Worst ever salon experience in life...Visited this salon on 20 Sep. Thats my second visit as I was extremely happy with the first experience. Vishmi did gold facial, I feel she doesnt know the steps to follow.After cleanser, she directly put steam on my face and removed blackheads around the nose area, and then applied the pack.No proper massage or face cleaning and gold facial done on 35 mins and I ended up paying 130 aed.Will never recommend this salon to anyone at all

Super happy with our treatments and service! My daughter was delighted with her gorgeous cut and hair colour. I had hair conditioning treatment which has left my dry hair super soft. I also had one of the best massages, including moxi (like hot stone treatment) in a long time. Sarita my masseuse had great pressure got rid of my knots. Bliss! I even had time to fit in a pedicure! Looking forward to coming back again soon!

I have had the worst experience in this salon. So far the worse salon Ive been to in dubai, for the hair extensions within not even one week all of it came down and can you believe how rude the staff was to me when I requested to remove the hair and requested to fix it they asked to charge me!!!! The extensions got worse everyday and it was obviously plastic and some of the hairs were red! I had my nails done there too and they also fell the next day😂!! Their services are an absolute joke!! I attached one photo for the hair lost in only a few brushing in literally 5 mins!!!!!!

Very good service. I have curly hair and usually most hair dressers I met previously do not understand how to get the curly hair cut properly. But I got a hair cut from this salon from Iram and she understood my requirements very well. I get so many complements for my new hair cut. Highly recommended.

Got a layered haircut by Delo, she really took into account my request, what would suit me best and what works for my hair type. Shes very sweet and comfortable to be under the care of and was gentle during the whole experience. After a long search for an affordable salon that left me feeling genuinely happy with my haircut instead of satisfied that its merely cut, I guess Ive found one Im going to stick to!

The worst service i ever got..I wen for hair colur but d end result was so bad that literally i had no option but to reapply black colur on my hair.The lady who did for me was too aggressive and was rough handling my hair.When i was back home i observed bleeding on my ears as i had recently pierced my ears and dur to rough handling of her it bleeded.Secondly the nail service was okay nt good though. Wholesome really bad experience n waist of money.Nevr would I recommend.

Cannot handle a simple wash and blow dry. They have some inexperienced staff and they claim that they know their work. Don’t get fooled by their talks! Avoid this place if you can!

Careless attitude of the receptionist after the management has changed. The appointment was and confirmed verbally booked at 11. I was asked to come at 12, as they booked was another person who did walk in. The behavior of the receptionist had changed after the management switched.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at Regina Beauty Saloon. I wouldnt wish this ordeal upon my worst enemy. My hair, which I had spent years caring for and nurturing, was practically destroyed after a visit to this so-called salon. The hairstylist assigned to me seemed inexperienced at best and clueless at worst. I had a specific hairstyle in mind and even brought reference pictures, but it was as if they were attempting it for the first time. As the appointment progressed, I could feel my hair becoming more and more damaged under their unskilled hands. To add insult to injury, when I raised my concerns with the salon management, I was met with indifference. Shockingly, they informed me that there was no refund policy in place. It was as if they knew their services were subpar and were prepared to take advantage of unsuspecting customers.I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this saloon. Its clear that they lack the professionalism and expertise needed to be in the beauty industry. Im left wondering how they even managed to obtain a license to operate. Its a place where your hair dreams turn into nightmares, and youre left to deal with the aftermath on your own. Remember, money may not be the most important thing, but your hair is an essential part of your identity. Dont risk it with a salon that cares more about profit than about providing quality services. There are plenty of reputable salons out there that truly value their customers.

Probably one of the beat places I’ve been too. I’ve been coming to this place four to five times and Delo has provided the BEST facial services. She’s absolutely amazing at her job and makes maximum effort to make you feel comfortable. Gives the best facials and massages. She makes every penny spent worth it. The vibe is amazing, love it.🫶🏼 Delo is my constant for services for the past few months.

The hairdresser Irum Mallik was very professional and nice to talk to, service was exceptional and I really loved the end results. I did my eyebrows with her as well and I have to say this is the best that my eyebrows have ever looked. I wish I could give her more than five stars. Will definitely visit again.

Have been visiting this salon for waxing for a long time always had good experience, recently visited it for fixing my hair colour, had warm long roots, receptionist was very nice because of her i got my desired colour 👍🏼. Hair colourist was also good but it was because of the receptionists initiative that i got my desired colour otherwise the hair colourist was kinda fine with what she did but i was not satisfied at all. I believe recently the salon is sold to someone else i hope they maintain the standard. Thank you for your services! Special thanks to the receptionist who gave me honest advice without trying to get more money out of me like usually parlours do. And yes the blow-dry was just fine that the hair colourist did, she couldnt understand what technique of blow dry should have been applied on my long bangs and long layers which was quite easy. Overall i recommend this salon for sure!!

From the welcome at the reception to Wishme who did my waxing and hair oil and wash to Julie who did my manicure and Serena who did my pedicure, all the staff were welcoming warm dedicated professional and made me feel very welcome and well cared for. They worked well as a team and the place was clean and bright and well kept. Every service they performed I felt like a queen because they paid attention to detail. Title: Terrible Experience, Avoid This PlaceI had the most horrendous experience at this beauty salon , and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn others. I strongly urge anyone considering a visit to this salon to reconsider. If possible, I will take this matter to the authorities for investigation.I had a false nail and gel manicure done at this salon, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The technician handling my nails was incredibly rough, and I was in such pain that I was practically screaming. She dismissed it as mere ticklishness, even though I repeatedly told her it was painful. To make matters worse, the gel coat didnt dry properly, and the nail paint started peeling.I returned to the salon in the hope of rectifying the situation, and my friend accompanied me to witness the ordeal. The technician continued to be rough and even cut my finger, causing it to bleed. She kept apologizing, blaming my dry hands, but as someone who regularly gets manicures and false nails with Gelish, Ive never encountered such unprofessionalism.To add to the frustration, the nails began to fall off one by one, and the paint continued to peel. I was left embarrassed and disappointed, especially since I had opted for this service for a travel purpose. Upon my return, I brought up my concerns with the owner, who displayed a shocking lack of concern and refused to compensate me. I had paid 177 dhs of my hard-earned money for what felt more like torture than a pampering experience.The owner claimed this was the first such incident, but a quick look at reviews shows that Im not alone in this awful experience. I sincerely hope my review reaches as many people as possible, so they can avoid going through the same ordeal. I wont stop here; if possible, I will fight for justice to prevent others from experiencing this nightmare.

Recommend 10/10I did the luxury Moroccan bath and a pedicure and it was fabulous. The Moroccan bath truly is luxurious and relaxing. The scrubbing done is exfoliating yet non abrasive so you feel so clean and fresh. The massage at the end is just the cherry on top. A mini facial is included in the luxury bath package and that was just right. Simple quick cleanup and light massage. All in all you walk out feeling light as air.Pedicure was also well done. Nailpolish application was *chefs kiss* (I know thats a wierd comment but so many parlors get that simple thing wrong)Overall the space is clean and well kept. All tools used are hygienic. Affordable and service meets the cost full on. The staff are also polite and do their jobs well.

My personal experience with Regina is genuinely very satisfying. I did my hair smoothening from here and I am completely in love with the result. All the staff members were so professional and friendly at the same time But I would especially like to thank “Ms. Iram” for doing such a great work. A few weeks ago I went to this salon because I was very curious and since I moved to Dubai a few months ago I was trying to find a new place for me to get « a me time » done. The worst salon you could ever go to.Salon are meant for relaxation and enjoying the experience while beautifying one self but this seems to be just the opposite.When you give constructive feedback with substantial photograph proof all you get from the owner who runs the business is continuous nodding of head to confirm yes I agree it is a mistake from our end but there is nothing I can do to compensate for the mental trauma and frustration you went through.This is even more agitating than the experience itself.

Im going to publicly post this because it was my worst experience. I visited the branch of al quasis on August 18, 2023, to get my hair trimmed. I explained the style in detail before beginning the haircut and provided pictures to illustrate it. After getting my hair chopped, I was horrified at how it looked, and I lost confidence in going out. Due to my hair cut, office and ordinary work were quite nasty and saddened me greatly. My sincere request is that you never, ever try any services in this saloon; it was the worst thing Ive ever done.

I did deep cleaning facial eyebrow threading mani and pedi. Facial was very disappointing. Massage mask all was very poor. Threading was fine. Mani pedi was ok. They recommended uv nailpolish which came of the very next day.Wouldnt recommend the salon or service.

I had a bad experience with tje previous salon.I went to near to near our house and since i had a bad experience before, I checked with them if they had availability even though it was already late. Im so glad they still accommodate me.It was supposedly just for removal of nail gel and cleaning but i had a change of heart and went for nail gel again with French tip.i swear this will be my go to place next time.

They are really rude they give price high when i wanted to pay i check the price list and see the real price. I dont recommend this saloon.

Highly recommended!The place is clean and organized. The staffs and the owner are very accommodating and professional. I was there last night to do my nail extension and its the best decision i made after browsing different salons in Dubai. They are using good brands so you will not worry about the effects on you, plus they really know what they are doing, they will advice which is good and fit on you so you can avoid any damage that can cause you. Today was my 1st time at the quaint Lil salon on Damascus street, and Im left in awe at the level of detail and value for money one would receive by choosing them! I went in for a 1 hour deep tissue massage, hair wash, cut n blow dry and nail polish application.. Each of the staff r fabulous in their own way.. they take their time to do whats best for you..attention to detail and great customer service! I recommend this salon 100%

They’re extremely professional and the environment is relaxing, calming and clean (especially during Covid).I enjoy coming here often, as the owner, Shuang manages to maintain an amazing rapport with the clients, and it’s the first salon I have visited in a long while that proves that they provide what they promise.Their prices are reasonable as well as they introduce many discounts on their packages and other services.Cristy is very helpful and I really recommend Anita if you need to get your eyebrows done.

I took my daughter to this salon for her first (proper) haircut. The staff were amazing: friendly and professional... my daughter felt so comfortable and ended up calling all the staffs her friends. I had my hair trimmed and mani-pedi done as well. The quality of the products they used and the cleanliness of the place was impressive. The ambience was classy and relaxing but not intimidating. It’s the perfect set up for a no holds barred salon experience. Prices were reasonable, you get your money’s worth and they have value packages you can choose from. Also my nail professional was too good: my nails were pampered, polished perfectly and my toes were not murdered (rare find nowadays!).. I highly recommend this place. I am definitely coming back :)

I visited Regina Beauty Lounge for facial and threading today. This was my first time visiting them. I was very pleased with the service . Very friendly and professional staff. Ms. Sheeba did my facial and threading.She did it very well and I really liked it. The place is also very neat and well maintained. Im sure Ill visit them again.I will definitely recommend Regina Beauty Lounge to everybody looking for good quality beauty treatments.

I like the entire team members in Regina Beauty Lounge..Haircut by Anita is so perfectly done, it suits on me very well and also my hair length almost remains the same with a new style on it.Manicure Pedicure done by Jovita...the way she cleans so smoothly and neatly without getting any hurt is just so perfect..Facial and waxing by Sheeba is so so relaxing and cleans all my tanned skin and the massage on face is magical..I love each and every services of the Regina Beauty Lounge team👍👍

I visited this spa to get a morroconbath. It was a big time waste. The staff who did the service hardly scrubbed me. When I questioned she said most dead skins are removed by the steam. The cost of the MB is aed195 which gone for waste. Hence I tried companion beauty salon in Madina mall. I must say it was a worth for the price which was aed120 and the therapist name Eva did a real good job. I m really dissatisfied with Regina salon service and will not recommend anyone to go for a MB there.

This salon was good under the previous management. I was a regular customer and availed almost all services from the time they opened in Damascus street. Now, i booked a service and while booking , the receptionist say “yes” to everything. I had informed her im pressed for time and dont keep me waiting, yet at the time, i am asked to wait for 40 mins! This incident got repeated twice..there are other salons in the area who respect customer’s time.

Today was my first visit to RBL for threading, waxing and specially for haircut. After reading so many positive reviews for haircut by Anita , I thought of getting my haircut by her. I am amazed with the results. Will definitely recommend anyone. All other team members are also very polite and good in their work.

It was my first time in Regina and I had availed manicure and pedicure to try out and I must say they were extremely professional and took their time without any rush in finishing up what they started. Extremely pleased with their services and their very reasonable price range. Thanks to Ms. Jovita (pedicure), Ms. Anita (manicure) and Ms. Shuai for the hospitality.This was posted a year ago when I first visited them and their service was really good. Yesterday when I had gone there, I decided I wont ever go there and wont suggest anyone. I had availed wax, mani and pedi. My underarms still hurt from the waxing and my finger nails were bleeding after their mani service, worst part was they didnt even care to say sorry. Their services has come very low and price high. Never going there again.

I have been visiting RBL for past 3 months and i have made it as my regular spot for mani, pedi and foot massage. They do offer other services as well. Best part of this parlour is their welcoming staff, professional services and top of that neat n tidy cozy ambience.All the staff are very friendly and pleasing personalities... Chris is very profesional, and helping natured. She always tries to fix me last moment appointment due to my busy schedule❤. Their manicurist sushi is a new addition to crew and is very profesional in her job. She did excellent manicure for me👏. Sarita is best for massages. I often do foot massage with herr and her hands work like a massaging machine...❤. Shanti is very pleasing personality. I have seen her doing services to clients very professionally.I do recommend RBL for all those who are looking for neat , ckean and professional beauty services.5 stars to the staff and their manager.

Charged me for Brazilian waxing even though I only did a bikini lineAlso they charge extra for stripless wax and didnt tell me this until I got to the salonI also suspect they reuse the same wax for all clients or something, because after getting my back waxed, I got red bumpy skin that hasnt gone away for a whole 2 weeks since Id gotten waxedVery poor results and my body hair has grown back almost immediately.Do not recommend for waxing.

This is a bad experience i had i would like to share in Regina beauty lounge, i had a facial done and the equipment for steamer was not fixed properly, hot water fell on my face and neck. Staff did not attend efficiently and not at apologetic at all. Please check your equipment for any such fatal incident to happen in future. Very inefficient service. Thank God in seconds i missed any fatality to have occured on my face.

My experiences were so great. The staffs are very friendly and salon kept very clean. This is second time I visit and the facial room and waxing room are separate. Services are very good. I definitely recommend this place.

I booked an appointment, went on time yetIve waited for more than 3 hours just formani padi!!However, I wouldve given them 5 stars if itwasnt for the lack of management .. Sincethe staff are super friendly and mani padiwas good even though they didnt use scrub for the hands.

Had worst experience,I went for blowdry,they dont know how to do the blow dry and hair was burnt,manager is very very rude,dont have the basic manner to convince the client and picked up fight with me,I have been going to different salons in Dubai for 25 years,never seen this kind of worst behavior with the client,she is worried only about money not customer satisfaction,I dont recommend this salon to anyone.
