My First impression was good but let me tell you:-They are not clear about the prices when first I contacted them they give me the highest price.-I went to get Soflight which was 500aed, 1 session and free touch up, but if you check the actual price for 1 session without free touch up will be around200/300, so basically in the offer for the free touch up you are getting charge for it, which is misleading offer👎🏻-They tell you to write a review and you’ll get free service.I am so disappointed because since I pay 420”with discount “for softlight and didn’t have time to do the touch up after 3months I contacted them for it they refused telling me it should be just after14 days, which they don’t have the right because first I pay for it, second no one told me about it, the least thing they could do is telling me beforehand.To be fair the lady who did the soft light for me was professional she knows what to do, and she offered me free blackheads cleaning for when I come for my free touch up, and they offered me free detox facial for writing the review, but I’ll never get it because I don’t think I’ll come back.

I liked the place, the ambience, and the service as well. The stuff was friendly. I did the hydrafacial (1 hour) however they finished before completing one hour. I liked most of the things that was done in the session except two things. The extraction and that they didn’t allow the face mask to stay for 20 mins.

I live nearby and thought Id try their soft light for my face.. one thing that I didnt like that they tricked me into doing (1 session + 1 retouch free = 500 AED) like there was no other options *the price is double what I used to pay in other clinics*(I enquired multiple times about the prices on the phone, when I arrived, the nurse, while paying)they literally said: 500 and retouch is optional its up to u if u want to come after 10 days or nonone of them was clear to me and told me that the retouch is not actually free and a session without a retouch costs only 300 ... that bothered me because I dont need a retouch session anywaysBut i liked the service and I would come again because its close to where I live and I know now its 300 👍🏻and you know now, so hopefully this review will help somebody

I have decided to put my review after 2 months of continuous follow up with my skin in Truelase Clinic. Before speaking about the services, I want to highlight the great hospitality, welcoming, and professionalism of the ladies at front ( Maysam, Anne, Joyce). Second, my hair laser treatment of only 2 sessions so far, i can see major results even though I haven’t yet finished all my sessions, no pain at all and I would recommend it to anyone who have never done laser hair removal before like me(Thanks to Sheila and Margarita !!). Third and most importantly, I have been working with Nancy in the past 2 months who have truly taken very good care of my skin. She is very professional, knowledgeable, understands her clients skin. What I appreciate about Nancy is she also very honest to what your skin needs. I usually do soft line laser, and I tried again the Japanese rejuvenation technique without needles and without pain, and the result was nothing better or better. I did an amazing eyebrow lift. I advise everyone to do it.

This is the worst laser place ever.. very unprofessional and they have burned my skin that I have bruises all over my body... Ive been to so many places but I was never treated like this.. they are always late and dont t be fooled by the fancy place and the fake smile of the staff.. its always full and the technicians are trained on our skims. Ill never come back to this horrible place again. A very bad place. They burned my skin from the first time. Why do they have a way of dealing with customers, especially when problems occur? Those who work with lasers train on our skin to the point that they burned my skin more than once without any feeling or conscience. It is impossible for me to return to them again.

The best thing girls can try is that they have softlight (bleaching) for the skin, which is dangerous, and what distinguishes them in their method is softlight, which is glasses because they are used with softlight carbon 😍👌🏼..
