Ive had two extreme experiences here so its difficult to give one rating to fit both.I have been here several times. My experience with Dr. Lama is excellent. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. She is honest, kind and takes very good care of her patients. She understands individual expectations and the results are great and natural. She has become a friend through my multiple experiences. I would highly recommend her for natural looking lip fillers.On the other hand, I had full body laser hair removal with Melissa which was way below three stars. She was not meticulous with marking my body before the treatment. And was confused about what I wanted in terms of areas which I think is because of a miscommunication between the staff. She insisted that I shouldnt do certain areas because she was in a rush. I was rushed and obviously the results were not up to mark as I have done the same service elsewhere multiple times. There were many missed areas. The reception didnt know the pricing well and were going to overcharge me if I had not noticed. It was a chaos.After three weeks, I talked to her about the missed areas and she told me that this is because the machine was under maintenance and I guess its my fault that I didnt know. She did not take any ways to fix the situation even though Ive been a regular customer and have never complained about anything prior.This leaves a bitter taste and i am afraid that in the future, if there was a mistake (which can happen) they may dismiss you with no regards to what you have to say.Dr. Lama is amazing but i would be vary about any other services.

Maria is so friendly and professional and Melissa as well, they have really nice offers.I did laser hair removal on my bikini and underarms. After completing a few treatments, I am thrilled with the results - the hair growth has greatly reduced, leaving my skin smooth and soft. Its definitely worth it and I highly recommend getting it done in this clinic.

I bought package for laser session. The machine and the filipina girl is really good but horrible receptionist services. She doesn’t pick up the phone! Whenever i go in person is board bad attitude and no helpful when i ask for other services.

Absolutely stunning experience doing laser with Melissa as she is the most professional laser technician I’ve had not only in dubai but overall. Extremely thorough and actually takes time to diagnosis your skin in order to achieve the best results! On top of that, she is a lovely person and very kind, it’s always a pleasure do a session with her.I’ve been going for a few months now and bought several packages so far as she convinced me right from the start and it’s the best results I’ve had since starting laser. I’ve been sending my friends there and they had the same experience, I’m positive that Melissa’s dedication to her work keep people on coming back and the clinic is super lucky to have her! Thank you Melissa!On a side note, I’ve tried relatox botox at this clinic, and while the doctor is very nice and professional I’m not satisfied with the results of this product as it is not strong at all and already fading away after less than 4 weeks despite costing 700aed.

I would like to share my amazing experience with the Hydrofacial and Mesotherapy treatments I recently received from Noha. I visited the clinic for a facial as I had blackheads but during the treatment the lovely therapist Noha performed an outstanding facial, unlike any I’ve had before, taking great care to focus on areas where I had problems,took her time and explained the importance of clearing the skin and keeping it hydrated to prepare it for deeper treatments.Noha also suggested that I should  meet the clinic doctor for an under-eye treatment as well as well as the pigmation I have, I am looking forward to my next treatment.Thank you so much, Noha, for the care, attention, and dedication you showed during my visit. Great experience! Made a same day appointment on (health Avenue plus polyclinic) and got in right away. The front desk Ms.sakaina very nice lady she help me to get fast appointment and services , and she offer me if I take more services . and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice!

Very professional and friendly clinic. I have had amazing facials and excellent skin advice from Dr Lama and Nurse Melissa both are very calming while having my treatments.

I had a treatment for acne scar removal and not satisfied much with the results. There are areas which were left untouched while other areas completely cured... seems like a tactic to have more sittings... not fair way...

The clinic is excellent. All thanks and appreciation to Dr. Lama. This is my second session with her. I benefited a lot from the treatment. My face improved, thank God.
