I visited to Aswaaq Mall branch for hydra facial and laser.They have very clean and good environment and staff Kainat Amrat very nice and expert in her work and very polite and giving high professional services she is really very good.I will suggest to everyone must visit especially for hydra facialBecause after one session I got very very good results

Amina introduced me to this Medical Center as she started working in this new facility.They have many services available like dental, aesthetic, laser treatments, dermatology, and family medicine.The thing which I like the most is the way everyone is welcomed with a hearty smile. Makes the day bright. Also the doctors and staffs are super friendly and professional.Personally, Dr. Omar helped me with my dental visit. Hes very skillful and didnt even hurt a bit. He also gave suggestions to upkeep my oral health better.Nicely located, very nice and clean facilities, super nice people. It was a pleasant visit.And mostly all insurances are accepted. It was all done in a jiffy.Recommended. Located on 1st floor, Parking available, Supermarkets, Cafeterias and other amenities present in the Main Building- Aswaaq Al Quoz.

This is a very friendly clinic. All the employees are so nice and very happy. The clinic is spotless and also offers some other services besides dental. We were very pleased with our visit. We had a thorough exam followed by cleaning and polishing. We were treated by Dr Sawsan who I highly recommend.There are some good promotions to avail.There is ample free parking. 🙂

As first timer of laser hair removal treatment patient, I was quite nervous as I did not know how the treatment would turn out. But today Kainat put me to ease, she reassured me with her professionalism, gentleness and care. She is also very knowledgeable. I’ve been doing my full body laser for a while here, and everyone’s very kind and gentle but no one compares to kainat. She is incredibly knowledgeable at her work, and she only wants the best for her patients. She’s gentle and her goal is to ensure you’re happy with the results. She’s also super patient and understanding no matter what day it is, and very professional. The only downside of getting laser done here is that it’s difficult to get your desired time slots, especially weekends or late evenings on weekdays too. Went in here for a full body laser session after having seen a promotion for it on an influencers story and had the best laser experience. The machine was the best I’ve experienced and the therapist - Kainat was pretty good too.

I have been to the aesthetic clinic to see Dr Pankajam Indrajit, she recommended the treatment of subcision as I have acne marks , chickpox marks for more than 15 years. I was very hesitant as I have very bad experiences with prior treatments. The best thing about this clinic is the welcoming and friendly warm atmosphere of all, starting from Dr Pankjam to the rest of the staff. DR Pankjam was very patient, caring , supportive and reassuring. She explained everything about the treatment , (she did subscicion followed by dermapen)and was very patient with all my repetitive questions. Today is the 4th day after treatment and iam so happy , very impressed how my skin changed and the big marks that I hated have almost disappeared, iam looking forward to the second and third treatment. Finally I found a solution to my troubles skin, this has boosted my confidence. Thank u Dr for your great care and patience.

Marry is very professional, thorough and detail oriented. Terrible management. Book appointment without any grace period or without any consideration that people can be struck in traffic. They convince people to pay for extra sessions but make it soooo difficulty to get an appointment. I had to visit and waste more than 30 mins arguing and then wasting the time of my session.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Sultan Al Olamas customer service, specifically with their receptionist. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was told upon arrival that there was no record of my appointment. This is not the first time that I have encountered such an issue, and it has caused me significant inconvenience, particularly since I had left work earlier to arrive to the appointment on time. I hope that Sultan Al Olama can improve their communication and organization to ensure a better experience for their customers in the future.

Al Qouz brunch . Appointment was at 3 pm arrived a bit late for a few min will not lie . Reception told me to wait a second. Waited 10 min then just left (had a work) So disappointed! Did treatment at dermatology , went twice , made steroid injections paid for each 200 aed ! Didn’t helped at all

Hello. My experience was with laser hair removal. It was an excellent experience in the beginning, but a mistake occurred on their partIt is not like they injured part of the tattoo on my body, and it happened that the place became infected and part of the tattoo disappeared. Of course, I informed them of the matter and they told me that they would contact me. Of course, they did not communicate, and yet I went to them for the fifth session in the hope that they would tell me the solution to the tattoo or give me, for example, a discount or a free laser class as a form of compensation and redress, even though the price of the tattoo is at least double the class.Of laser classes or even more... Of course they would say that he or she was responsible for such a decision, he or she was on vacation and they would contact me... This matter has been going on for two months and to this day there is no response from his side... I will not deal with them again. I will not advise anyone to deal with them because whoever makes a mistake is supposed to bear the consequences of his mistake.

Peace be upon you.. My experience in the clinic was with Dr. Hanan.. All the treatments I did with her had wonderful results.. The most important thing is that the doctor is honest with the patient and shows her exactly the result she will get after the procedure without exaggeration.. And the thing I loved most is that her work gives natural results. Without a change in appearance...in addition to the sophistication of the treatment of all workers at the clinic in Al Quoz, Mirdif, and Etihad Mall branches.

Frankly, Dr. Asmaa is one of the honest and truthful doctors with you, and her work is honest, 10 out of 10. I straightened my front teeth and was afraid to go to any doctor, but Dr. Asmaa did not fail, and I will be patient with anyone who wants something guaranteed, Dr. Asmaa, Sultan Al Ulama Clinic.
