My first hydrafacial experience with Sakshi was amazing. The face massage she gave me was mind blowing and so much relaxing. What skillful hands she has! And the amount of care she gives from start to finish was excellent. She is also assisting me on some procedures i am taking at the clinic. With her around, i feel relaxed and secured that i am well taken cared of. Thank you for providing an excellent staff to support our needs.

I wanted to share my experience of laser hair removal, I have polycystic ovary syndrome and of course the hair on my chin, the neck above my lips was terribly rough and there was an awful lot of it. After the first session, the hair removal technician Madame Aisha reassured me that you would see less hair and it wouldn’t be like that tough.And Im surprised really my chin,neck,upper lip few hair only.I can say with confidence that he is a good technician. And also listen to what the master tells you.Thank you.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at First Priority Clinic. I arrived for my first laser consultation and treatment, which was scheduled for 6:15 PM, but I was left waiting for over 40 minutes with no explanation or apology. When I asked about the delay, I was told the doctor was busy, which raises the question—why schedule me for an appointment if the doctor wasn’t available?This clinic clearly has no respect for patients time, and the lack of communication was beyond unprofessional. It’s unacceptable to keep customers waiting without any effort to accommodate or inform them of delays. I left without receiving the treatment, and I won’t be returning. I would advise others to be cautious and consider other options where time and customer care are taken seriously.

“I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. Before I went, I was told the price for a basic tooth cleaning would be 150 AED, but after the procedure, I was charged 250 AED instead. The cleaning itself took less than 10 minutes, and unfortunately, it wasn’t done properly—my teeth weren’t fully cleaned. When I asked about the price difference, the lady doctor gave unclear explanations and tried to justify the extra charge with unnecessary stories.What upset me most was how the focus seemed to be on selling additional treatments rather than addressing my actual concerns. As a doctor, it’s important to prioritize the care and trust of your patients—people come to you because they’re in pain or discomfort, not to be pressured into spending more money. I hope the clinic rethinks its approach to patient care.”

The deep cleaning and whitening was very well done, I am so happy with the results. I like how Dr Deema was super professional and how she would take the time to explain everything she would be performing on me. During my teeth whitening, because it’s a longer process, the ensured I was comfortable, they played the music of my choice in the background and were constantly checking in on me….I felt so taken care of. I will not mention names,Management:Out of the dental room, someone asked me lots of questions.I just dont find it appropriate for someone to ask a client what they do, how much salary they earn if they are married, and how many kids they have. Asking my name is ok, but then why would one be interested in knowing how much I earn, and others? To me those private matters. Especially if one is meeting someone for the first time, I dont think those are the right questions for me. Its not appropriate. But all in. I visited first priority medical center for my hair PRP. I took package for 1000 dirhams. First time There was a male Dr called Dr.Mustabai gave me injection. He was very good in communicating and making sure Im getting proper treatment.First time clinic people behave so good to make sure U take the highest amount package. For my second and third session , clinic gave me different doctors. I must say this clinic is only money minded they dont give service which is promised. Especially they dont give respect if you take packages. Its all only for advertisement. Yesterday was my third session. I was given appointment with Dr Mona Faroutan. She didnt even communicate with me. Im not sure she is dermatologist or a veterinary Doctor. Kept on pricking the needle on my head as if giving injection for animal..usually PRP given little by little with massaging. But she was very harsh and kept pricking injection fast. Not even bothered to ask how Am I feeling? Not even massaged the injection area.Then she did derma pen as well so hardly. I started very dizzy and with lot of pain.I went and checked in washroom to see lot of bleeding in my head after the procedure. Most saddening part is she didnt even bothered to talk to patient after procedure. I strongly dont recommend patient neither to Dr Mona or this Clinic.

I had such a terrible experience with them today. they showed online 500 package for 3 PRP sessions and said to visit for consultation, upon consultation the price starting from 1300 aed DUH!! when i went out they said you have to pay for consultation now if youre not taking session. I said you mentioned its free consultation, they were like YES ONLY IF YOU TAKE SESSION TODAY.I mentioned i work as marketing specialist and youre doing fake ads which i take serious action on what you doing i am not gonna pay like this.Then another lady ran from office room and said no no consultation is free u may go.And all staff of 6 people standing there said yes yes after her.DONT FALL FOR SUCH CLINICS THEY SEE WHO THEY CAN TRAP AND BEHAVE LIKE THAT

At the beginning of this month, I got a hair prp session during consultation. The doctor told me to take a premium package, and i convinced it, but the results are 0%. All my money is wasted. Before that, I got from another clinic, which was very, very good. i got the results within a week, but now 2 weeks have passed, but the results are 0% . Ill never recommend it.Note: PRP mostly takes little time during treatment, but she finishes quickly because she is in a hurry to go home.

My brother visited for laser treatment here and in the second session the scar has been appeared due to their non professional work and today he visited for his third session. they gave him the appointment at 10:45Am he was there at 10:25 but on his appointment time the doctor was busy with another client and he awaited more then one hour.even the receptionist was also so rude.not recommended such a poor service and unprofessional doctors,

Dr.Mujtaba recommended me the package that goes with Minoxidil and DHT blocker and it has worked for me quite well, he knows his job very well, as for the clinic, its very clean, and the staff is professional and very helpful, highly recommended!!!!

Highly unsatisfied. Selected the best package costing 1050 with VAT that promised pain free teeth whitening + cleaning. It was highly painful my teeth still feel sensitive AF and waves of sharp pain are killing me. the promise of 5-7 shades lighter, it’s not even half a shade lighter. On top of that I was given a bunch of reasons as to why I didn’t see results by Ms Famshia or smth which should’ve been addressed way before starting the procedure.However the assistant nurse Abdul was very nice and gentle and tried his best to help n comfort me during the process since I kinda was squirming cus of the sensitivity and discomfort throughout the procedure. I can’t EMPHASISE my appreciation for Dr Fasmiya & Abdul Rahman - I only went to them for a routine dental clean although I knew I needed extensive work beyond a deep-clean but I was always hesitant through my own insecurities.There website was the only one I could find that was transparent on price and detailed the work on the deep-clean which is why I choose them.Dr Fasmiya & Abdul Rahman didn’t try to sell me or pressure me on getting the extra work done which was a full mouth rehabilitation. The work was extensive. I honestly do not think anyone could of done a better Job and the price is more then competitive especially as there was an extra bridge that needed to be done due to a tooth extraction as the tooth was too buckled to shape for the veneer, which they did the extraction and built the bridge at no extra chance - a 5 star review isn’t enough to justify the work and service and the fact that they was more happier then me is saying something about there commitment to dentistry especially as I’m over the moon.1 Million thank yous - you have help Change my life ill always be grateful for that - may God bless your soulsKevin S

WARNING! READ TILL THE END BEFORE COMING HERE. I made the grave mistake of booking my son in for an appointment with dr Yasmine, the soft spoken friendly faced evil dentist.. whos ONLY objective is to make a sale NOT her Patients care... even if that patient is a 5 year old child! She INSISTED his tooth must be taken out at once (even going as far as saying waiting for tomorrow might even be too late she said it would only take two minutes NO PAIN, NO SWELLING, NOTHING even went as far as saying all we had to do was think about what flavour ice cream to get him after she was done. There was a clear infection on the toot (swelling and inflamation) what she failed to mention (even though i asked multiple times if it would be better to treat that first!!!!) Is that anasthetics do not work if there is an infection!! She insisted not to go for the treatment of the infection. She attempted to take his tooth out, my son was in soo much pain but she continued and insisted it had to be done no other choice! Even suggested he was lying there was no pain (A parent knows the difference between a childs cry of fear and cry of pain!) I had to stop her and insist myself we treated the infection first. She said okay and then ASKED ME WHICH ANTIBIOTIC SHE SHOULD GIVE, I initially thought she asked because she wanted to know if he had any alergies. I said he does not have any alergies, she then still asked if she should give him amoxicilin i will give the benefit of the doubt here too and say maybe she was still asking to make sure he wasnt alergic BUT THEN THIS doctor ASKED ME WHAT DOSE HE WOULD BE OKAY WITH!!!! I am not a doctor!! Why was i being asked what does is okay for him???? When i said i dont know she said CAN YOU CHECK WHAT DOES OTHER DOCTORS HAD GIVEN IN THE PAST AND GIVE THE SAME.I left at once and took my son to the pediatric dentist at American hospital dubai. The pediatric dentist there looked at his tooth noticed the infection INSTANTLY and was IN SHOCK that this butcher suggested the tooth be taken out before the infection was treated!! The doctor at American hospital said no dentist would suggest taking a tooth out when there is such a clear infection because it would be like taking a tooth out without anasthesia it would be too painful especially for a child! She seemed destraught for my son when she heard what Dr Yasmine had done. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Evil and greed and incompetence on a whole other level! THIS WILL NOT BE THE LAST POST/REVIEW!!

I came last minute for tooth filling, and even they almost close but still they waited for me. Loads of thanks to the staff at the reception and especially Dr. Shariff and her assistant (sorry I forgot her name). I am very happy & satisfied with my tooth now 🥰. She did it so well! Giving a lil backstory, I recently moved to dubai to find work and here I faced tooth decaying for some reason, it wasnt a normal case like sweet tooth or something like that I could only translate the problem into just another major pain. So I went to a dental clinic and they prescribed me some medicines, and I used it for a month, It literally had no effect on my pain. So my friend recommended me this First Priority Medical Centre, I went there and met Dr Fasmiya and Sakshi, they instantly recognised the problem and gave me the perfect amount of medicines and which healed my wound in about quick week. The experience was so great and quality of service was really great there, I felt really comfortable. In the end i just wanted thank them for the cure and their help. Wishing the warmest and brightest future to them😁

Saakshi performed the hydrafacial service on me and she was very informative and good at her job. I will definitely recommend clients to try the hydrafacial - it left my face feeling very refreshed and hydrated afterwards.
