She immediately put me at ease and explained the entire process. She was patient, professional and very thorough. She took an interest in how I was feeling and accommodated me accordingly. The result was great! I immediately noticed a difference. My teeth felt clean and looked whiter! They lured me in with an advert on Facebook for a dermatological session, following which I agreed to make the appointment. Once I arrived on site they told me that the doctor was unavailable even though I had to drive an hour to get there and had to cancel many appointments.

I went to this clinic for the treatment of pragmentation, Dr sania chek my face after she decided you take cel pro injection I got a reaction on my face due to this injection and now my face is completely damaged. The medical centre looks very good and the receptionists and the appointments team were so friendly and hospitable. The doctor who was supposed to be there as per my pre-scheduled appointment (Dr. Waqqas) did not show up for more than 30 minutes. I was expecting to receive a call from the medical center prior to my appointment to inform me of the doctor absence/delay and ask to reschedule my appointment, however no one contacted me or even informed me upon my arrival to the center that there is a delay. There was already one patient that arrived earlier than me so it meant that I will spend at least another hour waiting for my turn while I showed up exactly on my scheduled appointment.

I finished my dental teeth filling treatment with Dr rania and she is the sweetest dr and very gentle with her work. Really satisfied with the treatment ♥️

Very frustrating and un-organized . Every time I call and take appointment but when I reach they say no booking have to wait atleast minimum for 30 minutes to an hour . It’s not the first time every time I come it’s the same . They lost my file . They keep upselling things to composite and it’s just frustrating when you plan your day and go at the time of your appointment for a treatment of 20 mints you need to wait for 60 minutes . Would never recommend this place to anyone . Thank you for not considering your clients and their time.

MicrobladingIt took me over 2 years contemplating whether to go for it or not! I was scared and hesitant! Microblading is something quite permanent to rush such decision. Some expensive, some affordable, some reasonable prices. Thinking, the more expensive the better. But this is not true! A friend recommended Christine. She did my microblading about a month ago. I waited to write my review to see the healed result. Its just simply gorgeous! It looks real! Unbelievable! I am literally saving atleast an hour to prepare because I do not need to draw my brows every single time. Thank you Christine for doing such an amazing job! 🤩

To be honest it is the best clinic I have ever been to. Starting from the reception Joud and Ichraq they are professional and so kind, knows how to explain everything in details even if I had a lot of questions. The clinic is clean and the nurse May is so kind

I recently got my eyebrows microbladed, after years of trying to draw them on consistently and this is the best beauty decision I ever made so far. Christine is the real deal and has amazing bed side manner. I’m all about the complete natural- I woke up like this- look and lucky enough Christine is an artist who advocates in perfecting the arch, color and shape of your brows without damaging its natural shape. I couldnt be happier with the results!! I still cant stop smiling!  I couldnt love them more and they by far surpassed any expectations I had. It is really amazing what a good pair of eyebrows can do for your confidence, and I feel so much more confident and happy without makeup now.Thank you again for your amazing work.

Had to wait for 2.5 hours although i booked in advance. Every 10 minutes I would be asked to wait for 10-15 more minutes only, until it was 2.5 hours past my booked appointment time

I love their work and amazing results with laser and they do packages which is really nice

Such a big name but worst cutomer service ever they have new promotion of teeth scaling and polishing but they are not responding to thier customer

They do not respect others time, they made me wait an hour and told me that the cleaning lady was cleaning the room while there were other customers in the rooms, and I left after a long wait without any procedure
