For over 1.5 years I am a satisfied patient of Dr. Amer and I can enjoy going to the dentist again. This is thanks to his understanding and calming way and the welcoming, supportive and very kind clinic personell. I am also very happy with the check ups and recommended treatments, as well as the professional teeth cleaning of his colleague.

Great experience for the entire family. My 2.5 yr daughter was shy but comfortable w the dentist and getting her teeth cleaned. They are respectful of our time, explain in detail re:procedures and processes, kind, and gentle. Highly recommend especially if you’re like me and fearful of the dentist. I feel at ease when going to the Dental Spa. Bonus: they submit our medical claims! We only have to pay a co-pay.

We have had nothing but excellent treatment by the Dental Spa. I can honestly say every visit has been pain free and a completely relaxing experience (the foot massage while having dental cleaning is an added bonus 😊). Dr Amer fixed my daughter’s broken tooth with no fuss and a happy child throughout the procedure. Such a brilliant place and highly recommended.

I have had very positive experience so far with Dr. Amer, he is looking after my daughters and me. My youngest is very scarred of dentists but with Dr. Amer she had immediate bond, she had her filling done with laser and was overjoyed that it didnt hurt.I would also like to highlight their professional staff as well, they are always smiling and happy.

Had a great experience with this clinic! Very helpful and friendly staff. Dr. Bushra and her assistant Joan were very professional and thorough, with a very warm and compassionate approach. Definitely the best dental experience I’ve ever head! Dr.bushra diagnosed me with a couple of fillings and a root canal, which I will definitely get done from her! The clinic in general is also very well kept! Highly recommended!

I visited for a general cleaning appointment and while Im not usually a big fan of dentists (actually terrified of them), my visit to The DentalSPA was delightful and a breeze. Fantastic environment and friendly staff making you feel at ease. Great value for money too. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends!

The first time I was able to get my 8 year old daughter to open her mouth without uncontrollably crying and letting a dentist even take a peep was in Dr Amer’s dental chair. His caring conversations of what he was doing and what she would experience made her at ease to go on and have her laser filling with no injections or pain. I am forever grateful to Dr Amer and his professional staff for conquering the fear of dentists for my little girl who now has a chance to have healthy teeth and has no problem to go to the dentist. Our whole family has since gone to him with equally good experiences.

I had an amazing experience the staff and Doctors were very sweet and direct they explained everything very clear and I enjoyed the massages they had on the chairs as well as the hand massage. Geleen took the time to book my appointment and was very patient with me although I kept canceling she along with the staff kept asking if I needed anything and made sure I was comfortable. I visited this clinic a few times to get my regular 6 month cleaning with Natalie the Dental Hygienist. She made the experience relaxing and friendly. They even provide a complimentary hand or foot massage while getting your teeth cleaned to make the experience more enjoyable!

I recently took my 2 year old for his first check up with Dr Natalie the Hygienist. She was absolutely brilliant and so patient with him. She let him brush his toy dinosaurs teeth first with all the dental equipment. It made the experience so memorable - he absolutely loves brushing his teeth now! I can also highly reccomend her for cleaning and whitening

We have been going to The DentalSPA for years. Our kids love going (which I never thought would happen). I like going because for once it doesnt hurt the way I grew up with dentistry work. I cant recommend them enough. And check out the facial stuff as well. So many options. Thanks to Dr Amer (who is the best) and his team - we always feel welcome when we walk in.

I visited dental spa for my laser hair removal session on my neck. Team was very helpful and they explained the whole process in detail. It was completely pain-free, i did not feel any burning and sting throughout the session. I recommend The DentalSPA to everyone.

Dr Amer is just amazing! Before my visit to The Dental Spa I had a lot of apprehension based on previous experiences with dentists both in the UK and Dubai. After a relaxing (yes relaxing!) examination of my teeth Dr Amer informed me I needed some fillings, my first though was painful injections, a numb mouth and no food :( I was shocked to hear Dr Amer tell me that I would have none of the above! I said Your joking right? Dr Amer then explained that he uses laser dentistry which requires no injection. To cut a long story short I have now had all my laser fillings with zero injections and zero pain! Dr Amer is a master dentist and I will never go anywhere other than The Dental Spa again!!! I would also like to add that the receptionists and dental assistants are equally as amazing :) :)

Natalie the hygienest (I think was here name), did a great job cleaning my teeth. I honestly didnt think there would be a difference between getting my teeth cleaned at one dentist practice to another, but this Hygienist made my teeth look and feel like new.It was the first time Ive had a foot massage, while getting my teeth cleaned as well! A very nice touch.I shall be back in a few months!

I visited this dental clinic for an extraction. The pain was excruciating and i could not bare it anymore. Dr. Amer was absolutely fantastic, the procedure was quick and the tooth pain went away quickly. The after care and support received from the Doctor was amazing, it felt like i had nothing to worry about.Thank you so much for all your help, i can finally eat without pain now. :)

My experience at DentalSpa was beyond my expectation. From the reception, consultation, got the procedure done. Friendly and professional staffs and dentists. I did 2 root canals here, the work done by Dr. Bushra was amazing and painless. She was very nice to me, she follows up post-procedure to make sure I’m ok. Now i began my treatment for the dental crown with Dr. Amer and yes as I expected, painless. He doesn’t rush his patients, and make sure they’re ok during the procedure. Thank you DentalSpa. I’m not afraid to go to dentist anymore because of DentalSpa.

Wonderfully serene and relaxed atmosphere unlike other dental clinics. Just like being in a spa. Dr. Amer treated me like an old friend with genuine care and warmth. Laser treatment was quick and painless.

I discovered this place 11 years ago and even though I have to drive from Abu Dhabi, it’s worth it. Parking is easy, the lobby is peaceful with water fountains and tempered lighting. The front desk assistants are so nice and friendly every time even when traffic makes me a little late. You get a massage chair and hand or foot massage during the cleaning and hot towels and neck pillows. The dental hygienist really does a thorough job. Every other dentist I tried before hurried you in and out and I didn’t feel the job was complete. This matters more to me than all the comforts offered but here you get it all. Yeah I love this place!

I find that Dr. Amer takes time to explain all the procedures. He explains all the pros and cons of the treatment. His staff is also extremely helpful. Dr. Amer has a great rapport with his assistant and the entire team of theDentalSPA they work very well together.

I had the most complete and highly satisfactory experience at The Dental SPA. The staff at the Reception were very cordial and helpful. However, the key plaudits go to Dr. Bushra Mateen and her assistant Joan (hope I remember the name correctly). Dr. Bushra has excellent patient management skills and is a great dental practitioner. She was very diligent, thorough and handled the entire procedure very carefully and deftly. She was also very good with overall timing of the procedure. I highly recommend Dental SPA.

Lovely Natalie the hygienist did a perfect job for my teeth, she really made my day, it was my first time to do cleaning and whitening teeth, I was hesitant at the beginning to do whitening, But she removed my fears and encouraged me to do it, cause I always keep asking her about bleaching.In Addition to that I got for the first time a foot massage in an relaxation environment and the staff were very kind, Thanks a lot for Dental Spa for taking care.

I struggled to find a dental clinic that I can call home when I first moved to Dubai from America but since working with the team at Dental Spa, my family and I will not be going anywhere else. I did a root canal and got mercury removed from two of my teeth....ALL PAIN FREE. The service, quality, and patient care were all A+. My kids ask me when they can go do the dentist next lol. Awful and unprofessional. Because of dr Amers multiple mistakes my daughter ended up on the operating table. I lost a tooth, because of a bad root canal job. The worst place Ever! Beware!!

Painless, comfortable and extremely caring. Dr. Amer has the lightest hands of any dentist Ive come across in my 46 years of seeing dentists (and I have an aversion/phobia of dentists). Thoroughly recommend AND EVEN ENJOYED getting dental check, clean snd treatment. I didnt know dental techniques and technology that Dr. Amer uses actually exist. They do! A very happy patient completely unaffiliated nor paid to write this. Yippee!

Walking in to the clinic and concerned that my 3 kids (7-5-4) would be a nervous, we were welcomed by such a warm and friendly staff at the dental spa and once we met Dr.Natalie, my kids instantly fell in love with her light hearted spirit. She took the time to get to know each of them while making them laugh. We proceeded to the clinic and it only got better, my kids were in absolute bliss. They learned how to take care of their teeth and it stuck!! Today thy ask me if they . can go to her everyday.

Fantastic team of professionals led by a complete legend! Transparency of all charges and no treatment that isn’t required, full explanations every step of the way. Having had some treatment in the past that has been less than perfect, entering this clinic is an absolute breath of fresh air and the fact they do more than just dentistry is such a bonus! SPLENDID DENTAL JOBI may not call myself Hypochondriac but I certainly carry an over sensitivity to Doctors and their Treatment. Nothing frightened me more than Clinics Hospitals and White Coats and to keep this fright under check I ended up marrying a medical Doctor.Inmyalmost 72 year of age I have not gone to a Dentist more than 5 times despite the fact that I am considered to be Highly Educated and mentally librated. It is said of Chinese great leader Mao that he loathed and feared Doctors so much and especially the Dentist that he could have been devastated by his lack of dental care as he was known Hypochondriac.I had been postponing and avoiding a Dental Examination at least for the past 14 year.But this spring I solemnly pledged to myself that I WOULD OPEN MY MOUTH BEFORE Dr Bushra in her Spa Dental Clinic in Dubai. I carried a mouth that required Cleaning Polishing root canal treatment and Cosmetics for two lower fallen teeth.But to top EVERY THING...I WANTED TO HEAR AND BE REASSURED THAT I AM GOODTO ENJOY THE MARVEL OF GOOD FOOD may be for at least a decade or so.The very first words tha Dr Bushra spoke were not from an accomplished Endodontist but they were spoken by an Ace Psychologist..she said with all confidence Your situation is not bad at all that you might have been imagining for number of year..that was simply HEAVENLY music for my ears.I felt so much at ease and comfort that I thought I was in the MOST LAVISH SPA..and with that came the realisation that the Clinic has been rightly named as DENTAL SPA..She did her work not only with great professionalskill but also with zeal and finesse of an accomplished sculpture.I think she not only excellsin her dentist know how but she is an equality good communicator.I WISH HER GOD SPEED IN HER LIFE AND ALL HER ENDEVORS.It is my sincere and great wish to also acknowledge the most wonderful cosmetic job that Dr.Amer did putting a denture by installing my missing teeth.I would say he is not only an outstanding Prosthodontist but also an exemplary Humanbeing. First time you dont feel as if youre at the dentist. Another very important plus point is that our son is hyperactive and we were really scared to bring him to the dentist. To our surprise, not only was our son listening to every instructions of the Doctor but he was actually enjoying every moment and it was hard to take him down from the Dentist chair! I dont usually do reviews, but I felt compelled to do so with the Dental Spa because I do not want anybody to be ripped off the way i was. I came in with a chipped tooth and it was obvious that all the doctor was interested in is milking me as much as he could, discussing veneer on my first visit rather than discussing less drastic alternatives to begin with. I had a splint (a temporary set of braces covering 4 teeth) fixed from Spain that cost me the equivalent of 200aed. On my second visit to the Dental Spa, the dentist replaced my splint and charged me 5000aed, and no the zeroes are not a typo, five thousand dhs. He was also discussing internal bleaching to one of my teeth before going ahead with the veneer, which makes no sense, why would i whiten my tooth before covering it with veneer? And when I asked him, he simply responded that we can skip the internal bleaching using one of his tricks.To give you an idea about what a rip-off this clinic is, they charge for lumineer veneer 2500aed a tooth, and their super special veneer 4000aed. The same lumineer veneer of the same brand costs a max of 1500aed at any other clinic.I ended up going to another clinic that informed me i dont even need a veneer, and he also pointed out two tooth decays that the dentist from Dental Spa wasnt even interested in. Please avoid going to this clinic, they are not genuine and commercial and they think they can justify their prices with a massage chair and a tv screen.

Dr. Amer and his staff are absolutely wonderful! Would 100 percent recommend. They are great with kids and adults, I even got a foot massage at my cleaning!

This place is by far the best clinic in the town ...and all the credit goes to the doctor.Dr vishaakh bhalla ..did a great job and most importantly gave me the right advise on what is actually required and not touching a point just for earning .He is one doctor who will always give you right advise to keep your teeth healthy so that u dont have to visit the clinic again ..ofc untill n unless u require multiple sittings .5 stars to the doctor and clinic stands by its name “dental spa”

I dont think I am the only one that dreads going to the dentist but Natalie the dental hygienist was super friendly and super professional and it turned out to be top 3 trips to a dental clinic for me. Will definitely come back again.

First off let me say the dentist and hygienist at the clinic were very professional and I was satisfied with the service they provided.I booked a cleaning and a check up. I was told it would be 500 AED for the cleaning and 350 for the consultation.During the cleaning my hygienist asked if i wanted fluoride but didn’t indicate it was an additional 400 AED.During my examination with the doctor he indicated he was going to take some X-rays but didn’t tell me it would be an additional 400 AED charge.The dentist told me I needed 3 new cavities that would cost 1000 AED each to fill.I declined and got a second opinion down the street and the dentist told me i needed 1 minor filling and charged me 120 AED.Overall I was charged an additional 800 AED and was instructed that I needed 3 fillings which was not the case. I understand I agreed to the additional charges but they should be more upfront about them.

Booked an appointment for cleaning and whitening . Reseptionest told me the dentist i asked for was not available so she booked me for an appintment with another dentist . Went in expecting the treatment i booked for ended up with no service done just a convo on trying to get me braces done for 32k AED and a bill for 700 for an xray i ddnt ask for nor was i informed of the charges and a consultation fee that i ddnt need in the first place ! Rip off

Rosie had 4 fillings in only the second consultation and she was so calm and relaxed. Psychology is so important at 6 years old. Thank you Dr Amer.

Dr. Amer is the best. Super attentive and great patient care. Gives lots of different options to suit your lifestyle and their offices are really nice with cutting edge technology.

Dr Amer’s actions and unprofessional conduct brough my girl to the operating table. While removing a tooth, he didn’t manage to do it successfully, the tooth broke in half. He didn’t finish the job, because he didn’t have enough patience. And on top told her “i am not doing it, that’s it! Now u will go and have a problem”.

Dr. Amer is excellent and his staff the best. His equipment is state of the art and his methods and tech are up to date. Painless is his theme and it was for me :)

I have known Dr.Vishakh from last few years, and can bet on his root canal services (hes best in town)Also the staff of dental spa was very friendly and accommodating with my appointment changes.

I would give this dental office a zero if I could. What a rip off. 2000 dirhams for 30 seconds of his time. I went in to get a chipped tooth fixed in December, he fixed it, but by January the filling he used to fix it was coming off and had formed a visually noticeable ridge. I went in to have his mistake fixed and it ended up costing me 2000 dirhams. I would strongly advise going anywhere in dubai besides the dental spa.

This place seemed to have closed but no on updated it on google. I called the 04 number, I got the answering machine saying its outside office hours (even though it was a Monday at noon!), the 050 gave me a disconnected message from etisalat, and the web form keep giving me an error even though all the form is filled! What a shame, as the doctors there come in highly recommended and I was looking forward for a consultation.

Omg. A totally different dental experience than anything you are used to. I kept waiting for the painful poking and prodding. And the gagging from trying to hold mouth open. This is NOT that at all. Everything was, dare I say, pleasant!
