‘good reviews’) which unfortunately gives the costumer fake idea of the whole place and get the many REAL reviews get lost in the fake onesPS: Not part of ‘another’ clinic just another excuse to cover their bad service instead of an apology or refund of money. One of my best experiences till date in regards to dental care. I’ve had terrible experience in the past which made me regret my decision to visit the dental assistance. But Dr. Rana Mustafa completely changed my opinion. Definitely coming back for the whitening
