Bissan Dental, Aesthetic & Laser Center

Just want to share my experience with this Center. The environment is warmth and people there are friendly from reception to doctors. Customer service are outstanding. A great place to visit for dental health and issues and talking about maintaining and upgrading your beauty, well, this is a perfect place for you to book your appointment as they have skilled dermatologist and nurses to assist you.

My third visit and not the last, Dr Ghaydaa is a fantastic aesthetics doctor, she managed to transform my difficult case thin white lips into my desired look with filler after years of bad procedures from other places in Dubai. Not to mention she is so approachable, friendly and professional. All the other clinic staff are also very welcoming. Very reasonable prices too. Clean clinic. A hidden gem.

Such a nice and clean clinic. Was taken care of by everyone and they were all very welcoming. My go to Doctor is Dr. Nahla. I always recommend her to all my colleagues and friends and I have only ever gotten positive feedback about her! She boosted my confidence and dealt with me with care and I highly recommend her!

Big thank Dr. Adnan for his exquisite talent in treating my teeth and relieving me from my pain and discomfort I did my root canal treatment with him and he was very welcoming and explained everything through the procedure! Highly recommend! Friendly assistant too !

Best Dental clinic in Dubai. They are super friendly and very professional, I cant thank Rochelle enough for her patience and for always assisting with my monthly bookings for my braces. Dr. Singh pays attention to details and will never rush until my teeth are perfectly aligned. Im very happy with this dental clinic. They are very helpful and friendly.I had several decays on my teeth and thanks to Dr. Nahla they are all fixed now. I think she is both a great person and a great dentist. She is very professional and skilled. I love her energy, detailed explanations and conservative treatment approach. I felt very comfortable every time I went for a treatment.I also have an ongoing implant treatment with Dr. Maher. He is very nice and professional too. I think he is very swift and precise with what he does.

Im glad I had my wisdom tooth surgical removal done by Dr. Zyad. I was worried and almost freaking out as I didnt know how painful it would be. Dr. Zyad explained everything, then started the procedure. It was smooth and quick, easier than a root canal, it literally took 7 minutes, and there was no pain at all, just some pressure. After the surgery, the pain was manageable, and I only had a slightly sore throat.

Dr. Nahla is amazing! I’m usually very sensitive with dentists but I didn’t feel anything. Super sweet and professional, she fixed a tooth I had been insecure about for many years. Highly recommend, I will not be going to any other dentists ☺️

I went to the Bissan Dental Clinic with my son. The doctors and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Adnan is very professional and very good at handling my son. He treated us with the utmost care. I highly recommend this clinic. Keep it up!

Bisan clinic is a great clinic. I have been going for a while now. The receptionists welcome you warmly and always assist you. Got my braces done by doctor Singh, excellent job. Super respectful doctor with amazing skills. Recently got a cleaning done as well with Doctor Adnan, very gentle with great skills. 10/10

Don’t know how to express my happiness and satisfaction.This place is a magical place and the Dentists are magicians.Will definitely mention that -Dr Nevin is the best. She understood all my concerns and addressed it one by one. Her dedication towards her work is quite visible. The best dental clinic located in Dubai Internet City. The place offers you all sorts of dental care. I have gone for treating my dental problems.Dr Nahla one of the best dentist which I have consulted. I really like Dr. Ghada, did few facial treatments (injections) with her. She is always so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable, apart from that Dr. Ghada always gives an honest recommendation for a treatment for high suits your skin type, not pushing something just to sell to a client.

I recently had a lip filler procedure with Dr. Ghaydaa, and I couldnt be happier with the results. The outcome is incredibly natural, and I feel more confident than ever. Great dental Clinic.I had great experience with the Doctors and Reception full team are is great.Very welcoming and explaining step by step what should be done, I cant thank them enough.I definitely recommend the place very much.

NOT RECOMMEND SO FAR. Had the laser and Derma pen session, here are my honest reviews -1. Their Wednesday discount is a scam ! They reduce the price and provide the service for like 20 mins (referring to the Derma pen session) !!!! Not acceptable.2. I had a full body laser session , apparently they don’t include face and trunk in full body !! I have never been to a clinic that excludes trunk and face from full body.3. Derma pen - I own a Derma pen and I know how it works, the nurse was running it all over my face with same depth , though ideally depth varies with area of the face. I had to ask her multiple times to change the depth.So far I would rate the experience as 2/10 only. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL. A better option is NEW LOOK For amazing similar price services but no compromise on quality.Let’s see how the results of Derma pen turn out to be.

Been there for the first time and Ive got to say, they are the real deal. Amazing service, Rochele at the reception was a delight and Dr. Nahla is as experienced/professional as she is authentic and it made the experience so much better. Theyve won me over as a customer.

I went it for an wisdom tooth extraction with extreme fear of needles and general angst about dentists. But Dr Ziad has proved me wrong. ☺️He has a very light approach with needles and it took him a total of about 3 minutes to get the tooth out. Very nice staff at the clinic and very clean as well!

Dr Singh is very professional in handling patient. He addressed all my concerns and explained the treatment process. The clinic is highly recommended and they have decent prices too.

Dr. Nahla is an excellent dentist who provides top-notch dental care. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and professional in her approach to patient care. She takes the time to thoroughly explain any dental issues and provides clear and concise treatment options.

Thieves. They have taken their charges for wisdom tooth extraction which I have decided to not go ahead with and I have been chasing them for over a month to refund me back the amount.

Very nice clean clinic with friendly people. We came with our family of 5 and they tried to make the time as short as possible, so we had 3 different dentists. Nice, clean and fresh teeth again for all of us.

I really appreciate Dr. Yasmin who did a great job for my broken tooth, she managed to put a crown with same color of my teeth to the extent that I can not really recognize it. She is very accurate and friendly that makes the patient very comfortable. She is highly recommended.

Good and quick service from insurance approval to appointment and follow up check ups. Dr. Yasmin was very friendly and provided a quality and exceptional service in putting crown on one of my front tooth. It was as if a normal tooth just like the others. The size and color was very natural.

I have been visiting Bissan dental center for years now and I trust it completely. Mainly Dr Raneen for dental issues, Dr Nael and Dr Singh for orthodontics. The place and staff are great and welcoming and their prices are very convenient for the services they offer. I started visiting their Aesthetic center lately. Dr Kamal is an excellent aesthetic doctor honestly. Tried doing fillers, Botox, PRP, and chemical peel, and the results were amazing with an incredible natural touch to it. He runs the procedure in a very smooth and fast way. No bruising or irritation at all. Their prices are very competitive for the products they use. Again their Aesthetic center gained my trust that I became a regular customer!

I met Dr Ghaydaa and she is fantabulous.. she is super honest and doesn’t recommend any treatment if one doesn’t need it! Truly genuine and listens to your concerns patiently.. can’t recommend her enough.

Great facility and reasonable prices! Doctors are very professional and reception staff are very kind and courteous. Especially recommending Dr Ziad for any dental issues or cosmetic. He gave me the Hollywood smile I always looked for. What I really appreciate is he’s very thorough, light hand and always has a innovative solution.

I visited the clinic to install a crown and I had very positive experience all the way through. Beside the treatment which was done by the experienced and diligent Dr Raneen, it was refreshing to visit a clinic where they are not trying to sell you treatments that you do not need.

The clinic is highly recommended as they are all professionals from the time I open my file in the reception to meeting the dentist Dr Ranen. She explained the treatment very well and ease my fear.

My experience with Elena of laser hair removal was very satisfactory .On the other hand The assistance of Souha was Really helpful .

I have a combination of sensitive and oily skin that buying over-the-counter products trigger more problems than it is to alleviate my skin problems. Hence, opt me to seek professional help. After checking and browsing online, I visited Bissan Derma and was assisted by Ms Cor. She was very helpful and very professional in answering all my queries related to my acne and even provided me with tips on how to improve my skin. I did the Acne Mask Peel Treatment and am now on my 3rd day applying the Homekit which is also part of the package and I can really see the difference. My acne scars started to lighten up and somehow glows my skin. Im totally satisfied with the treatment. When it comes to money value, I can say the treatment is at par. Plus I love that the Clinic is very hygienic and has a peaceful ambiance.

Well the work it speak for it self.Did filling and they both came of twice and this is the third time and I am not going back there again.

We were looking for a Dental Clinic that can cater pedia, since our baby is supposed to have his first dental visit, to introduce him to a dentist and hopefully for flouride application, that way he wont have any problems with dental appointments in the future. We called this clinic and asked if they have pedia dentists and they said their dentists are capable of seeing children, they asked how old he is, and we specified he just turned 1. We booked 5pm and came on time. The clinic was clean and staff were polite and nice and accommodating. But upon meeting the dentist himself Dr Makki, he didnt hide his surprise to knowing his patient was a baby. Obviously, hes not willing to have a pedia patient. He left the treatment room to go somewhere. I then asked the assistant, if he specializes in pedia, since he doesnt really hide his dislike to have a pedia patient. Apparently hes supposed to replace their pedia dentist according to the assistant, and when he came back he just said he cant do anything because the baby should have teeth, and I said he does have teeth, and he continued by saying he needs to be atleast 3years old to do that. He didnt see our baby, he never got to sit on the chair, not properly introduced to the dentist to any instrument, or to any procedure, his mouth was not opened and his teeth not even checked by this doctor. Then we were sent out with that explanation. Oh yeah by the way, we were still charged for that less than 5 minutes conversation with him not even getting any proper advice on proper dental hygiene for babies. The reception was the one who gave us the advice about applying flouride toothpaste, the reception, not the dentist.

I was so lucky to have the chance to be in Bissan Derma’s soft opening! I did the Meso Eyes treatment with Dr. Cherry and it was absolutely amazing! I got an instant result once the procedure was done! Can’t wait to come back for more sessions!

I’ve been a patient with this Centre for 5 years now and they have done a great job with my braces, veneers and follow up. They are not commercial at all and provide great installment plans. I’ve tried almost all the doctors there and they are very devoted to their job.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! NOT EVEN WORTH THE ONE STAR I HAVE TO GIVE!I visited Bissan, as I had a cracked tooth and was told straight away, that the only procedure moving forward was to have root canal treatment and a crown (by Dr. Ayaz Malik). The root canal treatment was performed by Dr. Ayaz Malik and was extremely unpleasant. It was carried out unprofessionally, with the dental assistant faffing and finding the instruments during the procedure and the lack of communication from Dr. Ayaz himself was shocking. For someone who is petrified of the dentist, I was left mortified.I came back 2 days later and saw Dr. Zyad for my crown impression, to then be told, as soon as I sat in the chair that he needs to remove the tooth! He explained that I should HAVE NEVER received root canal treatment and certainly not a crown! The only way forward was to have the tooth removed and an implant placed, which NEVER ONCE was expressed by any of the other so called dentists. I refused any further treatment by Dr. Zyad, as he spent the whole time smiling and laughing at me, which is beyond unprofessional.The whole staff then proceeded to gossip at the reception desk in front of me and a receptionist called to apologize once I had left the building upset and traumatized.

Dr. Ghaydaa is an amazing Dr, she is so professional, trustworthy, supportive and she always make sure to understand her client and keep their natural beauty.

Best experience ever, I had the privilege of having my daughter’s teeth done with the best doctors Dr. Nael and Dr. Singh and Dr. Raneen. Friendliest and most professional doctors I’ve met. The experience was absolutely amazing.

Had a great experience, very professional and polite reception. Dr Raneen was very thorough with the explanation with the root causes, treatments and the alternatives. High quality treatment for an affordable price.

I visited this clinic on 10th July, 2019 for a tooth cavity. I was attended by Dr. Raneen Hisham Alljabi and she did a wonderful work. She explained me the problem, symptoms, possible reasons and did the needed only in 30 mins. I was having 80% covered by my medical insurance and i just paid AED 41 for the entire treatment. She also suggested me a slot for dental cleaning wherein i can avail a discount of 50% (on Tuesdays) and it was not pushed on me, it was totally at my discretion. So, I will close by thanking the doctor and the clinic for keeping such high standards in this profession.

The staff are very professional, since they started helping me with booking until I finish my first session, they made me very happy to visit the clinic and will definitely choose more things to do.

I booked an appointment for 4 pm today 10/Feb for dental consultation and it was confirmed by the receptionist yesterday. I called them today again to confirm that I am coming, but then they told me that my appointment was cancelled! Cancelling it without notice! 👍

Also you didnt deserve this one star , if theres Zero I would put zero , The doctor who I booked with her for me and my son was unprofessional, we suffer from what she did one month later until we went to another good doctor , can you imagine that she connected the two front teeth together with the permanent filling for my five years son !! Also the filling caused sever swelling in the gum for him because the filling was covering the gum !!Also the customer service was awful and disrespectful , and the prices very expensive, two front teeth permanent filling for 800 Aed and this is their discounted price !I dont recommend this clinic for anyone.

Doctors are good... but reception and insurance employees in the dental center are careless... I was informed by my insurance company that my treatment was approved a week ago by insurance and until now no one called from Baisan to inform the same and to set an appointment... I called my insurance company to cancel this approval so I get my treatment from another clinic

It is worst reception and follow up ever... I visited Dr.Ziad once for implant and they supposed to call me for next appointment three weeks I am calling for appointment or to talk to the doctor no answer only fake promises to call me back..

This clinic does not respect people time, and if they do not respect their time you can not trust them for your health, if there is less than one star I would give it to them
