I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this clinic. When booking via WhatsApp, the staff are unfriendly and unprofessional. They don’t even greet you with a simple hello or good morning, and often just tell you they’ll call you back—only to never do so. They are not flexible or understanding of busy schedules, and their response times are extremely slow. While the ladies who perform the laser treatments are very kind, polite, and professional, the poor customer service makes it hard to recommend this clinic. It’s a shame because the treatments themselves are good, but the lack of communication and consideration really detracts from the experience

The customer service is really disappointing. The staff on WhatsApp are unfriendly and don’t offer flexible time slots to choose from. One time, they canceled my appointment because the professional was sick but didn’t suggest rescheduling. It feels like they don’t care about their clients.They also don’t send a confirmation with the date, time, and procedure after booking, which would be helpful.The specialists doing the treatments are nice, and the results are good, but the bad customer service ruins everything. I’ll look for a different studio once my package is done.

Avoid this place at any cost! Waste of money!Paid 3k for full body hair removal, avoided sun and activities for 6-7 months as per all recommendations. Had done the full course, completely NOTHING has changed.Be prepared that they will say that its your hormone problem, because apparently thats the only answer they have.1. Specialists are not professional (Anou was the best out if all though) other do the procedure in 5 minutes2. Admins (blond russian girl) was a disaster at service, several times made a mistake with bookings or made me wait for 20-30 minutes, not even one apology, no smile, no coffee or water, completely nothing.3. No wonders, because management doesnt even care about their customers and reputation, didnt even reach out to me when i told them about the situation. Complete ignore. Lowest class.Now im even paranoid that they were using safe machine on my skin. As per other reviews it looks awful.Worst experience ever. And believe me, i saw many places.

I completed a course of 6 procedures, my hair is still growing, in some places in clumps, completely unevenly. I will never recommend this place to anyone!

Read good reviews here but may be it was a year ago… As of now, it’s the place you don’t want to return…- quite unfriendly and even rude receptionist with poor English, I came on time but had to wait for a while, no one apologized for delày or proposed me a glass of water- untidy office, the room filled with different unused machines as it it was a storage- endospere procedure I booked was very average. Better pay a bit more and get other place…

Had laser sessions, price is low, however, there are plenty of other clinics offering reasonable prices around town with a way better service and ambiance.- treatment bed is only covered with one disposable sheet, which does not cover all bed, so my upper body was not on it, I feel this is not hygienic- the laser session (bikini) is literally 3 min long, the lady seems to be in a rush and does not pay attention to cover all area- I was not offered water or anything on the arrival once- I booked sessions on spot after finishing the session, I would have to message them myself checking when is my appointment and if it’s confirmed, as they don’t do proper reminders or anythingOverall, I don’t see any good reason why I would ever consider coming back here. Their Instagram looks much better that reality.

I started my laser hair removal sessions with Podruzhki 2 months ago and the results have been incredible. The place is incredibly professional and hygienic, plus they have the latest technology which is the candela gentle. I would definitely recommend going here.

Generally, in our city there are a lot of places offering laser hair removal. But not all of them are clinics or their prices can be very high - in «Podruzhki» everything is OK. Diode Laser – oh, it’s just my love! My hair stopped growing after just 6 procedures. Girls working there are experienced and pleasant. I like this place!

Great experience! I had my laser done today, she was beyond exceptional. The clinic is immaculate and the staff was extremely friendly and accomodating , specially Bahar. I highly recommend this clinic! 👍

I has done my laser hair removal session with Doctor Shila, the package cost was reasonable, but I am highly disappointed with their service, the doctor was rude and unprofessional, As doctor shila was in hurry. she just wanted to finish fast and leave the clinic.

Very unfriendly administrator abd rude personnel. Prices on web page not Mach the actual prices. When I contacted the clinic, they communicated with me like if you want come, if no bye... without any explanation of services and friendly conversation.... ...Honestly first time in Dubai meeting so much unprofessional clinic and rude personnel ...

My experience with podeuzhki clinic was amazing. I tried laser in different clinics and didnt get result and fortunately here finally worked! Highly recommendedreception is also amazing nice and kind,Very friendly people.

I went for a full body laser and paid before I start the procedure, after starting I told the technician I was in much pain and I have done laser many times before it didnt hurt like that, after finishing only my arms I couldnt take it and I stopped and left.Second day I got an allergy and went to hospital and got injection and medication because of that and because the frequency of laser was very high.And the clinic ofcourse said its very normal reaction and I even had to fight to get the rest of my money back as I didnt get a full body.I went to many laser clinics before but this is the worst ever.

Worst experience ever!Rude staff, extra costs, no results of treatment. I did full body laser hair removal, which is actually only arms and legs, not detailed, very quick and rushed. I asked for the bill, and after one day I got the incorrect one. I highly do not recommend this place!

Good machines, not many treatments, but latest lasers , body sculpture, and skin care products been choosed with care, now Plastic Surgeon consultant and minimum invasive treatment able there. Small clinic in Jumeirah centre mall, amazing for people who is on hurry ..

Excellent clinic! Everything is very clean, the staff is neat. Consumables are disposable, they are changed and processed with the client, this is very important. The result after the procedure suits me completely.

Worst HydraFacial ever. Dont get attracted by the price. You will get 30 mins only of something, which is not even close to the word HydraFacial. All your pores will still be clogged, no mask at the end, the therapist doesnt even know all functions of the machine and how it should work.Never again, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

It was very bad experience of my laser hair removal full body, my hair are growing in same way as before. They are not giving proper treatment as they said. No results after six session as they committed. I’ll not recommend this clinic for LHR. Waste of time and money.

I was upset with the service provided at this clinic; the technician did everything in a hurry and, as a result, did not process his work properly. There is practically no effect from the procedure. I contacted the administration with a proposal to redo the work or return the money... they did not attend a meeting. I do not recommend this clinic!!!

I heard a lot of good reviews about this clinic, but after making an appointment and arriving at the clinic, I was taken to another specialist, and not the one I had made an appointment with.Clearly an administrative error, but unpleasant. Wasted time waiting for an appointment, money on a taxi and the lack of service in the end.

Today I attended the Endosphere procedure for the first time with master Aliya, she is a professional in her field! And the interior is clean, bright and comfortable! I had a great rest! And the body was perfectly formed after the device!

The administrators are not polite and take a very long time to respond.Laser hair removal specialists want to finish it faster and do it haphazardly, setting everyone to the same settings. Hair doesnt even burnThey hit moles with a laser and skip areas
