Ohh 🥰🥰 visited Queen’s Medical Center last night at their Marina branch, and I couldn’t be happier! Finally, Queen’s Medical is near me. While they have a few other branches, they’ve always been far from where I live. Having a branch in Marina is truly a dream come true.Queen’s Medical is a trusted name with a solid reputation, and my experience reinforced that. I tried their laser service, and it was beyond amazing. My laser technician, Carla, has 8 years of expertise, and it shows—her hands are fast, she’s incredibly knowledgeable, and her work is both efficient and effective.They also use the latest advanced laser technology, which includes a cooling ice effect. This made the procedure far less painful and very comfortable. On top of that, the Marina branch offers breathtaking views of Marina Walk. The clinic itself is luxurious, immaculately clean, and very well-maintained.I highly recommend Queen’s Medical Center to everyone! This is now officially my monthly beauty haven. If you’re looking for top-notch services in a stunning location, the Marina branch is the perfect choice.They also have another services like facials & dermatology, dentistry, orthodontics and many more that I will try soon!PS. Good afternoon, everyone! I want to share with you my experience of visiting the Queens Dental Marina clinic. The staff and doctors are all very qualified, polite and very kind people. The equipment is all new and modern. The room is very clean and beautiful. And the most important thing is the prices: to be honest, they are very affordable and many times cheaper than anywhere else in Dubai. I recommend it to everyone!!!

I purchased a 3-session leg hair removal (laser) package around June of this year. After 1 session, I went back to Queens Marina after 2 months, having less and thinner hair growth. Staffs are very warm. I’ve done hair laser removal and Ms. Carla is an expert. Their machine is good and not painful.I also did Morpheus with Dr. Erfan. So far, it’s good. My deep scars are now gone. And the good result is noticeable.Overall, it’s worth the money.

I recently visited Queen Medical Center Marina Dermatologist for laser and peeling treatments, spending 3000 AED. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The consultation was brief, and the dermatologist didnt thoroughly understand my skin type or history.During treatments, my face was only cleaned with micellar water, and sometimes not at all if I came with a bare face. After a peeling treatment, they didn’t apply sunscreen or provide clear aftercare instructions, leaving me unsure of how to care for my skin.After I filed a complaint about my experience at Queen Medical Center Marina Dermatologist, I was pleased with the managements response. They promptly reached out, apologized for the oversight, and offered a complimentary follow-up consultation to address the issues. They assured me of improvements in their aftercare procedures and communication, showing a genuine commitment to enhancing their services. This response was reassuring and demonstrated that they value patient feedback and are dedicated to providing better care in the future.

I had a bad accident on my scooter and came into the clinic, covered in blood, shaking and desperate for help. The staff at Queens instantly came to help and took me to a room where they gave me first aid and cleaned me up and called an ambulance. The kindness shown to me is beyond words. Marina branch - staff are polite and friendly, As a first timer, I did qswitch soft light for my facial hair as it’s not a laser treatment and is good for fine hair and honestly it’s because of how Ms Karla explained it to me and its benefits and so far - I’ve done one session and my face is brighter. Keep in mind this is not laser so the hair is bleached. Will wait to see how good it is in the next weeks as well before booking another session. Thank you Karla.

Went in for a dermatology consultation today. While the welcome and reception part was fine, the consultation part was very hasty and rushed. I barely finished my question and background explanation about my concern and was not sitting for more than 4 minutes in the room, the GP/dermatologist was already telling me between the lines that he doesn’t have all the day and that he has many patients. At the end of the “consultation”, the dermatologist asked if i am taking the treatment based on a 4 minute discussion? I didn’t like at all to be pushed around like this. Some cosmetic treatments are not a joke and should be properly discussed. Instead of receiving a detailed explanation on what I was being sold (because it felt more like a transaction, not a consultation), I was the one who had to ask questions about the procedure, etc. Zero involvement on the dermatologist’s part. The clinic apparently doesn’t charge for the introductory consultation, however this is the clinic’s choice, not mine. Free consultation does not equate to being treated (pretty much) like garbage! Even by Dubai’s standards, it was an overall very disappointing experience.Will definitely not be coming back and will spend my money elsewhere.

Excellent new clinic on Marina with excellent service.I came for a consultation with a doctor with a problem of pigmentation and enlarged pores. They gave me a prescription for an anti-pigmentation drug and recommended carbon peeling to tighten the pores. I was satisfied with the procedure, the therapist treated my face with care and listened to my wishes)The clinic has a large number of devices and procedures to eliminate any problem)Ill come again 😍

No !!! I definitely wouldn’t recommend it!!!Result: - damaged tooth enamel- and a jaw that does not fully close. To which they convinced me that it was normal for the crown to take time to fall into place, as if the cement should set. To which, having doubts, I turned, after 4 days of torment, to another clinic where they provided me with qualified assistance in solving the problem that had arisen. I had to cut down the crown .Result The damage caused is not only financial, but primarily to health and the nervous system.
