I visit this place many times and I did a lot of sessions here and I found a nurse her name is Jeneffer, she did a great job and she is knowledgeable on the machines. I am satisfied and happy and I see drastic changes on my body because of their slimming services. Jeneffer cares a lot during the session and she always make sure I am okay. Very nice experience. April the Nurse is awesome . Very comfortable doing sessions with her. I must say a must visit place. I needed more sessions than expected and felt like the esthetician I had at first was not properly lasering everywhere, which made me need more sessions.The staff at the reception is very welcoming. I absolutely love this place! I do everything from laser to facials to LPG and more. I recently had a consultation with the amazing Dr. Tuqa and after laying out all the options to treat the darkness under my eyes, I decided to go with a polynucleotide treatment and I’ve seen amazing results after just one session (it’ll need 2 or 3 sessions). She was so patient and kind and personally followed up with me to make sure I was happy. If you’re looking for a professional and honest opinion without all the extra “recommendations” that are designed to empty your wallet (and that you probably don’t even need), I would definitely recommend visiting her at Silkor!

Very bad service, rude branch manager, she doesn’t know how to talk to clients to absorb a situation, where they delayed my appointment over an hour without even apologizing. If am paying 100 aed for a service in a dodgy place, I’d understand the waiting time, however, well known clinic, we shouldn’t even wait 5 minutes for our appointment. Her disrespectful manner is unprofessional and unacceptable whatsoeverI assure u, she needs more training in customer service and definitely needs some communication skills

I just did something I said I would NEVER do! I allowed the Doctor (affectionately known as Dr T) to inject a natural peptide to help conceal my sleep deprivation and exhaustion. Terrible experience.I went for laser and for facial, which both werent bad.What is truly bad is the service. The approach is very much business oriented, once you buy a package they no longer interested in giving you an appointment.Plus their system is messed up, they claimed I did a facial session which I didnt do, probably just to finish my package(already paid).Went to this place only to support lebanese business and now I feel sorry for the image they portray. I have heard lots of comments from people who know they are just a scam.Zero customer service.

The clinic is clean and they are always on time for the service and the laser service is good in itself but they I have had issues with their phone lines always busy or not picking up. In 10 session I got burned once. Not a fun experience at all. Sometimes Silkor feels more like a business which is a shame and their prices are way too expensive.

Horrible customer experience, took an appointment on Saturday at 11am, I showed up and they told me sorry the consultant is not here for another hour… re booked for the Saturday after same time, arrived and they told me “oh no one called you to tell you your appointment is now at 1?”!!! Excuse me?? Never stepping in there again! Wasting people’s precious time on their weekends should not be a hobby…

Not a professional facility , all they care about is getting you to make the payment. They make you sign various consents before even meeting for the consultation , and they specifically hide details about payments like no refund policy before you make the payment. Staff is poorly trained . Would not recommend .

Edith has magical hands! I have seen great results with the facial packages . My ultimate favorites are hydrafacial, meso, and plasma! Cant survive without them!

If you want to be disrespected, lied to and have your money stolen then go to Silkor (if they ever pick up the phone).And not to forget, therapists aren’t trained well. I’ve been burned before and I’ve also had sessions of full leg laser that covered only a quarter of my leg.

⚠️⚠️⚠️I would like to post my experience as I had a terrible experience with them from the laser hair removal i had burns all over my hands and feet from the laser . At first they were saying its normal after the sessions and try to scrub which made it worse and i did a complain (the burns took 2 months to fade away and the white patches still showing till now) they asked me to remove my complaint from the DHA and come check the dermatologist and as an apology they will do refund for the session that caused the burns and the remaining one . Unfortunately I believed them and I declined my complain and after chasing them for more than one month they replied NO REFUND will be done and i can get a credit note to be used with us . So now Im trying to reopen the case and at least warn people from getting into same thing and trusting this place . I paid alot of money to make sure I get the best service and they proved they dont care except to take money⚠️⚠️⚠️
