I was suggested a microneedling treatment at this clinic, promised that it will improve my pores and skin. Instead, it made my skin sensitive and caused breakouts, worsening my pores. Despite requesting a corrective treatment, they suggested I try Dermapen and offered additional sessions, including laser hair removal, as compensation. After initially accommodating me, the clinic has now ignored my calls and messages for a month, refusing to schedule the remaining sessions.Their goal was to sell me an expensive treatment, even though it wasnt suitable for my needs and ended up damaging my skin. They compensated me with the cheapest treatment available.Money isn’t the issue here; its about protecting your skin. The worst clinic in Dubai.

Plaza clinics is something that I had found online and booked for a lip lightening treatment, I did three sessions and results were amazing doctors are great here, the staffs are lovely and friendly, they do not use harmful products and I have never gone through any discomforts, today I came for teeth witening, everything went very well and I am super happy with the results, I will be back 😀 and highly recommend for any type of treatments as they explain everything accordingly...;)

It’s very hard to find a good dentist I need to say…there are so many and I tried so many and ended up always being very disappointed. But she is different she isn’t a doctor just to make money she is a doctor to really help you and she just wants the best for you. She only does whatever needs to be done and explains you exactly why you have the problem and what to do to change it. All her equipment is new and it’s very clean so no need to be worried about anything. Even hours after the visit the kids still talk about her :) just very happy that we found such an amazing doctor here in Dubai and we would always follow her wherever she goes. Did more than 10 full body laser sessions and the results were bad.. i still get hair like i’ve done nothing.. unfortunately it was a waste of money. I have even shared my feedback with the clinic, but they never called or took my complaint into consideration.

If too many cars, a few meters ahead paid parking available.The Clinic: very clean inside, white walls and floors providing a comfortable ambience.Inna, the receptionist: very positive young lady, after introducing ourselves she offered refreshments. Very polite.Dr. Yildiz: Proactive, she displayed a very high level of professionalism and competence. A SCAM & Zero Customer Service.I rarely take the time to write negative or bad reviews unless it’s something quite bad. This is definitely a situation where I felt compelled to write.I started coming to this clinic at the end of 2020. So I’m a returning customer up until today 15 May 2023. They have consistently raised the prices for the treatment 4 TIMES in these two and half years that I’ve been coming here.The first two times I didn’t even discuss it because I know that because of inflation everything was getting pricer and so it seemed reasonable for them to also raise their prices. When they tried raising the prices again a third time I did address it and they proceeded to explain that again everything is getting pricer and hence they also need to raise their prices. I tried to naturally bargain and mentioned that they already raised them twice before and that I’m a loyal returning customer to the clinic and actually got them a lot of business from recommending them to others as well but they insisted on the raise and I agreed.It was to my surprise that AGAIN only 3 months later and after I had already gotten the treatment, I went to pay and they had increased it yet again for the 4th time and asking me to pay.I obviously was shocked, especially since this was not discussed before hand. I explained how this is unacceptable and that all businesses are facing the same inflation but no one increases their prices 4 times in 2 years and that this wasn’t even discussed before the treatment.The reception staff asked another lady to come talk to me and she simply kept insisting that this is what I need to pay. I had a follow up treatment 2 weeks later and hence I also couldn’t really be so assertive and for example say that I will not pay this price since it was not discussed before hand because at the end of the day I’m returning 2 weeks later for treatment so it felt like I had no choice.I explained to her how unprofessional and disheartening it is especially for a loyal returning customer. I told her to check my file and see since when I’ve been coming and how many times they increased the prices for me, but she simply didn’t care to entertain that. After which I explained that if they charge me this increased price I will not return ever again to the clinic. She said it’s okay pay and we will send you soon some summer offers to your registered number and I explained and repeated that if I pay this new price I will not be returning and do not want to receive any messages from the clinic as I will never return again. She simply smiled and handed me the machine to scan my card with the new price.It just felt like an absolute scam increasing prices multiple times in such a short time period and even increases prices without informing you before hand and before getting the treatment and then just surprising you with the new price after and insisting you pay.And like I mentioned before it was reasonable to increase prices and I didn’t even discuss it the first two times it happened and even agreed to the third time it happened but this definitely seems excessive, unjustified and unfair.They have no regard to customers or customer service or the loyalty of their existing returning customers.Needless to say I will never step foot in there again and just like I sent over 20 customers their way by recommendation I will be telling everyone of how horrible a place this is.A complete disappointment.The clinic is clean and the doctor working there is professional but what a disappointment.

Dr Yildiz is the most patient and caring dentist for children and also for adults. She is truly amazing. We have been seeing her for over 9 years and now we go back to Dubai (from Abu Dhabi) only to visit her for our dental checkups. I appreciate her work especially for people like me who have sensitive teeth and have fear of dentists in general. My daughter (6), thanks to Dr Yildiz, does not have any fear and loves seeing her. Overall, a lovely human and a caring professional.

Went there for a hydrafacial since there was this ramadan offer (175aed)they called me 3 times to confirm the day before.. okay fineI went there and waited 15 minsThen a lady came and she didnt even introduce herselfI told her it was my first time ever to do a facial treatment and she started commenting my face saying I had many problems (well guess what, thats y I wanted to start this treatment)Very cold and not nice ....Before starting she said she would have done the Royal hydra facial bcs of my skin conditions.... I asked her how much more it would had been, she told me 200 aed. I said... fine !Even though she knew it was my first time, she didnt explain me anythingEvery time I had to ask her what she was doing.Eventually at the reception they told me it was 294 aed...This is not professionalGuess what, you just lost a brand new customer who wanted to start a journey there

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff, Dr. Nalan, Dr. Olfa and team were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Ms. Sulafa and team really took their time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. Excellent service, from the reception to the doctors always very informative and trying to offer the best solutions without being pushing.After one week of just one PRP section I have many new hairs coming and many thinny hairs becoming ticker.

I just finished my 10 belly sliming sessions. The feeling is indescribable from the great results to the humble and lovely staff Ms. Sara and also the kind technician Ms. Queeny. The location is very convenient in an upscale area. I would highly recommend it as they are also reasonably priced and you can negotiate with them. And dont forget to follow them on all social media as they offer consecutive discounts over short periods.

The clinic doesn’t tell you but there is limited parking space there and if you don’t come 20 minutes earlier you will not find anywhere to park. So I was late due to no parking space and the reception punished me by letting 2 customers go while I was waiting. She asked me to wait 40 minutes extra because I was 15 minutes late even though I told her on the call that I was parking and walking from far. She was disrespectful. I left without any service and will never come again. There are millions of clinics next to this one to try

I did hair transplant 11 months before but am Not Satisfied ,when i went for the consultation they said they will cover whole bald area and the treatment will be completed in one time only ,but the during the treatment the doctor refused to do so and only treated with 2200 grafts ,explaining no reason for it .Moreover the hospitality was good .
