My experience in the The hair salon was wonderful . I have received a very good service from the staff. Mary has done a very nice pedicure for me and she is very polite. Samah has done my hair colour and she is just an amazing lady. I really loved the way she did my hair and her approach was very positive. Maria also is very nice and the way she way she handles customers is very professional and with her pretty smile. All staff are welcoming and gives that positive vibes which makes you feel like you want to come again:)

I’ve visited the saloon two days ago and the experience was amazing the palace is too cozy, Super clean and relaxing ! My hairstyle was done with Samah & it was amazing 😍 pedicure and manicure were so relaxing 💕definitely coming back for more services

Appointment timings are inaccurate. I got a lash lift about an hour ago and my lashes are back to normal already (absolute waste of money). Also, instead of a pillow under my head, it was a folded towel which is uncomfortable. Overall wouldn’t recommend. 2 stars cuz the staff are nice and the prices are affordable.Edit: Since you responded to my comment, let me clarify a few things. First, I called ahead to inform you I would be a bit late, and I was assured that it was fine. Second, the appointment took an hour, which is the designated time for a lash lift, meaning timing was not an issue that could have affected the results. Finally, this is not my first lash lift, so I’m well aware of the process and expected a lasting result. It also doesn’t make sense to reference aftercare, as I hadn’t even arrived home—less than an hour after the appointment—when the lift completely disappeared. Thank you.

Rami was so professional and clean my nails very good she is expert in pedicure.I advise you to try this salon.

I’ve been a loyal customer of 82 House of Beauty for almost a year, regularly visiting for my hair treatments and haircuts, and I’ve always been very happy with the services. However, I had a skin treatment appointment today, which was just a basic cleanup, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience.I’m not sure who the technician was, but I’m concerned that she may not have had the proper expertise to handle my skin treatment. My face became severely irritated—burning, itchy, and red—and it’s still quite uncomfortable. This isn’t like a hair treatment where things can grow back; it’s my face, and I’m really disappointed by the outcome.If my skin doesn’t improve, I feel I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint. I genuinely believe that if the technician wasn’t qualified to perform skin treatments, she shouldn’t have been doing them in the first place.I hope this can be addressed

Very bad manicure services, she cut my nail and it was bleeding alot and the shape was terrible, so unprofessional avoid this place at all costs!!I really hope it doesn’t get infected

I’ve been going to House of Beauty for a year now, and the team is always very prompt and careful. Anne does a range of beauty services and I’m always very happy with the products, the cleanliness and how much care is put into delivering a good service with long lasting results. I also recommend the very kind lady who does the Morrocan Bath. Annelyn is great for waxing and Joanne super efficient on the reception always manages to find time in the schedules!

I had a bad experience with this salon twice, staff is not qualified specifically in the reception.Very over pricedThey wanted to charge me again for removal when i have done it in the same salon and it’s peeling already. Does it work that they will add gelish on top of a bad base?!I dont recommend and would never consider coming back.

Booked online 3 hours ahead of my appointment for a simple wash and dry. When I arrived on time I was shocked that the only hair dresser was busy with another client as she just started working on her hair. The staff were not aware of my online booking. The receptionist offered to wash my hair and wait for the hair dresser until she’s finished with the previous client. Of course I won’t stay seated with my hair being wet waiting for the hair dresser to finish with her client when it is overdue my appointment start time. I decided to walk out and I stepped into Glow 365 in the same compound who immediately attended to me as a walk in. The receptionist later calls me asking me to cancel my appointment online booking so that they are not charged for the service. Not sure if she was tricking me into doing anything so that the cost falls on me? Also she started making up a narrative about me willingly refusing to accept the service from the salon and that it is somehow my fault and that they have done nothing wrong from their end. A very unprofessional salon. Never coming back again.

Unfortunately, my experience at the salon fell far short of expectations. Despite seeking a basic manicure and pedicure, the service was subpar and uncomfortable. Rather than finding peace and relaxation, I left feeling incredibly dissatisfied. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that I would not recommend to others.

Worst experience in a beauty salon. I had a blowdry. The experience that i had was horrible.. i had to teach the lady how to do the blowdrying because she dint know how to do it.. i asked for someone else to help but again she didnt know how to perfect a blowdry for arabic type of hair..
