Wow! Is what comes to mind when I think of the experience I just had at Seagull medical centre. With the knowledgeable staff and their professionalism that I was treated with I would find no reason not to return. The center is so clean, modern and I got to enjoy a free cappuccino while I waited.The laser hair removal sessions were quick and surprisingly painless, thanks to their advanced equipment the entire process from beginning to end. If laser hair removal is what you’re interested in then this is the best place to pop into.Plus side is that they often have great promotional offers too☺️

I have had my laser done here for 3 years now, they have the best equipment and very friendly staff.

Been using Seagul on and off for the last 6 years and their Botox has really gone down hill.I purchased the two full face deal before the summer and both have been used up - I went for top ups too! I purchased a 3rd one in November and I currently look like I don’t use any Botox at all with the amount of movement in my forehead. Doesn’t even last 2 months!Aaaand they have turned on disappearing messages on what’s app so you can’t keep track of your visits anymore 🤨

I have been having my laser treatments at Seagull clinic for years now since my sister’s recommendation. Not only are the staff always accommodating and friendly but they also provide amazing services including promotions that are affordable.

Customer Service doesnt really know how to talk and solve my problem. My requests cannot be provided and it is fine. But if you cant provide my request, why do you want me to continue with you? Why cant you give me a refund or let me give it to someone who can use on my behalf? You cant give me the service and yet you dont want me to get my money back or share it to someone else.

Ive been using Seagull Medical centre since I moved to Dubai 3 years ago now. I love how quick and thorough my laser sessions are and the fact that Seagull always have offers for their services as well. Would NOT recommend. Dr. Noha Ahmad was the worst dermatologist I have ever seen and incredibly rude. I went for a follow up to a chemical peel that was included in what I paid for. The peel was terrible and did not work (pigmentation is clearly worse looking at before picture) and the doctor who performed it was on maternity leave. The clinic informed me another doctor (Dr. Ahmad) would oversee the follow up. I walked in and immediately Dr. Ahmad was rude, distant and showed a lot of attitude. Dr. Ahmad said “what can I do, you’re not my patient” numerous times without offering any consultation or advice. She did not take a look at my skin, I did not lay down, nor did she take another photo to compare. She seemed completely uninterested and made me feel very uncomfortable for being there. It was a complete waste of time and I left with no answers and no checkup. When I asked about taking another photo she informed me it’s not possible as there was a patient in the other room where they would take it and again, I’m not her patient. Not only did the peel do nothing, the service was terrible.

I have been a client at Sea Gull for laser hair removal since 2018, and my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. The machines they use are outdated and ineffective. Despite the management being fully aware that these machines have been overused and no longer deliver effective results, they continue to operate as if nothing is wrong.We had to sit through the entire sessions, even though it was clear that the treatment was not working. To make matters worse, my sister actually got burned because the machines have deteriorated so much.Overall, the lack of care and maintenance of the equipment at Sea Gull is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against going here for laser hair removal, as the machines are not only ineffective but potentially dangerous.

I use Seagull for laser mainly. Its very good.The highlight was having my 1st lip filler done by dr Noha. What can I say- simply excellent. I wanted to even out my contours over volume. I got both. Everyone notices the difference in the symmetry of my face without pointing to my lips. I wouldnt use anyone else. Dr Noha is so well experienced that you will feel it as soon as you walk in. I got to know about Seagull Medical center through Facebook. Then I took a free consultation for my under eye dark circle and was recommended to go for Meso under eye treatment (6 session every alternative week 1 session) but unfortunately I did not get any result after completing 6 session of under eye treatment. I was expecting alteast 50% result.And Dr. Suggested me a cream for my pigmentation and yes got a good result in one month. My pigmentation reduced.

I am coming to this centre for years and doctors are very good. But the scheduling system and mismanagement from the receptionists recently is very annoying. They are very reluctant and lax in their attitude and let me wait extra 20 mins without any apology, explanation. I have to keep following up while they are looking at me with annoyed faces. Certainly a pity that such a high quality medical centre does not invest in more professional and skilled receptionists.

I’ve been a regular customer of Seagull Medical and I am delighted with the services I always receive from them most specially to Dr. Wafa and Joyce who always cater my needs. I truly feel and see the improvement after conducting the treatment/procedure. They are accommodating and always ready to provide the information I need for the treatment so I will be able to understand as to why the treatment is being done as well as they are explaining me the process very well and what to expect after the treatment.

Cant recommend this clinic enough. Did only 2 laser Sessions with them and the results are so great, I didnt expect that. I am not sure what will be the final outcome of the all 10 sessions, but I am regretting that I didnt start it before. Such a relief especially while u are living in the hot country. My therapist (unfortunately didnt remember her name) is so accurate with her job and explained everything to me when I had questions. Thank you, Seagull, definitely will recommend to my girlies!!

My go-to place for body laser in Dubai. They are very hygienic and provide affordable treatments. Great technicians and best results, too. The best I have tried in Dubai so far and I have tried many clinics earlier. Conveniently located in Barsha, with RTA paid parking and a private parking space bang in front of the building. Very helpful and courteous reception staff who always welcome you with a smile.

I want to share my experience with Seagull HydraFacial.I just did a HydraFacial with Seagull and really my experience was very disappointing, I booked a HydraFacial with steam, and the technician was using only her two fingers all the session to clean the black and white heads !! where are the tools??The only reason I came and paid for you to use the tools that I dont have at home!They only applied one mask that I can also apply by myself at home!!AND Surprisal what? I went home and found that I still have whiteheads on my face!Note: this is my first time doing a HydraFacial with different clinics, but this time with Seagull was the WORST I have ever done.Not worth it at all!

Results is 100% assured.Done my bikini laser and I can see the results already from few session taken.Definitely recommended plus they have lots of offers ongoing!!!!

I have visited Seagull for laser treatment for over a year, the sessions get further apart as the treatment is so successful. The clinic is clean, the staff are friendly and they’re very patient if you need to reschedule appointments when work has cropped up. I’ve seen a few therapists over the time but recently saw Miss Charrice who was still sure to explain the procedures and any side effects, rather than assume I already knew.They run their schedules on time and are professional in their approach to privacy and confidentiality. Being from a healthcare background, I would recommend their service to others.

Few of my friends stopped going there for this reason and Ive also decided not to visit them again.Their reception staff is not only rude( philipino girl who spoke to me regarding my upcoming appointment) but very ineffecient. Ive had issues with them previously however their Manager had very efficiently and quickly resolved issueshence on this occasion as well, I requested the Philipino receptionist to make me speak to the Manager as I didnt like her attitude but she refused to make me speak to her and continued being rude to me.Seagull, if you want to retain your old clients and take on new clients, teach your staff to behave properly. There are a lot of clinics that give better customer service and better price. Youve lost a customer today!

I like the technicians there, they are attentive.But the reservation agents are a bit rude in the way they communicate over whatsapp, writing in CAP letters when sending appointment reminders. And they use a threating language sometimes,like your apoointment will be marked as no show or as such.In general, i like the results i am getting from the laser hair removal. I only dread the communication part with the reservation agents.

Not satisfied with the results of my treatment. Customer service was OK, responsive and courteous. Good deals on Groupon but theres better places for comparable prices in Dubai.*** I updated my review from 2 to 3 stars only because they called me to ask why I rated them in the way I did, and it seemed like a genuine attempt to apologize.

Scam offers are are so over priced the same injection is 1500 in all other clinics and they say offer by one get one free but pay 5500 and when I asked how come they said this is the offer which is totally a scam

Today I had treatment hydra facial with microdermabrasion with Lyra. She is so professional, kind and humble. Definitely I recommend her as best therapist ever.

My mom and I have been going to this place since 2017 and have consistently been happy with the results. The staff are so welcoming and caring towards their customers, and the laser procedure is done at a high standard. They have always called for follow ups on how the sessions have went and keep on track of all their patients. I am so happy with what the place has done for me and will continue to go here for my laser.

Laser is very good and goes smoothly with timings, the schedules with Dr W (female) however is a complete different story. She is always late not 10/15mins 30-45mins late then moody like she don’t even want to be there or to do the procedure. Terrible experience I’ve seen this written so many times on various expat groups and still have the benefit of the doubt. Never again she is bringing this clinic down.

This is a good clinic, that has really good prices for laser hair removal. The nurses who do the treatments are all really great and make you feel very comfortable. The only negative is it can be really difficult to book appointments because theyre always full, and the receptionist staff are not very helpful or friendly.

Worst laser services ever. It’s a rip off. Wastage of time for people who are busy and working. Mazen who I approached to voice my concern of not getting any results then he is making it look like he is doing some favor to me .i waited for 1 hour talking about all this before they could start the session. I had to cancel all my appointments. Great surprise for their customer care skills-they are okay to refund the money instead of assuring the clients of efficacy or making them feel heard.They talk to you like you are the most stupid person. I highly doubt their knowledge and skill about machines and lasers forget customer services. They are so sarcastic and display bad attitude.I would never go there.

I did my fillers and I’m very disappointed. The results are barely visible the procedure was unsupportable and painful the doctor seemed not knowing what he’s doing. I was really scared. My face was painful for weeks after. he told me the results will be visible right after and nothing will change, then he asked me to wait for at least three weeks to see the results? So I really don’t understand. I saw the results at my friend when the fillers were done and it looked incredible. I don’t find this clinic professional at all. I do not recommend.

If I can give them -1000 I would!The worst experience ever!I did 6 Lazer sessions to my lower legs and it still grow like if Ive done only 2 sessions.the machines they use are the worst!Ive informed the management and theyve done nothing.after they took your money they wont care about you at all.Even they told me management will contact you , since a week and no one does .Save your money and time ,dont go here.

I went there for lip fillers . I explained that it was my first time and I was slightly nervous about pain. They didn’t take this into consideration. The nurse that was numbing my lips was extremely harsh and rude to me. Treated me like an object. The doctor came in and was similarly rude and just wanted to get it over and done with. I ended up crying and wanted to leave. That’s when the doctor became nice . Just because I backed out of the procedure. I ended up getting the lips done but only half a dose . I left , But very embarrassed and humiliated . I never cried in public before and it takes ALLOT for an experience to be that bad . Perhaps they all just had a bad day. I’m happy with my injections. Just the attitude of the people need some work.

Unprofessional center. Appointment at 2:15 was kept for 30 mins and they asked for another 10 mins as if am seeing a cardiologist. Doesn’t match Dubai standards. Definitely management and customer satisfaction department needs to look closely.

I had laser on upper lip area just this month. Right after the procedure, my eyes especially my left eye became watery and sensitive to light. I have contacted them immediately, and I was advised to simply apply some normal saline eye drops. I followed their instructions, but the next day upon waking up, my eyes got worse. I continued putting some saline, and informed them again. But the symptoms continued more a couple of days so I decided to see an ophthalmologist. I informed the eye doctor that the “therapist” had used goggles but it was not snuggle fit. And it has a gap that it would not cover your eyes completely. The therapist kept on telling me that laser has nothing to do with my eye irritation, but on the other hand, the eye doctor concluded that eyes are so sensitive to laser beams, even when closed, it could actually penetrate the deep skin. It went on for almost 2 weeks, and I had to wear glasses during those days. I reached out to them again for refund. They refused for refund and the customer service representative told me that the remaining unused package can be transferred for another services. So I booked another appointment to see the other services I can avail. Because I insisted that I was no longer advised to go on with the laser treatment. To my surprise, the other receptionist informed me that it’s non refundable and non transferrable! What a waste of time!I went all the way there thinking I could use the rest of my money that I have initially paid to them. Only to realize that they would never transfer the amount.They have almost ruined my eyes and yet they won’t give my money back OR at least transfer my credits!

A few days ago I went to the dermatologist to remove some skin tags. I was extremely unhappy with the services provided. The doctor (apparently i’m not allowed to mention her name) made me feel as if i’m bothering her. She didn’t put any effort in helping me identify the skin tags that I have on my back and she said that if we mis any, when I will be back for the follow up we can remove them then. One week later when I went back she told me that if i wanna remove those ones i need to pay for another session but that she will give me 40% discount. So I end up paying 600 aed for removing only 6 very very small ones and all this with the worst attitude ever. You can tell that she doesn’t enjoy her job. You feel unwelcome from the moment you step inside. I left a bad review. They called me but i couldn’t pick up at that time. I gave them a day when to call back but they didn’t. Eventually I contacted them again trying to pass on the feedback, they said that is the manager that is doing the follow up for this and that she will call me back. One week later and i’m still waiting…..

Very disappointed. My 4 appointments (always taken 5 weeks in advance) have always been postponed almost at the last minute with very low flexibility options.The logistics need to be reviewed. Otherwise, the service is ok.

As a first timer I am really excited and shy but the staff and the technician was so accommodating that helped me feel less embarrassed. I recommend it to my office mates, friends and they all liked the service and experience. Now I am currently using the contouring promo which is very effective for me. I called them to ask about the price of laser hair removal and was given a certain price. Made an appointment for the nearest availability and after the treatment, they charged me 3 times more, saying the promotion finished and if I remembered who i had spoken to over the phone haha!It was my mistake actually for changing my usual clinic which is only across the road, way cheaper, effective and with much nicer staff.Never again in this so called “clinic”.
