It’s a good clinic with all the services required for the family, I usually go for the laser, as they have good packages for the laser and the soft light treatments. Usually random staff attend and all of them are professional with great customer service skills, however the best I had so far was Cynthia, she’s very attentive, friendly, she explains the treatment and even the machine she’s working on. She took her time with the treatment and paying attention to details. From the moment she took me to the treatment room till she escorted me to the reception, very surprised to see this level of professionalism. Thank you for the great experience.

Today i came all the way from sharjah to my appointment as i booked at 8 but the receptionists at the clinic they dont share the same information as one of them told me that the doctor comes only on Friday evening time which is from 6 till 9 and in ramadan everything is open till midnight become of our routine but still i postponed my appointment twice! Then they told me you should be at the clinic from 7? But my appointment from 8 i should come at 8 and do what ever treatment needed and if it takes 2 hours they should calculate and be sure about their appointment not telling me to come from 7 and my appointment at 8 then they told me they close at 9 but still they have client at 9?? No one knows the exact info in the clinic because they don’t know when they doctor is coming or when to inform the client they just have very very poor management and scheduling! No one opens from 3 till 9 in ramadan! They wasted my time and my patrol wont come again

It took a year, good service, responsible doctors, and the teeth correction effect was good. It is a pity that one of my teeth was damaged due to the correction, but they still provided me with some feasible solutions to restore my teeth. The service is very good. When you feel tooth pain so much that you need to take medicine to relieve it, you must pay attention to whether the tooth root is displaced. After the tooth is displaced, the lack of nutrition of the tooth will lead to tooth decay.

I’ve done my rct with Doctor Marwan. It was indeed a wonderful experience. I highly recommend him if you are having anxiety with dental procedures like me. Dr Hanan is one of the most wonderful and honest and caring aesthetic doctors in the entire region. She is very knowledgeable and honest and always gives her honest opinion. Unlike many doctors in dubai, she is not trying to oversell unnecessary treatments. She is beyond cautious and genuinely cares about the wellbeing and the aesthetic outcome of her patients. My mom travels once a year from the US just to be treated by Dr Hanan. She has an eye for beauty, she does amazing minimally invasive face lift and rejuvenation, Botox, lip and cheek fillers and wonderful overall skin rejuvenation.. as someone who’s worked in the industry for many many years, I am able to recognize her immeasurable qualities and I only trust her for my aesthetic procedures as well as those of my mom and close friends. I highly recommend her always!! She’s one of the best in Dubai for sure and beyond!!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with one of the dentists. During my visit, I expressed my concerns about excessive x-rays and refuse to take five of them. However, the dentist went against my wishes and insisted on proceeding with all five x-rays, making me feel uncomfortable and disregarded as a patient. This level of disregard for my preferences was unacceptable and left me feeling frustrated.

We visited Dr Padmini for my sons dental check up. She’s been the best when it comes to my child’s dental health which started off badly. She is extremely patient and sensitive to kids and handles them with a lot of care and expertise.

I saw improvements instantly and with so much less pain, (Ponum) is one of the best who does laser, she is very kind hearted and works from her heart, she takes you through the journey step by step and does what’s best for you. Extremely poor customer service.. was waiting for almost 2 months with continues followups to get an appointment with dr for my kid. First they give me an appointment after two months and later cancelled all the appointments without any notice & put me on the waiting list. Very bad & rude staff behavior.. will never recommend to anyone.

Such a bad experience, the women in the counter were extremely unprofessional in addition to that the prices are sky high for something mediocre. Definitely not coming back. Save up and go to a different place.

Such an overpriced place, where the ear piercing’s cost is 325aed, extremely unprofessional front desk when I asked the front desk lady for a price of something she answered me bluntly and said a 100 something. When a customer asks you should give them t he exact price. Such a bad experience won’t be coming back.
