We have bought products from boots pharmacy worth 2500 AED and we got a voucher at this useless place. We booked an appointment to try this clinic as it was recommended by the pharmacy itself. We came 10 mins prior and we have waited for another 35 mins and still nobody called us to start the session and i left. All this because it was a free gift. I wanted to say to this useless clinic , you can simply reject the vouchers and reject this kind of offer or deal with the pharmacies. As for me you are only a materialistic clinic and since you don’t care about your reputation i am sure this comment will mean nothing to you. Anyhow, i am writing this to show the people who are thinking of coming to you to think twice.

I had a positive experience with underarm hair removal at REPC. The clinic was clean, the staff professional, and the results effective after a few sessions. Left unhappy ☹️, first of all I arrived on time as per my appointment I don’t know why I had to wait 20 min on the reception?? No apologies, second why I have to explain to doctor what to do ? I came for simple treatment cleaning only , totally un happy as I back home with the same issues which I had before visiting you ,,

This has to be the most unprofessional center that I have been to.One month again, I experienced the worst customer service, and rubbish experience at the clinic, to which they rectified by offering me a free treatment.On my next visit after, I experienced the same, non existing customer service and treatment. Yet again they tried to offer me free stuff, as if that makes it all better.I cannot recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.

This is my second visit. I was quite happy with my first oxygenui treatment the first time which was at 50% off. The therapist did it for nearly 1.5 hours and I left feeling refreshed.Today I went for my second session and am very disappointed, not only was the price high inspite of the receptionist confirming the price remains the same. Since I had already arrived I accepted to do the treatment at double the price, however I was deeply disappointed as the session lasted only 40 minutes. Im leaving feeling nothing has been achievedWould not go back

They have best hair laser removal machine along with the specialist as I did not feel any pain or irritation.Also, Customer service is the best in term of appointments booking, flexibility to amend appointments with minimum waiting time.

I regularly use this clinic for laser hair removal. The clinic is clean and the staff are very polite and professional. I have been using it for years and I have also tried their facial 😍 I liked the fact that there is a convenient parking in the basement too.

Initially heard of them through my friends, at first while I was making my way to my appointment I thought this was a mistake however once I walked in the staff were professional, center was clean, all points where covered and explained thoroughly, the results started to appear as described and most importantly they’re punctual and respect appointments.

Ive been to multiple clinics for laser, but this is by far the best, and the results are amazing. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Great offers there, too. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Beauty Therapy Diploma course here is intensive and detailed. Very impressed with the way the course is taught and the instructor/tutor is very knowledgeable, trained and fully experienced to teach this course unlike any other in the country. I feel like I’ll be ready to practice and work in a clinic right after completing this course.
