I did laser with the technician Kristine. After trying many different machines with several technicians, she was the only one who made my experience with laser tolerable as someone with a very low pain tolerance. I recommend her to all my friends, as she knows how to cater to her patient’s needs perfectly, and she is very respectful and caring. She always does what is best for her clients, and gets the job done smoothly and efficiently. She has never burned me, or caused any other harmful side-effects, which is impressive considering I have a very complicated and sensitive skin. Overall, great experience with her.

I went to Medical Village to remove the tattoo on my arm, and Dr. Rana treated me. After just one session, it faded significantly. I didn’t think it could be removed from my arm because I had tried in other clinics before, but it didn’t work. Dr. Rana did a great job for me. I highly recommend her.

Today i had my second session of eyebrow microblading removal procedure with Dr. Irina. I am happy that that i found this place and already very satisfied with the result i have now. They are highly qualified and the pros of tattoo laser removal!

I’ve been a customer of theirs for 6 years and my technicians have been good overall. However, their prices are inconsistent and not managed at all; full body lasers are for 700 dhs while I only did jawline and eyebrow softlight which took 15 mins overall for 550 dhs? I feel like customer convenience and satisfaction isn’t really something they care about when it comes to their laser services which made me look for alternatives despite being their regular customer for 6 years.

I visited Medical Village for my third session of the Foaming Enzyme Facial with Naghme and I cannot recommend her enough. She is gentle and very thorough in her service and is always so pleasant. She explains every step and the benefit as well advising you on what works for my skin type. To be honest one the reasons I have come back for the facial again is Naghme and hope to continue with the maintenance of my skin with her.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the Arabic receptionist. Twice, I called to book a laser appointment, and she immediately said there were no available slots without even taking the time to check. This comes across as unprofessional and lazy, especially compared to the other staff, who are always polite, professional, and willing to help. Her rude attitude leaves a bad impression and needs to be addressed

Made me wait for 50 minutes while they kept stalling me that I’ll be in after 5 minutes and every time I ask they keep telling me I’ll be in in 5 minutes and I never went in for my soft light. Yes I was 15 minutes late to my appointment the lady could’ve told me I won’t go in but Instead she kept saying I’ll be in in 5 minutes and made me waste 50 minutes on nothing

I had appointment with Dr. Irina Derma for dermatology consultation I had a terrible experience. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.I was shocked by her unprofessional behavior and lack of empathy. I did laser hair removal and they burned my eyebrows from the corner. When I called and sent them pictures they denied it.They also told me to send a picture when they did not even bother sending me a message. I had to call them constantly to remind them to message me so I can share the images.They denied and quickly concluded that they are not in the wrong. Multiple comments received from many including professionals that this is a result of a laser burn done horrendously. They’ve also asked me not to share the pictures.Poor customer service and even poorer inexperienced technicians. Please cater to your clients that’ve been coming to you for years and focus more on quality instead of expanding.

I have been a patient in medical village for 6 years now. Dr Hamid treated me successfully with melasma using picosure and I continued going to his clinic for hydra-facial combined with laseMD, hair removal with lasers, dentist and beauty enhancement treatments and I was always a happy and satisfied client. Recently when he introduced picosure PRO I decided to try it on my trauma scars which I tried to treat before in other clinics with dermatologists using 11 sessions of RF machine and 3 micro needling sessions and I could hardly notice a difference. With Dr Hamid and two picosure Pro treatment my scars disappeared 90%. I trust Dr Hamid and his experience and I can’t recommend him enough for skin rejuvenation and problems; Dr will never recommend unnecessary treatments and that’s why I trust him so much as well as his exceptional knowledge. Medical village always chooses the best machines, products and not to forget their excellent customer service and staff.

It’s an very old clinic and it has its reputation, the laser machines some of them new and other are old ones, all the staff has a medical background/experience. They are so alert and careful. But the prices are so high compared with most other clinica (am talking about hair laser only) however I go to this clinic from more than 3 years and results are amazing and it’s worthy cause I have eczema and sensitivity and they never hurts me in any means or burn me. I would recommend this for only people who has such skin.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience has been outstanding that I couldn’t not share. Let me start with the amazing facility and care which is extremely important during this time. My temperature was a bit high as it was hot outside, so they made me wait for 5 mins to cool down and only allowed me into my consultation when it was retaken and was normal again. My first appointment with Dr. Hamid was so informative and honest. He managed my expectations regarding treating my scars and explained all my options. My second appointment was with Dr. Luis, who is very professional yet friendly. He put my mind at ease and addressed all my concerns. Finally I went ahead with fillers and Botox combination for my face and I was beyond thrilled with the results. His technique made the procedure almost painless and the end result met my requirements of seeing a difference yet being very natural. Couldn’t recommend him enough. I was very worried of getting fillers done, but he understood what I wanted and delivered exactly that. Such an outstanding experience! Would never even consider going elsewhere. To top this all, they had a promotion which I saw on Instagram which made this even feasible and way much cheaper than your typical Dubai ripoff places! Excellent clinic. Very clean. Very professional. I had both laser done and a hydro facial. I have done laser in other clinics before and because my skin is sensitive I used to get burns and ingrown hairs, which used to take around a month to go away. The Center is clean and staff are nice. Its been my first visit so I have to wait to see the result of what I have done. So in this regard I cant comment. A few suggestions for improvement are: someone should explain properly what happens after your treatment so you arrange your day accordingly, I wasnt inform properly.

They dont know how to sell their service with any integrity.I never bought anything from Medical Village because there were enough warning signs to detract me from this place and thought to help consumers here. I was visiting Dubai and went to their Jumeirah clinic.I specifically had in mind wanting to know about their laser hair removal services. They provide a free consultation and trial before any commitment. I took that and met with the receptionist, and for not able to recall her name.She gives off a bad vibe, unwelcoming, and is condescending with her behavior when you ask questions. She actually never knew any of the answers including the prices, but that is her job to share this with a prospective client. She also wore a shirt if you want to call it that showed nearly her breasts protruding out. Really inappropriate and awkward. When the nurse took me to the back, she talked too fast and seems to not be aware that orienting a prospective client would be helpful.I was brought back to the front desk and dealing with the same receptionist. Once again the condescension continued by her.This same receptionist also pressures you to buy something, whether it is one treatment or a package, yet she does not know the pricing and the very pressure projected by her shows control and manipulation.It certainly turned me off, and I walked out.

Honestly I’m so glad a relative recommended me to go there for laser. They are 100 times better & professional. They do NOT waste your time booking/scheduling appointments. All of the staff are wonderful.

Amazing place and service. Very clean environment and professional staff.Best place for tattoo removal Ive found.I came to Dr Hamad with a full sleeve tribal tattoo with many layers, their method of using two lasers (revlite and picosure) has provided amazing results in half the time I could get in the UK. Most of my sleeve has vanished completely already, the intensity of the laser and treatment is always monitored and adjusted for the more stubborn areas.Not for the faint hearted, but if you want a tattoo removed and are willing to tolerate the pain involved you wont find a quicker place to get results than medical village.

Not a fan of Medical Village. The lasers they use for hair removal is the least effective out there. Their teeth whitening machine is the same as the ones in the middle of the mall but for a much higher price. The staff and management are unprofessional. There are many other laser hair removal places better than Medical Village. Got treated very poorly coming here, will not step foot again.

My mother and I went in for dysport late 2017 and Ive been meaning to add a review since. I had found a deal on Groupon but when we went in Dr Taghaddossaid the 50 unit deal wasnt enough but there was a special at the time for 150 units that should suit us better. We went with it, following the injections we both had headaches for at least a week. Weve had dysport at a different office before with no headaches to follow. In my experience at Medical Village Clinic I felt that he was more concerned about selling than what we actually needed. First and last time to go to this clinic, do not waste your time and money.

After 5 months of laser hair removal in MEDICAL VILLAGE, my face lookes worse than when I went in. My face hair is growing back thicker. I called the clinic and asked for refund, and their response was maybe you need to buy more sessions and the tattoo removal technique would work on you!!This is absolutely none sense, they just want their customers to buy more sessions.

DissasterThe laser was extremly painful but thats not the point...Therapist has put on my bikini not original Emla cream just something super cheap i never heard of and that cream has burned my bikiniThe bikini changed color into is dark red color nearly purple...I end up my laser session crying and shaking i deffinetly do not reccomend this place...

Honestly, I have never seen such a big scam in my life, all they want is money, they negotiate the price, and Im talking price reductions from 1500dhs to 1000dhs, for a procedure that costs 300dhs from a much better clinic.Hamed tageddos is more interested in making Instagram videos, and experimenting with new potentially harmful techniques on his clients, to show off as some New innavator. such as how he experimented his new stitching method that he made created on my wound after a lipoma removal. He told me that if he videod the procedure, the cost will be for free. But sadly left paying 1000dhs :/And My arm looks like a mess.Also the nurse was rude the entire time which you can see from other feveiws aswell, she has a lot of attitude, and acts like she doesnt want to be there.

Unethical and unprofessional!I went to Medical Village for laser hair removal. They told me is it ok to take pictures during the process, I said yes.Now, I see that my naked body videos and pictures are shared on their Instagram account. I called the clinic and asked to talk with Taghaddos. The front desk said we cannot connect you directly with him.I told the front desk lady to remove my naked body from their Instagram account! She said you should have thought about it before accepting to take a video!This “so called” doctor is very unethical! I did not know this video is going to be published publicly, I thought he wants it for his own record.

Went there to have a tattoo removed and was treated terribly by the doctor. I was pushed through like cattle and in the middle of the laser session he just got up to leave thinking that he was done! He hadnt even finished my tattoo.There was a line of people outside and it was clear he was only in it for the money. Will NEVER go back. Missed spots and mistreatment.

Worst laser hair removal ever. I would not even give them the 1 star if Google would allow me.I purchased a full body package from them in which they told me that I will get a result.
