THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.They changed the staff and brought in some technicians from the corner of the street who dont even understand English. The price is way too high for what services they offer. The woman put hot oil on my back and I think the oil was expired because it smelled horrible.For 10 minutes she reddened my back massaging me in the same place constantly.

I didn’t like the experience at allI went there twice the first time I went for gel manicure, the technician told me to choose the best type of polish (more expensive) so that it will last longer. My white gel polish did not last two days even though I tried my best to take care of them as usual.It’s not my first time to use gel polish so I know what is it exactly.The second is today for my eyebrow. I thought the eyebrow technician might be better and my experience would be different.She literally screw my eyebrow.I didn’t touch my eyebrow for three months and when I went to them I said it clearly to ONLY clean them.I asked her to go to a place has more light she refused saying this is the chair where we are doing the eyebrows usually. I thought she knows what she is doing.She kept covering her mistake by saying my skin is soft and she can’t control it.I don’t recommend this place at all. And I will not never go there again.

I have been a client for Armada spa for almost 5 years.Their service and customer service generally is getting worse and worse.On Saturday I texted them to find me an available slot with my therapist Grace for next week. The lady offered me Monday 5 pm but forgot to put it in the system. I arrived there and according to them had no appointment and my therapist was also sick.They offered me treatment free of charge until I was waiting for another therapist to finish her client. The ladies there do not speak English very well, can not handle the situation or complains, every few minutes she was calling the manager what to do. I asked them to put the music, their reply was how you want to have a music, we have no music. I asked the therapist to switch off the AC. She said ok, done. AC was on all the time on auto with 20 degrees. I was so cold that i didnt even finish my massage.I got a new therapist and I doubt she is the massage therapist by profession.I truly regretted that I agreed to do treatment.Grace is the best therapist there, very professional and with a nice attitude.She is the only reason I kept coming there. Pity she was sick on that day.I doubt I will ever come back.

Went to this spa evening of 2 January 2018 for a relaxing massage, and I was greeted by a cheerful receptionist and she called the therapist named Irma, as soon as I enter the room it was really dark and the smell is a bit odd, and for some reason I am not sure if Irma was tired already as when she started the treatment I first give a few minutes how is her touch and it was really so light (for baby) and I have mentioned to her I prefer strong and slow movement, and she just right away responded that their SPA if for RELAXING so her pressure is the right ONE!, (which I totally disagree as people are different) so we carry on ohh my.. the AC is so cold so I have informed her and right away again she said thats how it is 25 degree Celsius! so she didnt do anything.. the entire massage of mine was a disaster as I feel cold and was not really happy with the treatment at all, as soon as I finished the treatment I noticed the linens are very old and you can see the teared edges. This Spa needs a renovation or need to hire a good therapist as the location and view of the rooms are fantastic.

The therapist came 30min late I had to wait for her, then she entered the room and started the massage directly without saying sorry or even asking if I have any preferences about the massage. Her mouvements were so fast and I didnt enjoy it at all!The room was smelling odd, the wc wasnt really clean, the bathrobe was used and not clean as well and the towels are very old!!It was far away from a relaxing room.This place needs a renovation for sure.

They have great nail technician named Sarah if we are talking about cozy its a yes! ul find comfort in this place, Grace and Marites gave me a great massage when i came visit 2 thumbs up, Hazel is great warm and accommodating great hair stylist.

Iranian lady Masnan was excellent, did upper back and head massage, she adjusted soft or strong the way i wanted and did really great job, would recommend always

I recently had a harrowing experience with the security guards at the entrance of the tower who harassed me at exit. I raised a complaint with armada spa and they asked me to write an email which I did. They asked me to speak tA lady called Mariam from the spa which I did and she promised to ring me back after raising the complaint with Concordia. She never bothered to call back even after me sending her a text. I should have known that by just listening to her fake promises of handling myComplaint she was just another big joke in this story. I am very disappointedWith Armada as I have been going toThrm for 3 long years. If Mariam cannot do her job she shouldn’t be part of handling such basic tasks which requires handling customer complaints. I hope she goes through the same kind of experience I went through so she gets a taste of how a woman can feel when such a horrible event takes place.

Came there to do mani and pedi, had the worst ever expririence with Pakistani lady who did my pedi. I cant even describe how bad it was. I would definitely do it better myself. Manicure was done perfect by the other lady(dont remember the name, but Russian speaking). So it just depends on ur luck.

I am using their services for more than 8 years weekly. I guess this is the feedback that someone can give it. Very professionally, clean and friendly.Looking forward to go back in the following days.

After a long and horrible day at work i was so looking forward to come here and get my hair cut and blow dry. Everything was fine until i got to pay for my services, i got this place recommended from a friend and she told me that hair cut and blow dry is 89 so i was happy because i didnt want to spend much, then i go to pay they tell me its AED170 asked them why and she said this because i blowed my hair curly instead of straight! I told her no one even informed me that it would cost me DOUBLE to pay for it, all she had to say yea thats what it is sorry! are you kidding me? I was going home if I would have know i would have just done it straight! Ive had the worst day and they only made me more upset. Normally i would argue and fight but after the day i had i just wanted to leave a get out from there, from a first timer you should make people feel welcome and happy to come back, now i just never want top step back there!

Best ever full body massage I have ever had. Therapist Marites. 105 AED only!! Sometimes they have deals for even cheaper. Very flexible in appointments.

Had nice massage from therapist Grace ,correct pressure & professional,she knows her job well👍...The lady at reception was very polite 👍 for sure will go again....

Aside from excellent customer service, and reasonable price, they have the best coffee as well! I really like this place. It’s relaxing here and not crowded. Staff are fantastic.

Really good massage by divine. Worked on the knots in my shoulder and applied proper amount of pressure. Left me very relaxed.

Very unprofessional, very rude stuff for massage , she doesn’t want to switch off AC Maritish and she doesn’t want to communicate in English, even do not know how she got the job here ! Very very bad !
