This clinic they’re the best at laser I am their customer for years now and the result always amaze me. Joanna the beautiful lady who works in the clinic is very supportive and understanding. She welcomed me with warm hug and asked for what I need to support me very kind of her and she was considerate about the comfort of patients in clinic to be satisfied with whatever procedure they’re doing. I have been with this clinic for 2yrs more or less. I never had an issue until this year when they changed the reception staff. It’s very unprofessional, not synchronized. Whenever I message for schedule they will always say not available, or if i message early they don’t not reply!! They don’t get track on how many services had already done. Compared before it’s way more organized. Now, I can’t wait to finish all my appointment and I will not come back to this clinic ever again, even though my aesthetician is really good. The level of unprofessionalism i am getting from the receptionist is intolerable for a paying patient.

I went for Botox and Excelis. They gave me Botox and told me to come back two weeks later for a touch-up. Two weeks later, while Botox had no effect on my face, I came back. And he refused to accept the responsibility of her mistake.At the same time, my friend did the same treatment for Excelis, and the technician did it for the eyelids with another machine, but when I asked technician to do it for the eyelid as well, she said it was not possible, it was too hot, and she told my friend that I would do it. I am only doing it for you, why did you tell her and for my manager to understand that it is not good for me. They do the same service with the same price for two customers for different way and this is not fair at all. The duration of the treatment was one hour in the beginning and every The session became less and less until finally the last session was half an hour or less because they wanted to have a Christmas party and this was not my problem. The problem was from the clinic that scheduled the treatment session for me on such a day and I can say that the result of Excelis is not only good. I am a client of Royal hospital for years. Lena has recently joined and has been my consistent therapist , and I can see difference in my results. She takes a personalized approach to ensure she tackles hair growth. She provides care that is not commercialized . We need more laser therapist with her skillset.

Their customer service is so bad. we did our botox last April 2022 and we were supposed to go for a retouch two weeks after but due to some personal reasons we couldnt but we did give them a date and day when we will be able to do the retouch and they agreed and today when we went for a retouch they said that its not possible because its been almost two months.if thats the case, then why do the receptionists keep on calling and reminding us for a retouch and gave us an appointment for today and then we were shocked by the outcome that we cant do a retouch!!! and the doctor was very rude! she didnt even consider us. but if we pay ofcourse she will accept!

I had my micro-needling , combined with the infra red light face therapy , at the Royal Clinic. I didn’t feel any pain at all , as first the strong numbing cream was applied. The needles are tiny more than enough to help to penetrate all the collagen to my skins surface. The clinic itself is lovely and staff were knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I have been doing Botox for years and I have to say Dr Bushra is amazing🤩, she listens to your concerns and the results were perfect. Whereas in other clinics I have had experiences where feel the doctor is rushing to get you in and out and does not do a good job. I highly recommend this clinic, and look forward to doing many more treatments here.

The worst clinic i’ve done laser at, my hair is more and more now and i did 6 sessions with ZERO RESULTS. I paid AED 6000 for NOTHING. I dis facial session and my face becomes worse!! Even though that Syrian lady who sitting there never smile for guests or have any welcoming feels!!!!! i wrote them my review on Instagram to tell them they just simply blocked me!!!!

I just came out of a hydrafacial session, the worst ever. The technician wasnt gentle at all while she is putting the masks. She kept touching my eyes which I dont think that you should do that. On the top of that, she kept telling me that I need botox. I understand they need to promote for that, but not this way. Not welcoming at all. And finally when I finished I found that there mask on my ears that I had to clean myself.Definitely not coming again

Extremely poor customer service!I filled out online contact form, waited 3 days and sent WhatsApp message in the morning. 5 hours later I call asking for an appointment and the operator did not accommodate looking for any suitable time (doctor is only available from 12-3pm whilst opening hours state until 8pm) and after being interrupted I’m requested to call back after 5minutes and nobody picked up anymore.I will be taking my money for services elsewhere!
