Recently got my teeth whitened here and I could not be happier with the results and the whole experience! The clinic is very nice and clean! Staff were amazing so friendly and very professional! The treatment itself was superb and Terth are so many shades whiter. They use the Philips zoom machine, it was pain free and very effective! Would highly recommend ❤️

Visiting the Green Life Med clinic for the first time was a delightful experience from the moment I stepped in. The welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the friendly and attentive staff - ( Chai ) Immediately put me at ease even without an appointment. The waiting area was clean and well-organized. During my consultation, the health provider ( doctor ) was thorough knowledgeable and listened attentively to my concerns ( Doctor name OBGYN Asma )

I called for body laser appointment, they gave me one on Saturday at 13:00pm .I called back to check on timing they said there is no appointment !!then they said you do have in dubaifew minutes later the called to inform me that there is no technician to do the body laser!!!!!!!why would you waste me time then? why would you give an appointment ???i could’ve just booked in another clinicthis is unprofessional!

Immaculately clean treatment area, the laser hair removal type happened to be effective with my skin. Quite happy with the result. It was candella gentle max pro and the laser tech knows what shes doing, loved her❤

Did my mother face her face kept marks of the needle and stayed over a month and it’s still on there not helpful was telling me how to get rid of it The stuff are not helpful or not good the quality of the product is bad overall our experience gave me anxiety and a lot of stress due the marks staying for a month and when she went out to important gathering everyone noticed my mom is still searching for a solution. I am really disappointed with customer care and misleading information.I have bought a package in JUMEIRAH CLINIC,The second part of this package include nutrition program and emsculpt. When I try to book took 2 days and a call to get a reply and then they book me in sharaj clinic which not even share location and do I supposed to know?Apart the machine in JUMEIRAH IS BROKEN also didn’t inform when I took the package. I will never take package which is 1 hour far from my home when I have clinics near by.After that I booked and appointment on Saturday , just 30 min before they cancel the appointment. Which lead me to ask refund now I am still waiting for a reply from customer service which go silence since today and even see my message not get single reply.I try to finish peacefully as it is not big amount as represent 10% of what I paid but looks it can’t be.AVOID THIS CLINIC IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET FOOL OR WASTE YOUR TIME.

Horrible experience, stay away!In my search for a decent dentist I chose Green life medical clinics, because of their location, clinic pictures and reviews (which seem to be fake!)It was a horrible experience and long story short, I got a crown and 2 fillings.I have had pain ever since, the crown was not placed correctly, the fillings were not done properly, so I got infection.When I called to have it double checked, they said everything was fine even though I had severe pain.After 30 days the pain was so bad I had to visit a different dentist and surely they could see and confirm the amateur dentist job, they couldn’t believe such a low quality dentist job was done by any professional, which gave me doubt if the dentist had an dentist certificate or education.I did what I could to chose between the many dentists in Dubai, but clearly this is the worst dentist clinic of all UAE.Save your pain, money and headache and skip this clinic for your own safety.

I bough a pack which includes massages, once I asked for my sessions they send me an adresse of a clinic in Sharjah, telling me that the machine is on the other branch because the one in dubai is under maintenance and they don’t know when it will be fixed! I told them that I live in dubai, and if I wanted to go to Sharjah I’ll go directly go to a clinic there (and pay the package at a much cheaper price ) their answer was: we can’t do anything for you, either you go to Sharjah or you you lose the package!! (Yes of course because they already took the money) I asked them for a refund but they didn’t want to!

The provided service is not completed even before 100% advance payment. Had an appointment with dr. Oras and unfortunately he wasnt flexible to wait for 2 min extra to fix the tooth as the lab didnt make a proper colour of veneer and it wasnt my mistake and left over the weekend with pain which is very disappointing from a doctor . I do understand that everyone has a plans before weekend but sometimes we have to be flexible with clients when theyre suffering.

I argued they should have made this clear on the advert. Drove 2 hours to get here after work and stuck in traffic. Waste of time when I am not prepared to pay more money than advertised! Stay away.

Went yesterday for my dental check , my appointment was 1930pm , they took our info as we arrived 5min earlier we waited for 15min without any attention from the receptionist who were 2 ladies chatting and listening to music not caring for their clients , my wife asked one of the ladies is it gonna take more time as it was already 19:45pm , she went to check with the dentist and comeback saying more 20min , we waited another 30min without any of them cares about us then we decided to leave and never comeback to such unprofessional clinic , very bad experience and i highly recommend people not to visit it .

Very bad customer service, they dont care about the client, they dont follow up, the dont complete the treatment after a full payment, they will have hidden charges and will ask you to pay extra at the end even though you have paid full in advance, I recommend not to deal with them at all, Ill finish my treatment somwhere else and will Not deal with these people.

Mrs. Janice is the most beautiful girl, has the nicest treatment, and is the most smiling person in the clinic. Frankly speaking, they are all beautiful, but Mrs. Jenny is of Filipino nationality.
