Dr. Faten has a great bed side manner, great human being and highly well versed. She spends time with her patients and doesnt rush. She takes her time and ensures you understand the procedure and breaks down complex medical procedures in ways that average person can understand. Very poor and pathetic service .No trained professionals for fillers.Customer service guy very rude.Went for filler and got my lips asymmetrical. Instead of rectifying it they asked me additional aed 1000 to pay for dissolving although it was agreed that if something goes wrong they will rectify it and there wont b any additional charge.Thats how they make their revenue I guess .they ll purposefully ruin ur natural features and again they ll ask money to correct it.Kindly do not got by their promise.Management lacks integrity and professionalism. I had a disappointing experience at this medical center. My 9:00 PM appointment started at 9:37 PM after the manager attempted to reschedule it to the next day, showing a complete lack of respect for my time. The HydraFacial with LED was rushed, with just 15 minutes for the facial and 10 minutes for the LED treatment, yet I was charged the full price. The manager was rude and dismissive throughout.

Despite reaching out multiple via phone and email, requesting to use the prepaid package I had bought, they refused to accommodate my request. They insisted it had already expired, even though I provided proof that I had been out of Dubai during that time.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your facility today. The receptionist I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Initially, she instructed me to wait for 10 minutes, which I complied with. However, after that time passed, she told me I needed to wait until my sister finished her appointment. I ended up waiting for an hour, only to be told that I would have to wait even longer.This experience was frustrating and showed a complete lack of respect for my time. I expect better treatment and more efficient service from a medical center, and I hope this issue will be addressed promptly to prevent others from having a similar experience.The only thing that makes me go there is my nurse jane she is the best.Thank you for your attention to this matter

The reason for the 3 stars, is that the ladies at the medical center do very good in their speciality and work hard.The 2 star is a representation of management.I have pre-paid for my package and have informed both by phone and upon arrival that i will be doing half my package. There was ample time before starting my sessions to inform me of any policy not meeting my requirements (include an hour waiting in the facility), and yet chose to inform me of the conflict once i was done and leaving. Advise to manager: that became an internal conflict once you were informed that your internal people failed to inform me of the policy, and asking me pay extra or take my whole package or lose it, is against any professional and ethical principle. You opted to take away the whole package instead and lose a Client. Enjoy the petty cash. Good luck ladies will miss you all.

Mesotherapy and PRP Face procedures with a great support of assistants, with a professional and cared specialists and doctors.They provided for me comfort with my stay at the clinic, water, coffe delivered, private waiting area between procedures while waiting PRP preparation. The receptionist (the indian lady) does not know how to act professionally and can come off as rude. When I came to my appointment at 1 which was scheduled at 2 but I was asked to come earlier which I did. She asked me to wait for the technician and I asked how long would that be. Her response was “how should I know?”Also, as a receptionist at a medical center, there are basic hygiene protocols that need to be followed. She is not supposed to be touching people’s phones if she wanted to guide towards a booking with no gloves and coughing/sneezing at the same time.Super unprofessional
