I am doing morpheus 8 with dr Tuqa excellent experience. The staff are friendly and professional. Dr Tuqa was incredible and took the time to address my concern i highly recommend silkor downtown to anyone looking for quality heath care.

This institute is a complete disaster. They burned my skin during the laser treatment, and their machine doesn’t work at all. They lure customers by offering expensive packages, ensuring they squeeze the most money out of you upfront.When the treatment fails and you see no results, they simply don’t care. I asked for a refund for the sessions I didn’t use, but they refused, hiding behind their “policy.” It’s clear they are more focused on profit than on providing real results or proper customer service.Avoid this place at all costs—they’re unprofessional, unethical, and a waste of money.

This is my worst experience in a clinic. I wanted to try velashape , and the first red flag was that the receptionist insisted to pay before even trying. So I payed the full package. When I went there , the ceiling of the room was moldy, by the end of the appointment I was feeling nauseous and had problems breathing. The machine stopped 3times, It S a very old machine , the therapist had absolutely no idea what to do, so she wanted to send me home with only 1 leg treated! When I said I don’t accept this, she asked a colleague to come. After this horrible experience, I explained to the reception I m not interested to continue and I want my refund back. After 2 weeks of waiting and explaining that I m not dealing with this level of unprofessional behavior , and horrible sanitary conditions, they told me is no refund. I lost my money and my time.

I got burns after I did my latest laser hair removal session (bikini area). After I reported it and been advised on what I should do to reduce the burns signs , they checked on me after one month of reporting the accident without taking any remedial action during the whole period.This branch has the worst customer service ever. Be careful!.

As with the communication beforehand, Silkor staff made sure to communicate all expectations very clearly.They guided me step by step into the process, once into the laser room, Marylin, who’s as well a licensed nurse, put us at ease, by making things not awkward and very professionally guided us through the process with clear communication.Once the procedure was finished, Stephanie explained us what the do’s and don’ts were and a day later they gave a follow up call to make sure if everything was alright.Very professionally, gets the job done and makes sure you’re put at ease. Probably the best place to visit if you want to remove the unwanted cellulite (using Velashape machine) and also get rid of water retention if you live in Dubai. The team are very friendly thanks to Stephanie and Maria who were very helpful. You start your session on time no need to wait they are very well organized and punctual. Friendly staff. They took me in really fast after consultation with Stephanie. I wanted to do laser resurfacing but she didnt recommend it because I dont need it. I really appreciate that she didnt just wana sell me a service to make money. Instead I was recommended to do Microneedling. So I did it with Nivine. She did excellent job and very knowledgeable about it. I did 2 sessions, however they recommended 6, unfortunately wont be able to make it because of traveling. Clinic also is very clean, organized, across from Dubai Mall which is convenient if you want to spend the day walking around after treatment. Many restaurants around as well. Keep up the good work. 👍

As a first time customer in Silkor , I can say that it was great experience. However, I feel that they should work more in customer service relation as till now they don’t even bother to call me or ask wether If I would like to continue the laser procedure with them . And also it was paid already for the entire session plus till now they haven’t give the change as they are telling that they don’t any cash with them .

The whole experience has been nothing but a nightmare. Every appointment had an issue, either the therapist is no longer available or can no longer come at that time or part of the treatment is missed. The inclusions Ive paid for differ from the receptionist on the desk. No written communication or receipt with the details of what youre paying for and the cherry on the top, is the terrible condescending attitude of the receptionists. Wow that alone is another level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. Never again

Im very disappointed with the poor customer service I received. After expressing my complaint, they assured me that they would call me back the next day to resolve the issue. However, it has been over a month now, and I never received a call. I regret my decision to purchase their package.

I have done 4 chemical peeling and 2 meso session in Rak Khuzam branch. The service was very good especially the Philippine staff who attended me really made me feel very good and comfortable during the sessions done by her. I was not happy during 2nd peeling session where I did not have peeling at all and I went to show them about it, but they didn’t support me in this regards, they could have offered me another free session to compensate to keep the customers loyalty. At the end we need result and satisfaction. Another thing I bought Azelac Mosturising Cream worth of 470Aed . I checked in online and it is just 128 AED without promotional price. It is a way way higher price that you all have charged me. I was shocked to see the difference in price. We understand it might be little bit difference but that much is not realistic. I hope you all will take note of it. The picture of cream price is attached so kindly have a look.

This is a normal thing and happens in all clinics.But at Silkor, no one calls back or even sends a message on WhatsAppThis topic has been repeated to me several timesI tried to file a complaint with management to no avail

The experience was very bad. I had a hydrafacial and my skin felt a burning sensation. I spoke to the reception about my problem and they did not pay any attention to it. All they cared about was receiving the amount, which was 800 dirhams for the hydrafacial only, Dubai Boulevard branch.

Jessie, the branch manager, is a distinguished and hard-working person who cares about the customer. And Mary, who asked me for the miso, is excellent. The best person when I asked for the miso.

Of course, it is a very famous clinic. The staff are very polite. It is the best laser place in Al Ain. I tried more than one place, but they are not...
