After 14 bookings and almost 5000 AED spent with them I am treated like a first time customer. The admin person is not able to make sure from my first booking to follow-up my loyalty points. This is so unlikely all the great services that we usually get in Dubai.I am so disappointed, the customer service of Balinese Salon is one the worst I encountered.It’s been 19 months since I started getting their services I booked 14 appointments in total. The staff ladies coming home are very nice and efficient they can do a lot in 1 hour I really appreciate them.But the wrong part is the company/admin. After booking almost every month I was wondering if they offer a loyalty program.They do but never brought any physical card I had to guess myself ???????I already requested one in august but never received it.I made a quick calculation and I spent a total of 4,890 AED with them. Am I the one who needs to request a loyalty program follow-up? It is not the admin job??????I should have the right to 4 free services based on what I spent with them but they tell me I need to show a full stamped physical loyalty card. They never ever brought a card with the staff so am I supposed to print one myself? It’s crazy. What a shame!So now they refuse to consider all the bookings and money I already spent with them and to give me what I deserveSo they lost a great customer and I will make sure my friends won’t book with them again.On top of that they charge you 20 AED of transport charge even when you reach 500 AED of services.I hate when businesses voluntarily hide some information from the customer just to make sure they don’t claim what they have the right to. Is it even legal?

As usual I can’t believe how fast , clean , friendly they are . They are always on time no matter what , their work is beyond beautiful you just tell them what you want and they will do it above and beyond . My nails were destroyed from working all time but allowing them to handle it now it’s growing and it strong and still I love their acrylic gel and waxing . It was the first time in 38 years i tried waxing never believed how clean and fast non painful it is . I love you guys your becoming my second family . They are very polite and helpful and enjoyable and easy to deal with every time I come to uae I use their services since 4 or 5 years . I know I don’t post a lot of pictures but they really deserve the best

They are the best place I’ve ever dealt with , the comfort , friendly and helpful people I admire them and their work . Super fast , clean and beautiful beyond words . I will be their loyal costumer.

I took home service from them for massage it’s the worst experience ever the bed was so bad that I have pain to my chest and ribs as well the lady didn’t know how to do massage properly she only did 25 mins but took full price for 1 hour and 15 mins it was terrible experience and the customer service is worst

Extra bad customer services I am a regular client for nail extension and by logic some times I got broken nail wile my nails didn’t grow yet and I called them to come to home no refill as I did usually with them they refuse and said it’s from 2 weeks I send them picture for Mary nails that still not grown yet they said I have to pay 150 aed for one nail or come to saloon or refill my all nails while it still not grow yet the only advantage of this salon for me is berna the girl that do my nails usually she is more than perfect and nice personBut customer service make me shocked beucausw I am regular client and they know they didn’t respect that and they care only to take more money
