I went to symphony clinic to have full body laser. It was my first time snd i réally loved it. The clinic was so clean. The staffs were so professional. This laser didn’t hurt at all.Then I also did the cooling sculpting for fat removal. It was really good. No pain at all. They have good offers this month. So go grab the 50% discount and they don’t have VAT system.

The treatment was ok. I expected more explanation since it was my first time there. I only see 1 treatment room and it was for hair removal. Doesnt look like they offer any other treatments. The lift service in the building was really bad. Had to wait a long time and they were always full. Traffic to the building was bad as well in the afternoon. Good thing parking was free but you need to have the ticket validated by the clinic. Otherwise, youd have to pay at least aed10.

I had 2 appointments for laser hair removal here. At the first appointment they burnt a small part of my tattoo, because they lasert too close. Even though I mentioned to be careful.At the 2nd appointment the didnt cover the moles and burnt them. This could cause cancer btw.

Bad experience with hydrafacial. Actually its not hydrafacial. Just face cleaning. Just using normal mask and cream for face wash. We visit 2 person. 1st person takes 48 minutes. 2nd person just 20 minutes. Skip the process.

Very bad customer service. Also when I did my laser with them I placed my phone on left side of my head, and she did the laser in my underarm which cause my phone to have patches on the screen permanently, she didn’t even ask me to move my phone. They didn’t even apply soothing cream or moisturizer after the session, which most of the clinics I’ve done my previous sessions with are doing, also she isn’t even wearing gloves during the session.Also, after rescheduling my session 58mins prior to my original session (TAKE NOTE: They will require you to cancel or reschedule 3HRS prior and if you fail to, they will charge you) they have offered me a free hydra session to compensate and have told me that they will contact me last Sunday (10th of March) which never happens, and I had to follow up so they can book but again, booking of the service which is considered as a compensation never happened.The receptionist in the clinic tries to explain me that they are professional, gaslighting me that they are good in customer service which I don’t see in any angle considering how she talks at me.
