NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! low quality machine and unorganizedI signed up for 7 sessions and after my 4th session I didn’t go for two month , and they lied to me saying you already did 7 sessions!She said she has proof of my records and cctv , after I asked them to share the records and cctv , they lied again saying oh we can access it now . I had only called one time and informed them about cancelling the appointment and they still counted that as a treatment .They are also not organized at all . Always not on time , and the machine is not efficient at all . I did not see any reduction in hair after my 4th session

I recently visited this clinic with the intention of utilizing one of their services. Upon my visit, I was persuaded by their staff to pre-pay for a package of six sessions. I was promised that they would call me back to schedule my appointments, a courtesy I expected considering the commitment Id made.Unfortunately, the follow-up call never happened. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly contact them, only to be told each time that they would call me back. This lack of communication on their part demonstrates a profound neglect of customer service.Further adding to my frustration, on the rare occasions that I was able to get through to them, the information provided was inconsistent and unreliable. One day theyd tell me they closed at 7, the next theyd say 10, then 9. It was a clear indication of disorganization, leaving me feeling more like a nuisance than a valued customer.In my opinion, this clinic is not prioritizing patient care and satisfaction, as evidenced by their lack of responsiveness, disregard for accurate information, and overall poor communication.Ive since discovered other clinics on the same floor providing similar services, but with a level of care and professionalism that this clinic clearly lacks. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to look elsewhere first. There are better options available that prioritize patient care and respect your time.

I booked an appointment at 7PM and waited in an empty reception for 40 Minutes. The reason being the receptionist had an emergency for a week and wasn’t at work. They let anyone in and forgot about the appointments fully. Now I want to cancel my brother’s package because this treatment is unacceptable but they are not answering. The reason for this tardiness is because of “technical error”. How is it a technical error when I booked my appointment through WhatsApp through a person?!!!Never going back there again and going to keep fighting to get the money for my brother’s package since I won’t let him nor anyone of my family go back there again.

The worse customer ever, they dont pick up the phone what so ever, they close without informing the customers, they dont call to check up or follow up. The technician is not trained will, she burnt my friend and didnt switch of the cooling system. I recommend that the municipality close this clinic. Not recommended at all, cuz of the worst service they are giving low priceses.

The best laser I had in Dubai. Super clean, professional, great machine, effective, and the staff are great. They deserve more credit.

Been going here since 2020, excellent customer service, it’s really improved recently. Happy with all of their services, would recommend

They never stick to their appointments and always waste your time on waiting! And no one in reception area to assist you. Not professional at all!!!

It’s very nice and clean and everyone is so nice. The prices are very good, my experience was definitely a 10/10 I recommend it. The machine was very good.
