I had a very bad experience with this center and would not recommend dealing with them at all. After my hair transplant, one of the nurses removed the scabs on the 5th day instead of the 10th day as recommended. Following this mistake, the centers management was uncooperative and showed no concern despite the fact that I had paid the full amount. Their work relies entirely on advertisements, but the quality of service is terrible. My sincere advice is to avoid dealing with this center under any circumstances. Extremely poor service and unprofessional behavior!

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Rania. The treatment is not worth the money & there was no result at all which was really disappointing. I don’t recommend her.

It was my first time visiting them for LHR treatment of an area I never got done before, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the results! Their specialist predicted reduction by 70% after first session but Id say it turned out 90% for me, guess I got a little extra lucky. All aside, being taken care of by Donata - the specialist, just made the experience all the more worthwhile for me. An excellently professional woman with an abundance of expertise. Would highly recommend anyone to go to Novomed for any LHR requirements and ask for Donata.

I received a call from the clinic confirming my appointment for 6:15 PM on Sunday. As usual, I prepared myself and made sure to arrive at the clinic by 6:15. I even arrived a bit earlier. I completed the booking, filled out the insurance information, and started waiting.I ended up waiting for around 2 hours. No kidding. Eventually, I got frustrated and left the clinic. It feels like they do not respect the time of their patients.

Dr. Merila is amazing and doesnt overdo her patients so that the patient looks natural. Patients come out looking youthful and natural. Highly recommended.

Tried the p shot which was initially supposed to give effect after 1 to 2 weeks after that it becomes might take 2 months to give effect still after 2 month 0 effects so the problem is not solved and they made it sound like its the perfect and the only solutions ,which is also very pricey for no results am really disappointed

Avoid this clinic for hair laser treatment. Although the staff is professional, the results are not worth the high cost and the treatment caused multiple ingrown hairs. You can find many other clinics that offer better results at a much lower price.

My husband has been seeing Dr Rania since 2010 and I have been seeing her since I moved to Al Ain in 2019. We go on average three to four times a year (sometimes more)! Dr Rania always is honest with me and tells me exactly the procedure I need done, even when I go in there thinking I need something else. I love her honesty! The Vitamin D deficiency affected my energy, and i felt lazy all the time and couldnt achieve all my daily tasks. I went to Novomed in al ain and they helped me so much well a balanced healthy diet.
