I’m a frequent patient of Nagem, doing my laser and dental maintenance.Nagem Clinic is an awesome dental/laser center, highly recommended.Services are great and the staff are all professionals especially Dr. Ali Nagem the owner himself, who did my teeth scaling, polishing and filling. Dr. Ali is funny, hands-on and down to earth person considering he owns the center. He gives realistic advice to patient that will make you more comfortable on their services. Most importantly their prices are pocket friendly👍Kudos Nagem team👍 and thank you.

Would like to share my experience with Nagem. Ive been with Nagem clinic for multiple reasons. Usually I go there for laser treatment, so it was always painful for me even though the specialists says they reduced the heat and i used to have a painful laser sessions all time. However, surprisingly this time i had pain free laser and would like to thank the specialist Charru for making the session pain free. I need to thank her enough for her calmness and very gentle to me. Infact she is an true asset to the clinic. I would like to extend my gratefulness for Charru for her amazing service. Would recommend her to anyone who is willing to do laser. :)

I came to Nagem Dental Clinic almost crying and disappointed after long and not successful root canal treatment at different clinic, still having pain and discomfort, sharp pain at night from time to time. My doctor was Ali Nagem. He is the doctor from God! He is professional experienced and totally trusted doctor! Kind polite and very very patient with such panic patients as I am. He described step by step the reason of my pain, gave me straight plan of treatment. Because of his professionalism I avoided dental extraction!!! The worst treatment and the worst dental center, and I do not advise anyone to deal with them due to lack of credibility and fraud. I worked with them to glue a bridge, and Dr. Ali told me that I needed to change three screws. We agreed to everything. After that, I asked them why you did not install the new screws. He told me that he returned the old one at the same price. Thank God, we did not participate. They work with them in employee insurance, and I do not advise anyone to deal with them due to the lack of credibility and mastery of work

My father went for a treatment to this clinic and I was asking the Doctor a few questions about the implants. He spoke in a rude way and he didn’t even explain. Maybe he is experienced and knows his job but he should treat each patient and relatives like it’s their first time. Talking to people is a skill. Communication skills fails with Dr. Ali Nagem. I sadly say I wished to tell him in his face but respected the patient lady that was sitting in the waiting room putting her trust in him and held myself but in Arabic I would say: ارتقي بأسلوبك يا دكتور واستاذ علي نجم.I’m not sure also why would he ask about my specialty or Job telling me rudely that dentistry field is not my specialty. Well neither was his attitude to speak to patients relatives.I can’t believe what I experienced. The clinic asked my father to sign after he finished his procedure a consent paper. Everywhere around the world you do this before the procedure and you tell the person about implications. The doctor wanted to start the work and kicked me from the room. I was very not pleased and wanted to ask my father to leave this place.

I did my veneer for the last 3-4yrs and it went crack and turned yellowish. I think its time for me to make a whole change. browsing through website/IG and found this Nagem Dental Diet & Laser Center which located in Al-Barsha. Let me tell ya, the moment i stepped in, everyone there so nice and friendly, trust me on this. The whole experience was painless. Thanks to Dr. Afifi and all the nurses on duty.... they always do the follow up checking and i also alert by reminder by the frontdesk staff through whatsapp for my upcoming appointment which i might forgot. The most important thing, in person i hates waiting, but here you dont have to worry as long as you follow the schedule and be on time evrything will be smooth as lit. So will I recommend ths clinic to others? My answer is YES. What about my teeth? One word - Satisfied! i like Dr. Afifi arts and magic hand by turning my yellowish old veneer to Supernatural white. I can smile like a model and star on the red carpet already..... so much love to all the staff...

. I’ve never suffered so much in my life how I did in this clinic. When dr Afifi and his colleague Ahmed convinced me to put Veneers . I had so much pain like never in my life , result was not that I expected teeth were not the color we agreed and they didn’t want to change that . There was a hole between the teeth and numb and they said does it disturb you really when you are eating.The Worst thing which can happen to you it’s when people who suppose to make teeth for you are interested only in money and not their client request.I regret till now that I did it there. As teeth after 1 year are still sensitive and bleeding . If you want to save your teeth , your health and money it’s better to go to other clinic .

I am going to nagem clinic for a while and doing treatments with Dr Saima. I am getting prp face and I am very happy with the results. She is very professional and my favourite Dr.

I had a great experience at Nagem Center, they made me feel ease and good advice on all my options. I went for an initial free dental consultation and they gave me super service with amazing price. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful especially dr.Ali who is really expert in dental.

Very bad customer service I’ve called this afternoon around 3pm to book for dental implant consultation and they lady told me it’s free of charge and u can come at 7:30 walk in without booking and I did come from Ajman almost 1 and half hr driving and when I reach the lady at the reception told me sorry no booking today and only tomorrow!!!!!! That’s really nonsense the worst service I’ve hadWhy u gvn false information wasting ppl timeee!!!!!!!Driving 70km just to came n hear no booking !!!!!!!Why did u ask me to come today then!!!!!

My kids nanny had a dental issue. As her insurance does not cover dental treatment, I asked a couple of clinics for the prices and choose Nagem Dental Center. It is not about the money, which is three times what they told me on the phone, but they did not confirm me about the treatment and cost even if our nanny specifically asked them to do. And the best part was at the end, the dentist asked me to like their facebook page and comment with a big smile on his face.. well after the payment of course. So here is your comment, hope you like it. never Nagem Dental Clinic again.

I had the worse experience with dentists in this clinic, they are liars and try to take your money without doing their job properly, be careful if you choose to go here, i went there to fix one teeth i end up trying to fix two others which i didnt have any issue with before they push me to remove the main one and the reason of visiting them in the first place, as what, cant be fixed and i have to remove and add more payment to make bridge or whatever. Finally while im writing this comment i lost the filling of one of the tooth fixed after only 1 year

I took package of 450 AED bcz my friend referred me 599AED packeg but when I go there the therapist said u can go for 450 AED packeg I took that. 3.,3,3 service but I did only my 6 service u didnt do my rest of service I ask them clearly that I m going to use my rest of 3 services they said yes I book for that when go there the recipessioninst Saiying that. to u finish you package. I said I didnt do my service yet how come I finish and from there side no one give you visiting msg. HOW MANY SESSIONS DO YOU have or left. Every time I have to inform them its really unprofessional and so this time I was going to pay she asking me to 100AED why should I pay 100AED so I just left from there. Unprofessional front desk. Very bad experience with this clinic especially with dr. Ali Najem. I did two molars, improper drilling , incorrect Root canal therapy as well as very wrong filling.I suffered with pain and inflammations later.Not recommended at all.
