I made my nails extensions with them before almost 2 to 3 weeks it was my first time there , i am in love with them till now , the girl making the nails so professional and very nice even the manager there very nice she helped me with the parking even , usually my nails requires refill after max 3 weeks because its begin to feel thick but till now i am very happy with them and not showing fake at all , love itttt

Absolutely unprofessional, poor quality and not a nice way to treat a client! I have been shocked by this salon unfortunately in the worst way possible! I made a reservation online as they don’t understand proper english I came and they didn’t even have me in the system and couldn’t take me.. after talking with them they agreed to take me 2 hours later, I came and again I heard the same, at the end my nails have done girl in training, one manicure took 3 hours!! And was done very baaadly! I don’t advice this place I need to remake my nails, never saw system like this.

I booked an appointment here after being recommended by a friend. I sent photos of the design that I wanted and the booking process was easy. The technician that did my nails was new, her name is Janel. She was polite, kind and fun to talk to. Usually, I get anxious to tell people if I dont like it or it needs to be fixed because I feel bad making them redo it. But Janel made me feel comfortable and she always asked me if it looked okay and made sure I liked the way my nails looked. She was precise with each detail and I highly recommend her. Also, Aya the owner is friendly and welcoming. The salon is nicely decorated, clean and the price is also great. I definitely recommend this salon!

Clean place and accurate work. Tahmina is a perfectionist 👌🏻Have been coming here ever since they opened (~2yrs).Im always satisfied with the results.I just think they shouldve rewarded the girls who were loyal to them from the beginning. I used to pay 110aed for plain color + light design (short or medium length) in the first year, now its 160aed, sometimes more for a bit of design. Not a big deal but you can tell they used to be way busier in the past.Parking is always difficult, but well its JLT. They do have designated parking slots in the basement tho (ask them).

I have been a long term client with them. Although i like their services I feel that they have increased their price ridiculously high and its not being fair to long term clients. The staff mostly dont understand english and communication is always an issue. They have 0 customer service and all they are bothered about is money. This kind of behavior is really not good especially being in the service industry. I wish they realize this and rectify their behaviour. Also the pricing could be better. the staff need to be trained. The new joiners aint upto the mark.

I had the most shocking experience and advise you to stay away from this place. However if you still give it a try and my story happens to you, please act fast to escalate it to government authorities and ask salon to cover your medical treatment immediately.3 months ago I had gel manicure with technician Tahmina. She used materials which really burned & hurt my nails. But every time I took my hand from drying lamp to cool them down, she was very frustrated and rude. My 3 nails were burned so much that they came off in 1 week. I thought that with time they will grow back, but 3 months passed and it looks that they are damaged forever.I wish i acted faster and filed inflicting body injuries case with government authorities requesting salon to cover all medical treatments. For me it is too late. But please act immediately, if this happens to you

This has to be by far the best nail place I have been to in Dubai. The nail technicians are experienced and your nails look pristine when done. The finish is clean and you can choose from a range of intricate designs. Once you try Ayas, youre definitely hooked.

I have been going to this place for over a year and while Nariza is a great technician their admin staff in terrible. On few occasions they “forgot” to book me in or booked me for wrong services. I live 30 min away and I have to plan my whole day around this appointment. Also, the prices are quite high. They promote express combo one price yet they charge extra for pretty much everything, including removing old gel, fixing the nail (I had to pay extra every time as my nails were breaking). I would pay usually extra 70-100 aed on top of advertised price every time. I switched salons after last screw up and glad I did.

Thank you for the great service. They have managed to accomodation me at the last minute. They do charge for each service individually, but they ask upfront. Also, the nails are done perfectly.

Its my 5th time today with Ayas salon, I get really happy everytime I get my nails done with them. Reception has a polite manners, and I met the gorgeous salon owner Aya. Shes very sweet and warm to each and every customers. I had Umka today and as always, I left very very happy. Professional and detailed technicians.

Amazing service. I was super pleased with my mani/pedi. However somehow we got confused and I ended up receiving gel manicure instead of gelish but nevertheless I was super satisfied. They did perfect job on my cuticles which is super important to me and manicure and pedicure lasted for 3 weeks without cracking.Real professionals in their field

First of all , The prices don’t match the service I received. Mostly what surprised me was the absolute terrible customer service. The attitude and the lack of general courtesy was not to Dubai standards or even remotely close.

ENG: I came over to get hygiene manicure and pedicure along with previous coating removal. As a result they damaged my toes heavily up to the bleeding point, and damaged cuticle on the fingers. Very rough service. They charged me 304AED for it :(ENG: I came for a hygienic manicure and pedicure + removal of the old coating. As a result, the toes were damaged, as well as the cuticles on the fingers. Very rough execution. They charged me 304 dirhams for the result :(

I came by appointment, after which I was informed that I should wait a little, because the master did not finish with the previous client; if I had been informed in advance that I would have to wait about 40 minutes, I would have canceled the appointment. It is important for me that the salon respects my time, just as the client respects the master’s time. Because I live 30-40 minutes from this place. If I made an appointment for one time, I want to be accepted at that time, or notified in advance.
