Today I went in for a normal blow dry, but the hair stylists actions left me in great discomfort.After the stylist started rubbing my scalp with shampoo without using water, I had to stop her and ask for water as it was hurting my scalp. Instead of apologizing and correcting the issue, she insisted that squeezing the shampoo into my hair was her way of washing it. To make matters worse, when I asked for cooler water, she opened the tap to extremely hot water that burned my scalp. I was in so much pain that I started screaming, and yet no one in the salon seemed to take notice or offer to help.I was forced to seek out the manager, and to my dismay, she did nothing to rectify the situation. Neither the hairstylist nor the manager offered an apology for the unprofessional and careless behavior. It is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional that no one took responsibility for the harm caused to me.I am absolutely appalled by the lack of care and consideration at your salon and can confidently say that this will be my last visit. I expected better treatment and service from a salon, and I will never visit this salon👎👎
