Absolutely beautiful salon. Customer service is top notch, great communication through Instagram and super easy to book in an appointment. Had my lashes done and can I just say it was the best experience I’ve had with a lash technician. She was very gentle through the whole process, especially removing old lashes as I’ve had painful experiences in the past. Would highly recommend. Salon is attached to the hotel with free valet parking! Will definitely be going back for more

I recommend this place! I paid 300 dirhams for gel polish manicure and pedicure and my nails were amazing. They were also very fast, in two hours I got out of there as one if the lovely ladies name Chu(or Tchu) did my pedicure and Katrina did my manicure. I am very pleased with my final result, especially the pedicure, it was very relaxing and Chu is very careful with details.Check them out if you are in Dubai and need pretty nails

Worst worst experience. Ive never regretted spending money in my life. First of all, of youre looking for an environment then its not for you. The place is worst, hot and smells. Very very small and conjusted place. I needed meni and Pedi with my boyfriend and they have separate rooms like a home. And then she told me that its not for couples? Then b***ch inform me while Im on call, dont just grab me here and Staff is rude! Unprofessional! Dirty! And not at all solution finders. Also cherry on top, their prices are touching the sky like as if its a five star hotel. Not even one star. I was living in 5 star hotel and they had similar prices with topppppp class services and clean environment. Not recommended to anyone

Despite the fact that the nail technician Christina did an AMAZING job with my nails, the pedicure I did with another nail technician at the place was just HORRIBLE!2 days after my pedicure, the nail polish completely peeled off of my toe-nails like a sticker, something thats never happened to me before. Ive also seen her fill the base & top coat bottles from another big container.Overall the place is not squeaky clean, and lacks the glam effect but thats fine.I definitely recommend Christina though for nails. Shes super knowledgeable and does a great job.EDIT:I CLEARLY did not say the polish just peeled off. 2 days after my appointment it did. I just decided to write this review now, regardless whether its been 2 weeks, a month or a year.

Not one to post negative reviews but I am shocked by the unprofessionalism of Yulia. The worst experience that I have had in 15 years of having my nails done.. never have I had to tell a nail technician to stop and not finish doing my nails resulting in me walking out because of how uncomfortable they made me feel with their unpleasant, unprofessional and general bad attitude. Yulia made inappropriate comments, sniggered and made it very clear she did not want to be there nor doing my nails. I would rather spend the extra money to go to the other side of Dubai to my other salon where I know they will welcome me. Such a disapointment as the place was recomended to me and I live close by.

The salon was not clean, the tools used were not sterile, and the lady who did the pedicure was very rude, and even when I asked for something, she refused. Her name was Safya or something like that. I asked for a color and they do for me totally different because they don’t speak English, compared to the prices and other salons that are not worth visiting.اسواء صالون والستف وقحه حرفيا حاطتها براسي

I did my manicure and pedicure with 2 Vietnamese girls. They were super professional, patient and did a thorough job. I went one day for my nails and the next day for my hair. I didnt get one of the girls name (she was small in size wearing spectacles), surprised me with a slice of cake for my birthday the next day. It was definitely a beautiful surprise and it truly made my day. Im definitely returning to this saloon again!

I came to the salon for hairstyling and a mani/pedi with my daughters. Naji was the stylist. He did an excellent job on our hair and was very friendly and efficient! We were very happy with the results as it is not easy to find someone who can give good suggestions and work so well with color treated hair. Highly recommend!!!!

The most horrible place for doing your nails.First of all they are not following any hygiene for using tools for your nails.The lady wanted to do my manicure tried to file the surface of my nails for gelish I stopped her as she was damaging my nails this way and she was insisting for gelish she should do it. Ive never had this experience in other salon. So I asked her to use normal nail polish which was all old and sticky. I spent 1 hour and half just to get dried and at the end was not getting dried.It just wasting time and money going there for your nails.

Cris is the best for nails! I will only ever go here when I am in Dubai for my nails! The other experiences for hair are nice as well, good service for Dubai standards :)

THEY BURNT MY HAIR TOTALLY AND TURNED IT ORANGE!!!!I went to color my hair there and asked Maged for balyage, only after he dyed my base color he said he couldn’t dye it that color and ended dying my hair in an awful color that i never asked for and burned my hair totally, so I literally paid for nothing and for a very bad job, really the worst salon experience by far in dubai, if i did it in my house would have been 100x

Worst salon experience in Dubai. Went there on my birthday, to do French ombré acrylic extension they advertised all over. When I sat down, the girl started doing gel not acrylic? Didn’t explain why, didn’t ask me. Wasted 30 min. She started again, did very horrible job in ombré with all spots, just a disaster. When I told them the feedback, they put me to some Russian lady, which asked me twice if I like the color of the base. I said yes. Sure? I said yes. Yet she decided to change it by herself?? Her job was better but not at all what they advertise. Manager tried to give all the excuses but I left the salon crying on my birthday. He did offer this for free but I will not take this, paid in full.

I recommend every girl to do their hair with the hair stylist named naji . He is amazing and takes a good care and gives good advices in regards to the hair. I am so happy and satisfied with his work ❤️.

I got gelish manicure done from them and four of my nails have chipped in less than a week! This has NEVER happened before and Ive got gelish manicure plenty of times! Moreover when I called to complain, the arrogant manager tells me I shouldve complained within the first 3 days because apparently gelish polish should last only 3 days. Normal polish lasts longer than that!! Horrible horrible service. Definitely never going back! I wish I could rate it lower than one star!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.I went there to do acrylic nails, the technician applied the acrylic before removing my cuticles (which always leads in lifting of the acrylic) then didn’t apply the color that I told her and she was trying to convince me that the white color that she put on my nails was pink.She was doing such a terrible job that I left without the nails finish.

Many of the reviews were done by the owner. The first one you can see they even have the aurora photo on their profile. Anyway, the place is ok, but pricing is always confusing and tricky. And for the quality of the salon is expensive.Even their full body waxing doesnt include some areas.Their website is one of the worst l have seen.I wouldn’t recommend it unless you cant find any other appointments.

Worst service I hadThey didn’t have what I wanted although I called before to make an appointment and I was very specific in what I asked for manicure and pedicure !!!!The manager was rude said they don’t do acrylic French in small nails and then talked in Arabic with the other manager whilst I didn’t understand anything and on top of that I paid an amount for normal manicure !!!!Not even one star service for what they actually provide

To start with, if you value for your time and service is important for you, it’s NOT the place for you. But in case you have couple of hours for:1. waiting even having an appointment for specific time, because simply management keep placing people with no appointments before you,2. if you want to leave with half of service to be done, and have awful experience you can give it a shot.It’s would be unreasonable from my side to write it, if it’s would happen to me once, but thrice (!!!) it’s way too much. None of those I had treatment done fully as booked, and having waiting time above 1 hour.Completely disappointed. Having said it I would never EVER recommend this place for anyone.

Within 10 days, low quality and bad service. Not recommend to anyone this salon. When i contacted them to ask why so bad quality of polish, they are start to blame me. Its not appropriate at all.

I did Russian gelish manicure two days ago. It has nothing to do with Russian manicure and my nails are already in bad shape already. The filing was very random, every nail looks different and the color application was very bad. It’s too pricy for the service they offer and it took them two hours exactly to do only manicure!

Unfortunately, the worst salon I have ever tried in Dubai. Exploitation is not normal. I asked for limited and clear services and was surprised by the bill. I paid several times the amount. Unfortunately, I paid and walked away and checked the bill. Then I found that they were charging additional services that I did not request.. (I applied my eyelashes with the pill, and unfortunately from the second day they started to fall off and my eyes became red. 3 days + I ordered fake nails and suddenly the worker made acrylic!! She cleaned the nails and cut them. Unfortunately, all of this happened while I had my eyes closed to apply the eyelashes. I didn’t know what she was going to do. She told me acrylic!! I didn’t ask for acrylic! I had an Egyptian woman say, “Okay, let’s get the acrylic,” and she was angry and upset! They came back and made me a gel manicure!! .. and this type can only be removed in a salon.. I mean, aston is not suitable for it.. The surprise is at the time of the calculation, we charge for acrylic within the bill and we charge for cleaning around the nails as well, even though I did not ask for it.. and the installation of fake nails does not require cleaning around the nails.I wrote my experience honestly, and God is witness to me, so that we Saudi women can be careful, my sisters, be careful of exploitation and do not pay until you see the bill and verify the services recorded in the bill.God does not permit them or permit them, and God will not forgive them, in this life or the hereafter

They completely refused to serve me without even hearing what kind of service it was. The place was empty and the workers were sitting. Thank God, they made me feel that it is the only salon in the country. It is impossible for me to return to it. I dont recommend it
