Just did my second laser session with Judi and she was amazing, she pays so much attention to every area and I saw amazing results from my first session and so happy with my results so far (I have done laser before so each persons results will be different). Highly recommend her for laser, she’s the best Nurse I’ve had for laser so far, I can’t fault her work in any way.Just a side note- when asking about prices when calling the clinic the price I was told did not include VAT, I only found out when paying for the sessions, so make sure to ask in advance so you will know how much you’ll be paying.

I visited this Aesthetics Clinic to get some patches of hair removed from my back, expecting a smooth and professional experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the exact opposite. Instead of removing the hair, I now have more hair growing all over my back and even my arms! It’s incredibly frustrating to go in for hair removal and leave with more than I started with. This place seems better suited for growing hair than removing it. I’m extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone looking for real results

Awesome experience!! Have been here last week and did Dermapen treatment by Dr pankajam and the results are amazing, worth every penny alhamdullillah. My face is clear and glowing beyond my expectations. Undereye lines for which i have been struggling since long has reduced. Highly highly recommended. Please book your session by Dr pankajam 💖

I just did my third soft light session there. Super happy with the results with Ms. Duaa!! I am very picky with those treatments because I dont want any missed spots, but she didn’t miss a single hair!Friendly and professional staff, especially Ms. Sherin and the Hijabi pregnant lady.

I dont recommend this clinic, they take money and dont follow up for appointments. I have to call all the branches to book an appointment. The day of appointment, the dr came late i waited an hour and dr was still not there.. I had to leave without doing the procedure. When i followed up, and booked another appointment, the dr cancelled again due to other priorities. I work and plan the week and take time off from work. All procedures are paid in advance, without any service provided to customers. Horrible!

I have been going to the clinic for around a year now for both laser sessions and hydra facials and I they have a wonderful team. From the receptionist to the technicians, every one of them has been great, kind and accommodating. I definitely recommend them for laser hair removal and have also had my friends sign up with them as well.

Customer care is not good . They confirm appointment but even waiting for 30 minutes Doctor not available. They need to appreciate time of the customer & strengthen timeManagemnt

Unprofessional staff. My appointments have been canceled at the last minute twice, and whenever I did have an appointment, it never started on time. I had Botox done, and it had zero effect. The staff operates at their convenience, making clients wait for half an hour or more, which they consider acceptable.I’m deeply disappointed with their services. I have undergone laser hair removal, HydraFacial, and Botox for my forehead (Allergan), and none of them have worked. The attitude of the staff is very poor, and they deal with clients in an unethical manner, canceling appointments or not starting on time. This is completely disrespectful and unprofessional.

Laser Hair removal.Book their scam laser hair removal only if you want to loose money without any effect.After 12 sessions even my facial hair growth is 80%.I will never recommend

I have now done several treatments with Dr. Pankajam and she is SUPERB! I can only recommend her and this clinic, specially if you are looking for enhancing your face features (botox, profhilo, fillers). I told her I want to stay natural but look fresh and thats exactly what she helped me achieve! Received so many complements on how glowing I look. And the tabby payment option didnt hurt either ;)

CAUTION !. We 3 friends went together for laser hair removal and all of us are so disappointed. Our experience was horrible. Services are not at all good. My hair grew again within a week and when I complained about it they committed for one free full body session on phone call and when I reach there staff member immediately said that they can not give me that free touch up session when I asked that why did they lie if they were not willing to give. To be mentioned my dermatologist suggest not to do laser before 1 month(which I clearly mention on phone conversation) their staff said not our dermatologist suggest that so we can not give free session. Out of 6 session 2 sessions were horribly failed as the hair grew back within a week. I would never recommend this clinic to any one.

I would like to share my experience with the sunekos treatment.I am admirably surprised by the speed of the result in just 1 treatment, the results were visible, my face had a better appearance and the best part was the lifting of my face. Im on my second treatment and I cant wait to see the result even though Im already delighted with the first.the treatment was done by Dr Pankajam she not deserve 100 but 1000 starts. I am very sensitive to pain and finally I found a Dr who was gentle and attentive to his patient. I highly recommend this clinic , thé traitement SuneKos and the best Dr Pankajam .The staff are also friendly nurse the reception lady very professional team . 🫶

Horrible reception staff named Aya who doesnt know how to deal with customers. She argues and doesnt know how to accommodate customers as per the time slots they require and argues when they request more time. Laser treatment was done extremely well which is my only relief. Hats off to Maria and Jismy for their efforts and professionalism.

I would not suggest anyone to visit this clinic. A friend of mine had booked a laser hair removal session. During the session they burnt her skin and because of that she had to get immediate medical attention. The laser left a permanent scar on her skin. The doctors and his team are highly unprofessional and refuse to accept their mistake. They also refuse to refund the money for this session along with future pending sessions. If you care about your safety and well-being, avoid this clinic at all cost.

I started going to the Aesthetics Clinic for laser hair removal. The service and technician were excellent and efficient. Then I consulted with the dermatologist for face treatments and began a 2 month treatment plan catered to my needs including facials, peels and a skin booster treatment called Sunekos (hyaluronic acid and amino acid injections). The team are all very welcoming and helpful especially the professional, Maria, who explains every step to you and is happy to answer questions and concerns. The receptionist (sorry I don’t know her name) is lovely and will let you know about current promotions and packages proactively. I will continue to be a client here.

She explained the technology they use and what to expect during and after the session. Worst ever clinic for laser hair removal, burnt my hands and i have a scar also now due to the technicians fault. Refused to refund my pending sessions money also and the management team along with the doctor refused to accept their fault at first and dealt with the situation extremely unprofessionally.

SUPER BAD experience with them. I unfortunately went there many time as there are no clinics near me accept them.. they always try and test different girls who do the service. Each lady has her own way and methods and this time the girl literally burt my leg portion and my bikini. I have rashes and my areas are looking bad and I was bleeding. This is not what any customer is looking at.. and the owner needs to take charge as this not about getting money back this is about how you treat customers.Bad service I do not recommend them.Btw.. phoned them 2 days later telling about my situation and they have mentioned here I called them after 2 weeks.
