Ive been a customer for a year , having purchased several packages with them. The payments were completed upfront, and everything seemed fine at first. However, over the past few months, Ive been trying to reach out to them with no success. Despite multiple calls and attempts to contact them, I havent received any response.Im really concerned. Does this mean Ive lost all the money I spent on these packages?

I have biggest regret in my life that I have done surgery with doctor Junquero. He deformed my shape and especially my stomach. I have visited many doctors after to ask if this what he did to me can be corrected , but unfortunately such an ugly bumpy skin with fibroses can’t be corrected. All other surgeon claims that it was clearly doctor mistake. If you want to save you body don’t trust this doctor. Shame that he is still have license and still working.

I think they don’t have anyone to pick up the calls. I called many times on different dates and at different times, but no one picked up, and they didn’t call back. So, you have to risk your time and go; maybe they will see you, or maybe you have to schedule.

Terrible sales oriented center.The clinic’s receptionist chased me for a week to make an appointment with a specific offer. When I got there, the doctor & nurse made up false excuses to change my session to a package based service, and then told me that the person who called had made a mistake and offered me the rate that was associated with a package, even though I had double checked my booking and the offer rate ahead of arriving to clinic.If this wasn’t bad enough, the doctor did not show up until 20 minutes after the appointment. And even by the time I left, none of the receptionists had arrived yet.What a bad way to run a business! Its important for businesses to be transparent and professional in their dealings with customers, and this definitely was not the case for me. Its also unacceptable for a doctor to be late for an appointment, and for the receptionists to be absent, with a complete disrespect & disregard of people’s time & energy for taking the time to show up & ultimately becoming regular customers.Unfortunately what used to once be a classy, excellently managed place has dropped so much in quality & ethics. Its understandable that I wont be returning to the clinic.It’s also worth noting that Dr. Leandro had left the clinic, he’s someone I used to truly enjoy visiting for his flawless professionalism & experience.

I used to get my treatment done by Dr Junqueira but this time he was away and i could only secure an appointment with Dr Rukhsar . She left big bruises and bumpy luid on my fire head which took a week to clear. the treatments that she has done for me were fake just mostly injection with nothing in them as I didn’t see or feel any difference after the bruising. my skin is exactly his it was when I had the treatment. it is a big con and whatever she used must have been a clear serum or water!

Today Ive visiting Luxe medical clinic for my face treatment which is called Dr Amsa Signature skin rejuvenation and glow injectables , And its amazing result,i can see instantly on my face has changed,glowly younger skin ..MashaAllah...Doctor Amsa has a magic hand...m so happy for the result...highly recommended

I called 5 times within an hour during a week day afternoon and no one answered the phone or bothered to call back, very strange and impossible to do business like this. Only an answering system comes on and says to hold and no one picks up! If this is the way they handle the customer service from beginning, would not want to go further anyway. Bad first impression.

I don’t recommend this clinic at alllll, My mom went for facial fillers and an Indian doctor caused bruises on her face that are permanent, 2 weeks after getting fillers her face is still swollen and has purple spots. We called them and they said she is for the hair procedures only not face??

Staff are friendly indeed and helpful however the prices are ridiculously high,when promotions are given, its for products that might expire soon or second or third choice brand, you will never get a premium product discounted. They dont say it but u most know it.

I tried to contact them for one whole week and all what I got was either no answer or answer machine message that they are busy answering other customers.... I totally believe that successful business is always based on how you treat or respond to your customers and you have no clue about that... Not Recommended at all
