Thank you to the friendly staff for accommodating me, first time we visit to your salon and really highly recommended,especially Rina for my hair, ritchel for my lovely nails,Vilma for the relaxing massage and panita for my Moroccan bath. No regrets for visiting aroushi.They are all professional and thank you Grace for assisting me with a nice smile.

This was my go to salon 5 years back - visited the salon recently this is my latest review on this salon :-- Salon is a rip off - they will try to make maximum money with the few customers they get.- Extremely pushy hairstylists forcing you to do as many treatments as possible - compromised my hair quality !- For those holding any discount card - fyi it is not applicable on the total bill instead per person.- Ended up paying 1500+ for a terrible hair workOverall, aroushi has lost its charm and professionality - save your hair and money and visit another spot.

My favourite beauty experience! Its been 20 years now and if I want an expertly executed beauty session Aroushi is the place Id be. The staff are amazing, the place is always soo neat and clean...its so relaxing being there. Thankyou team Aroushi!

Excellent service provided by Sonali. The results after the facial are so refreshing, you would think some one put make up. Lourdes takes care of your hair colour and style. Amor when your nails get done. All the above ladies are very friendly and very professional in the services they provide.

Ive been getting my hair cut and styled by lourdes for years now and have never been disappointed. Shes always warm and welcoming and gives me the exact style that I request for, or even makes perfect suggestions when I like to experiment with my hair. Shes my go to person for hair. Its always a pleasure to see her.

More then 11 years i am a costumer … had different experiences some time average ..but most of the time they do great job ! My last experience with my highlights was just fantastic, Reena and her assistant Ankitha they did fantastic job … have to say that salon is very clean and products always up to date! Special thanks to Nuthan for handling my clampy eyebrows 😃!!

This salon has very experienced and amazing trained staffs. However this salon owner doesnt care about giving discounts for even regular cuatomers when i use this salon minimum 3 times a week or twice surely! They are more expensive with their rates for the same services else where. I use this salon just coz its next to my office or else they r better salons near my home in Mirdif and charges half the price n salon is very noisy n not very clean. Customers who come in here are loud n dont come for relaxing!! Men enter salon when customers are in to fix something or another!! Very nice staffs but dissapointing owner n maintenance of the salon.

I have been coming to Aroushi for a very long time and they are the best for hair cut, manicure and pedicure. Please ask for Lourdes for your hair cut , shes the best.

I have been visiting the salon of Oudmeta branch past 15 years now.lovely service.sonali does absolutely wonderful facials, lovely massage and absolutely soothing service. Feeling rejuvenated after the facial today once again

Went for a quick hair wash and blow dry, Lorance was very welcoming and kind, she does amazing head massage and is very professional in what she does, plus her smile is priceless.

I had my Gold facial done with Sonali.. it was really nice and relaxing. I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews but I had a great experience.Good atmosphere.I would be mostly going here for all my beauty needs.

Lovely team of nail technicians. However my only qualm is the prices which are a tad high. However I did not mind paying this time around, since it was right before NYE and I desperately needed to get my nails done.

I dont write negative reviews usually.. but this would be my first. Anyway, I normally get my eyebrows done there and Sonali is my favorite. This time i got it with this other lady (im not going to name her) and even though i told her how i want my eyebrows to be.. she did her own thing and kept arguing after that. She only went on about what she thinks suits me and not how i normally like them. I told her not to clean the space and that i wanted hair grown on that area she did what she wanted. Im super annoyed and yet she wont admit it. I was really disappointed. ;/

Very Nice layer haircut done by Ms. Lordes. Thank you so much. Very friendly ,polite and courteous staffs.Price wise is high but worth it , finally found a trustworthy hairdressers who wont chop my hair short and cut it according to the length I need🙏 came from sharjah 1st time and really relieved that I got the result I needed for my hair without getting upset 😊

Pedicure was very bad today, the lady who was doing it cut my toe , didn’t apologize and didn’t use any anticeptic for the instruments either for my toe , was only pushing it with her fingers and the tissue. She was very rough. The saloon is getting worse and worse . I think it needs the sanitary inspection and the prices review .Please take some actions in case you want it run.

I came here for my first hair straightening perm and they did a wonderful job!! Customer service is great and everyone here is so sweet! Definitely come check it out!!

The atmosphere of the salon in Oud Metha is too chaotic! The salon is too congested with way too many beauticians needed in such small salon. There is unprofessional attitude of beauticians. You will see them doing each other treatments, sitting in corners whispering n gossiping. Some of them do such an AVERAGE job that it seems like they are tired of working there. There is no passion, no creativity or excitement. They seem bored n sometimes look sad, down n depress. Environment is not positive. Manicures n pedicures are extremely AVERAGE n sometimes even below average. Threading is below average by some beauticians. They dont have any set standards of treatments. Everyone is doing their own thing. Only good thing i like about their manicure/pedicure is i can be sure they always stetlise their equipments. Very very average salon with average level of treatments.

Great staff, neat and clean atmosphere, very friendly staff, and last not the least they know their job very good hair and beard dressing. I always travel 60km every 15 days for my hair dressing and beard cut. Imran jani is their super hero.

Service is really good & also staff. Sonali is really good at facial massage & makeup. Really like the service & would love to come again!

100 for a blowd dry!!! Then the philipino added on it a 20 dhs for washing it ?? Since when we pay this way?I asked her to blow dry she kept insisting to make it with the straightener coz its easier for her while i said i have the straightener at home and I wanted i could use it .They simply dont care ...

Avoid Aroushi at all cost. Terrible service high prices. Had my rings stolen after a manicure...just an awful place with terrible management. AVOID AROUSHI. There are dozens of better places just next door to choose from.

Good location but definitely poor as per other Novotel standards, quality of typical items in the rooms is very poor and definitely you end up paying more then it is worth...

I happened to face the worst makeup of my life at aroushi .though i paid 300 dhs but the lady who did makeup seemed to have used the cheapest or expired cheap makeup.the lady used water to do the makeup , so once it dried up ,the makeup started perforating on the face ,and its a basic science that once the water dries up ,it will be like a powder .and i kept on explaining her , and guess what since i was complaining that the makeup is dry and my skin is withering off ,after the makeup she sprayed some rose water all over my face saying now its a water base.PATHETIC IS THE WORD .I had bou8gh my own hair wig to put , i expected some courtesy ,but the lady at the reception said , i would have charged you 100 dhs but shes only saying 80 dhs,she dares talk that way and guess what i did not even put the wig ,s o she should actually return me my 100 dhs, but she said next time she will do 30 dhs discount .i was in too much rush and hurry but trust me , the ladies need to be taught some manners and certainly a makeup class or training is required , they really dont have clue how to do makeup ,and my makeup was look so bloody horrible that i paid alsi=o and washed my face ...courtseyless people .....the makeup lady alina was horrible and so was the thin pesi or something her name was is the rudest person on earth i have seen .i have been using the salon for almost 7 years now ....

If there was zero stars I wouldnt hesitate to give to this salon, they are overpriced but no value the Henna service is very bad it didnt stick at all.

Terrible experience using the services of this establishment. Never ever again. Even though the staff are kind, the top management are incapable of handling work load, completely unprofessional and incredibly offensive and disrespectful towards customers.
