I booked lashes mani/pedi & brow wax. Only nail ladies showed up and late. Bad communication kept trying to make me travel to them with my 10 month old baby. Kept trying to change the time on me. I sent them away. Completely unprofessional & in my home country this is considered very rude. Do not use this service they are a joke. Can’t even type or speak proper English. Gave me a lecture on my husband loving me and me loving him when I said he’d let them in at reception. I have no clue who I was speaking to on WhatsApp but they were idiots.

Perfect experience ! Flexible, accommodating, efficient, and affordable. My hair and lashes look great without any effort on my part to leave the hotel room.
