I have recently visited Fattan Polyclinic and I am happy. I booked teeth cleaning service and I am so satisfied. The staff welcomed me they were very friendly and quick with registration. Dentist took time to explain me every step and my teeth look perfect. It was an amazing session and team at Fattan Polyclinic were very helpful and professional. I will definitely come back for other services. Special thank for the views from the high floor, those were incredible too!I highly recommend you to visit this clinic.

If the clinic is already shut down, they should communicate with us to return the money. They took money they did not deserve. How can we get our money back?

I booked Mesotheraphy in Fattan Polyclinic with Dr. Zaira. She was very nice and professional and she did and amazing job. She used a very popular cocktail for skin and my skin looks more fresh now. Clinic has been unresponsive for almost a week now. I’ve been messaging them on IG and they just left me on seen. Whatsapp and phone call is also not going through. I still have an on going package which is also fully paid. I went to the clinic to see what’s happening and apparently they’ve been closed due to court order. Horrible experience!

Here is my experience with the clinic, the clinic seemed fancy but honestly, the focus should be on the patient experience and not the look and feel of the clinic. The receptionist was nice and friendly until I have decided not to visit this clinic again due to what happened. At my first visit, I reached 25 mins earlier to my appointment (I took a taxi ride of 40 min to not be late), I was seated for by receptionist (she is also a therapist, but I was not told about that until the end of my first visit). She had taken some x-ray images of my jaw as the doctor instructed and before I even saw him (maybe the issue did not need that, but however, the clinic already requested x-rays from my insurance company before I even visit). Anyway, the appointment was supposed to be at 5:30 pm and from 5:15 to 5:40, I was on the chair waiting for him to show up and the therapist is look at my teeth condition.. at 5:40pm, the receptionist/therapist recives a call from the doctor and he said that he will be late and that he cant come before 6:15 pm. The doctor has informed the receptionist over the phone and the least he could have done is talk to me and tell me in person, but anyway he did not. It usually happens (positively accepted the situation), and I asked the receptionist to reschedule the appointment to Sunday (3 days in advance). I a receivied a call 2 days later (Saturday evening) saying that the doctor schedule is full and another that another doctor will be seeing me. I refused and requested for the x-rays to be sent to me as I will be looking for another clinic. I was told that they will only provide me with one of the two ones they have taken, and it took them 2 days to send the picture. They knew my appoitment with the other doctor is scheduled for 1 pm and they decided to send me the picture at 2:30 pm. Honestly, unpleasant experience, commitment issues and unresponsive. I highly recommend not to deal with this clinic.

I just paid a visit to this Polyclinic today for the first time.The staff welcomed me they were very friendly and quick with registration.I had laser hair removal treatment and the machine they were using was better than the ones I tried before in Dubai. Because it was less painful. No gel. Cold air laser is the one they use because its more effective than gel ones.Highly recommended! They have other treatments like derma, dental as well. Definitely will go back again !

First time visiting a clinic in UAE, I would say it’s a good experience. I have acne spots and scars, the treatments helped me to remove it a bit. More admirable were service and cosmetologist. I didn’t wait at all and my treatment were on the high level!

The above review is for the dentist only.The clinic is clean and decent.The booking process and the reception staff are friendly.The experience with the dentist was not the best and I will not recommend him to anybody:Went for teeth cleaning. - he spent the first few months just doing paperwork and didn’t ask any questions.Then said the clinic had a process that takes long and he will fill that out and be with us.I get my teeth checked twice a year and cleaned twice a year. My dentist moved away to another part of town so tried to get a new dentist close to my place.Badly done cleaning. It was over faster than the time I waited for the appointment and in front of the doctor while he did paperwork.The doctor is a heavy smoker and when he is very close to you doing the procedure you get the heavy cigarette smell.If you care about your teeth please don’t go here.

Went there for dental check up and cleaning with Dr.Ammar. Location is very comfortable, easy to reach, just on SZR. The clinic is very modern and clean, the staff is very welcoming. I am very happy with the results, teeth are clean, white and shiny. And no bleeding or swollen gums that you often get after cleaning procedure. Also they have best prices in Dubai for packages for botox+filler, PRP, láser for him and for her.

Rude dentist, made a rude comment about my appearance as soon as I sat in the chair, completely unprofessional, unhygienic, looked in my mouth for 30 seconds and told me I need 10 fillings and lots of work on my teeth, when I asked her to put this in writing to get a second opinion she lied to my face and said she cannot write anything down as it’s “against Dubai regulations” and she “may lose her licence”.0/10I can’t believe all the positive reviews about this place.Nonsense.

There is this one old doctor in this clinic that conducts warts removal and doesnt use topical anaesthesia at all even without the patients consent. Such a torture.

Heard about them on tiktok, didn’t book cause I couldn’t find a morning slot. They called me to say they have one at 10 so I asked for 10:30 to sleep in on a Sunday. Arrived on time, nothing said except to wait and give my ID. few minutes later I’m asked if I would like to wait for the dentist and then this conversation:How long will she take?she said 15 min - appearing unsurereally 15 min?Would you like to reschedule?Of course notNEVER AGAIN!

Worst experience with the new management of Fattan polyclinic.I have been visiting them for the past 6 months but at that time i have been dealt with the old management which was way much better than this new non professional management. I have been undergoing laser hair removal treatment and have been committed for 9 to 10 sessions. I already had successfully completed my 6 sessions and paid for it as per commitment to split the payment as 6 and 4 sessions respectively . For the remaining 4 when i went there, the money making new management of fattan polyclinic asked me to pay double the amount instead of the one that has already been committed with me.This is totally unfair with the patient who have been promised the charges in the beginning of the treatment and all of the sudden the patient are asked to pay more than even the total cost of whole treatment, for just the continuation of the remaining sessions.I am very much disappointed and would never suggest anyone to get their treatment done there or to be dealt by the new management, as they only know how to make money and the commitments and promises made by them are worthless and mean nothing to the management of fattan polyclinic.Regardless of the change of management, its non of a patients concern and the promises being made by the brand-which is Fattan polyclinic, should not be changed because a patient is a patient of the brand, not of a certain group managing the entity. The new group of people are just money makers and doesnt care about their patients and commitments made by the clinic.Worst worst worst.I Rate them 0 out of 10

I had a very bad experience today,,, they called me last week for Lazer booking,,, and only today after getting ready, shaving.. and while I’m on my way to there,, they called me in order to inform me that all my sessions are finished. They have the worst ever dentist who doesn’t know nothing, i did deep cleaning paid 500AED and the job was done extremely bad so i had to repeat the job after 1 month in another clinic. Also he told me i have 2 root canal very serious thanks god i didn’t trust him cause i checked with the other dentist and all they told me i dont have root canal . Veeners consultation.I was very dissatisfied with the whole experience. You send me a WhatsApp message quoting a price. Whilst I appreciate there may be some deviation after a consultation. Your quote was 8999 for 20 teeth. During the consultation I was quoted 4000 per tooth? 76,000? I queried this then you sent me to another dentist in the clinic and he quoted 2000 per tooth, 38,000.Then to top it off, after I left I get a call asking to pay the consultation fee, I was never informed there was a consultation fee?The whole experience was unpleasant the first dentist I found very rude. At the end of the consultation the dentist said “on your way out book your next appointment” I replied “I need to know the cost”Dentist “I told you the cost were you not listening” totally disrespectful and rude.You certainly won’t get any business from me.

Zero responsibility.apparently im doing my Treatment with Fattan Clinic, aspin tower floor 35,the receptionist informed me that they will submit the form to my insurance company for the reimbusement,dated Feb 23, 2023.its almost 3 weeks so i called my insurance what is the update for my reimbusement. guess what,? there was no form submitted. so i called the fattan clinic and check if what is the reason why there is no form submited.apparently the form they submitted was rejected. so if i didnt call them i wouldnt know that it was rejected. no one called me that it wa rejected. that i needed to send the form myself.if i could just cancel all the apointments i have with them i would but i cant. so im stuck with them, i just hope they would do something about it. improvement perhaps. i feel like you have to folow up with them instead of them following up with you.
