I had a negative experience with a beauty clinic where I began a skin treatment in August. The specialist I trusted with the treatment was dismissed without anyone informing me. When I tried to book an appointment to resume my treatment, I was told that the person was no longer there. They offered to transfer me to another clinic, which I declined because that clinic has poor reviews. I requested a refund, and it’s been three weeks without any contact from them. I had to go in person, and they told me I would receive my money back within a week, but the manager hasn’t contacted me; there’s a lack of communication. I’m considering writing a negative review.

Amazing center with state of the art equipments .Best in Jumeirah for plastic surgery and aesthetics .Highly recommended.The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Best clinic in dubai ,best care for patients, very professional doctors

Personally I only use this clinic for their laser services, even tho the clinic has it’s own pros and cons I invested in them for about 4 years, however, especially the last 2 years for their talented Laser Technician - Ester (who I’m sad to say is leaving the clinic). She has great attention to detail, takes time to understand what you want out of laser and does her best to get you the right results. For someone like myself with fuller limbs she takes her time to make sure that every spot is covered and taken care of.

I did my chin and lip fillers with dr Marwa , it was amazing and I really liked the results. So natural and beautiful as I wanted , thanks dr Marwa .

I got my eyes surgery done with doctor jamal and it was perfect, along with the team and everyone working there especially afra!

Hello !This message is regarding the very very bad service and experience ive had with your clinic ! Three times of the worst experience ever !!! ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT TAKE SERIOUSLY !in my first experience they made me leave mid session just because the other patient came .And in the second visit which i truly regret u made me wait 39 EXTRA minutes becasue there was a lady doing her session but i believe if it was me inside u would have made me leave like the last time !! and adding to that session she finished full body laser in 45 minutes i left with the worsttttt results ‘I called again to book another appointment At 7:30 and now they are telling me that there is no appointment under my name , and that it was at 2:30 ( even if it was at 2:30 no one even called me to confirm ) i am really dissapointed and whatever the social media influencer are speaking about u its filled with lies ! VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE !!!! U NEED TO IMPROV

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They also don’t push you into buying more than what you actually need, which is a serious problem with many clinics in Dubai. Great experience overall.

I was made to wait 1 hour for my appointment with the dermatologist. I had left early from work to be available for the appointment since the doctor was not working at times suited to me . The reception staff was of no help .

Men can also undergo the treatment. Due to religious reasons in Dubai, there are not many places where men can get full body laser treatment (because the treatment is performed by women in a private room). I have been going for full body laser treatment for about 3 months, and a kind Filipino woman performs the treatment with great care. The most important hair removal machine is the latest one made in Italy, so I dont feel any pain. The bikini zone may be painful for some people. The area under your nose will be quite painful (I cant get used to it here lol) so be prepared. There is also underground parking for those coming by car, but it is very small and not recommended. If you are not confident in driving or have a large vehicle, there are on-street parking lots nearby, so it would be better to use them. We also have a lot of male customers, so theres no problem in coming here confidently. Thats the era.If this was helpful to you in any way, please click the GOOD button.

Without any compliments, the laser device is amazing, and the technician lady was very knowledgeable and knew how to use the device and adjust the temperature and system of the device from one area to another, and she had a rest for about two hours. The important thing is that she came out to me and she was satisfied with me 😅 I decided to go for Botox with them after a week after that because their work is tidy and artistic. natural

It is one of the worst clinics. The most important thing they have is the material. I will not say anything other than God suffices me. I will not advise anyone to have an operation with them.
