Nice and friendly staff, but if the appointment is at 18h30 and youre attended at 21h, its a bit too much to handle.Or you come on time for an appointment, or you manage the expectations of your customers but nobody came to tell us anything until we asked something ourselves.Also the doctor says 1 thing and then the reception a totally different thing.Edit: Hospitals reaction on this comment is false and quite frankly disgusting. They called us to come at 18h (very specifically mentioned to come between 18h and 18h30, she was on speaker so no misunderstanding possible), as we needed to go that day otherwise our appointment wouldnt have been follow up anymore and charged. When we arrived and already after half an hour waiting, we complained and they said your appointment was at 17h30. Id suggest the hospital to take complaints serious and take some responsibility, instead of blaming others for your mistakes.

I had visited this clinic for consultation of my wife’s long time pigmentation and other skin related issues and we met dr. Javeria. I would highly recommend her professionalism and expertise, I can see amazing results with 3-4 sessions as she explained during first visit, it has exceeded our expectations in all aspect. I would highly recommend her for any skin related issues.Also the facility is very neat and clean with friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the waiting times do not compensate for the talent of this doctor. Its not acceptable that even with a booked appointment, they still make you wait 3 hours and this happened twice to me and in other ocasions to my friend that attends the same doctor. Its very frustrating to wait with numbing cream all over your face and even in your mounth for over an hour... UPDATE: It is unbelievable and outrageous that they replied to this comment manipulating the truth. My appointment was not scheduled to 5.30, but 6 pm - and I was there on time (even after driving for 1 hour). I have the phone call of that same afternoon where we agreed my appointment is for 6pm and I would love to be able to post the audio here so you all see what they are made of... As a matter of a fact, I just decided that I will personally reach the management to deal with this subject because I feel personally attacked and offended by this lie. This is very low. I dont like writing negative reviews as it may cost someone their job or payroll. So here is a brief on my experience.I visited to learn more about IV drips, I felt I wasted my time. The Dr. as sweet as she may appear made me feel so uncomfortable even asking for insight or my doubts about IV. The consultation ended in 15mins. The receptionist was more helpful and humble. I absolutely wasted my money consulting. Google gave me more details :(Disappointed hence one star.

I have a very bad experience with all dr, staff and management team.First of all I met with Dr. Jaweria I told her about my skin very well and she advised me to start the procedure and at the same time I asked about the cost and she said not much expensive. After leaving the dr, the nurse came to tell about the treatment which were two and according to her I went chose one of that and of course I chose one but she didnt tell me about the session included that or separate. In short theyre playing with words to make innocent foolish and making money. I thought dr. Jaweria is different from the others but sorry to say that she is the same like others making money and not directly but indirectly they are using the chemical creams which theyre calling home care formula night creams. No one can fix the pigmentation or melisma. So please everyone if anyone has this pigmentation or melisma just simply apply what youre applying in daily usage. If were taking the treatment itll help us only for some time not for life time I wasted 3000 dirhams in first session and after 15 days again the same amount so think around 5,6 thousand I waste in a month for this stupid treatment and even doctor doesnt know how many sessions will be there for our skin. And you know what itll come again if well not take care. A comfortable clinic, and I work with the specialist Reem. I do more than one thing with her. She is nice and comfortable to deal with, especially since she is an Arab. She understands what I want and what my problem is, and the receptionists are always cheerful and very nice.

I advise you to go to Dr. Reem Al-Rashdi. Sometimes she is an artist and knows her job well, and sometimes she is lovely, and my experience with her is good 🤍
