Very bad experience, I even dont want to give 1 star but I have no other option.I wanted to change my look for my cousin wedding and I specially told Kiran that I want caramel brown color. So I had keratin treatment, hair color and highlights but she bleached my hair instead of color without informing me because she ruined all my hair and she wasnt able to give me my desired color result. Also, in the middle of the coloring process they handed over my hair to some new indian girl who was there just 2 days back, all nervous and anxious. Hair color was all different from what I asked for. All my highlights are of very different color all over the different part of my head. Keratin treatment didnt last more than 5 days and I got curls back. Glaiza recommended me to buy their expensive hair mask as now I need to take extra care of my hair because of that bleach which I didnt asked by myself but they did to hide their mistake, I am using that mask but its worthless. All the services I got from there was pathetic.I am sharing images of my damaged hair that looks horrible.Dont go there and waste your money.

Very good masters. But it looks like very bad management. The mobile data signal is not working in the salon which is ridiculous. The manager doesn’t think about customers, only about putting employees to work, which is ugly. Also they are saving money on offering coffee or tea…not even water…

I have great experience with this salon , I took service for face waxing and Samaya did a great job. I’m very particular when it comes to my face but this is place is best for you if you wanna get rid of extra hair on your body or face .

I paid 50 AED for this hair cut. Their staff is not even used to handling scissors. The worst is that she didnt even wash her hands after doing a pedicure on another customer and went straight to cut my hair.

I visited the salon for a haircut, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. The stylist cut my bangs much shorter than I requested, and they were noticeably uneven. The final result was quite different from the style I had communicated. I appreciate the effort but was disappointed with the outcome. I also want to highlight that I paid 70 DHS for the haircut, which I feel was quite steep considering the issues with the result. I expected a higher level of precision and attention to detail for the price paid. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the cost. I expected better quality for the amount paid, and I’m disappointed with the value for money.

I have been going to this salon from last one year and I have to say they are the best. Good and quality service at affordable rate. Marie did my pedicure and she was the best. Ganga was assigned to the job rest of the services and she is so sweet, made sure that she is doing everything perfectly. I highly recommend this beauty salon

Its been almost 6 months i’ll been coming back in this salon, staff’s are very helpful They all knew what they were doing, specially ate paula / ina and jen they were all great at their job and I love how my nail came out! Definitely highly recommend this burjuman branch.

Well, I am not giving this review upon my first visit - I have visited multiple times and they proved it and they did the best service in terms of everything.I tried hydra facial today for the first time and Ms Gayatri did an amazing job. Worst experience ever. To think I was with my friends and it was our first time made me so shy coz I told my friends we should visit since it close to home.Spa pedicure with 2 different ladies to finish up my feet?The polish used was so dry that I got so upset and told the lady to please take it out, it was looking like I have done it for a month. I had also told not to take out my toe nails, yet they cut them all out I had to shout for a stop.My friends eyebrows were done and one was bigger than the other. Our foot heels were scrubbed for less than a minute, and it was spa pedicure.Staffs are so loud, I left with a serious headache and they were so unbothered about it.Been friendly and been loud is quite so different.Been loud shows so much unprofessionalism.The young girl who did my facial was so soft and nice thou all the materials used was so dirty.The towels are dirty, no clips for placing in between toes instead tissues were been used.Nobody even asked if we were ok or even offered water for drinking.We never felt value for money, we totally feel like it was a waste of money and a good time.Highly disappointedI won’t recommend to anyone who cares so much about hygiene and enjoying a good time at a salon.

Easy appointments, welcoming staff, and talented employees! Even when it’s super busy they take their time! They do an amazing job for a low and reasonable price. Terrible experience…last time me and my friend took service that was modified 5 things she gave me same in 70 AED n again I went for same service this time everyone denied..n not doing proper conversation. I wait their but they didnt reply they are giving service me or not..everyone busy in their work.Last month I did highlights it was very bad my whole hair is damaged..Never recommend this saloon for any hair treatment..

Can you imagine a salon not having wax? No welcome to beautiful times, here they dont keep wax. When they will tell you never is the answer, you go there they will make you wait for 1 hour and you will randomly hear that there is no wax. This is what happened with me. Dont get fooled by 5 star rating those are paid they have written that down if you give 5 star rating they will give you discount. Please if you are busy like me dont go its just time waste. There is one lady with Punjabi accent she is the worst among all. She had an attitude when I asked why didnt you tell me you dont have wax you know what she told she told dont you know we dont have wax, our wax got over

Its my first time to go to salon for a hair treat treatment and I found Beautiful times salon and Spa.Its almost two weeks since I had my hair done. I availed keratin treatment with highlights which is first time for me (the Highlights) and I super loved the result. My hair is healthy and alive now, bouncy and volume. It exceeded my expectations, cause really I thought it would be super straight (which I only want is my hair to be healthy and not that super straight) and thats what I got.The staffs are all kabayan, and they are jolly. I find the owner cool as well because shes helping her staffs too because that time, theres a lot of customers, all are busy doing their thing.I had facial treatment too, the owner was the one whove done it to me, her hands are so soft, shes very good in whats shes doing. For other people, once they have done facial treatment, sometimes, there are acne coming after that, but in my case, no acne, nor irritation happened up to now.Great services and good quality. Good ambiance as well. Surely, will come back again.

Hello Ladies,I would like to review this parlour for Dandruff Treatmentthey had provided me 2 sessionsFirst time the service was very very nice and dandruff was gone completely.Second time they just heat the parachute low class oil and put on my head and made me to sit for 1hour with this. the service was very cheap and for my hair wash they used more than 1 big cup of shampoo without diluting it in water, after two days my hair started to shed very very badly, since then my hair fall became worst..Guys please before visiting any parlour review it at maximum.Very disappointed after this incident.

I just love the services provided at your salon. The staff is really good and friendly. I had pedicure there today and wanted gel nail paint application. But the shade I wanted was not available. I wanted that one only. Last time also it was not available and I came out without the nailpaint application. Hope you will quickly provide it. Waiting for the shade 1135!!

Place is messy but the service (spa pedicure) ive got was good (i dont know her name shes pakistani). When i entered the place the first time the welcome from the staffs was a little bit cold. But while i was there getting the sevice they started to have a chat and its was ok. Shall i be back again? Yes i will and lets see the improvements.

Terrible service , firstly I was made to wait, then I had a hot oil massage followed by shampoo n blow dry. Emee was my service lady who did an awful job, she didn’t remove the oil completely when shampooin and further went on to blowdry my oily hair. Terrible service. Even waxing was poor.

Our landlord recommended that we try this salon, so we did. We had a great experience. The owner is very hands on. All the staff are friendly and professional. The deals (esp for hair) were a steal! The place is very clean and spacious. I recommended it to my friends as well, and they had the same response.

The place is not bad ,,But there are many disadvantages..1. Cleanliness at ☆☆2. The masters work carefully, but I noticed a lack of care in the service,,3. Combs _ Dear manager, it is better to buy cheaper and more often than more expensive and use tools in unusable condition , it is not good.4. prices are not high, but this does not mean that you can keep the salon in this condition5.Hope next time to see it better.

I got two services done from this place, hair colour and a pedicure. The pedicure was a little aggressive and painful. Kept telling her it was painful but she said that she was removing ingrown nails which will hurt, I said alright. It looked nice when it was finished but there was a little pain on both my big toes. Fast forward to the night, the pain was increasing and it was throbbing. I checked in the morning and there was fluid buildup on both my big toes, basically an infection. I wrote this review from the doctor’s office! I have to add that I have never gotten an infection like this before and I have had many pedicures done in my life from all sorts of places. I can understand someone who is sensitive and prone to infections getting it but this is unacceptable.As for the hair colour it looked great at the salon and I was quite happy. I came back and took a quick look, noticed a few gray hair still showing but I didn’t mind. I checked again in the morning and I can see a lot more gray hair than yesterday. She missed many spots to say the least.I am actually really sad to write this review because my experience at the salon was nice due to the super friendly staff. Unfortunately it doesn’t matter because at the end of the day the service has to be good and not something that sends you to the doctor!!Paid Dhs250 for hair colour and Dhs50 for the pedicure. Plus the payment for the doctor Dhs53 and antibiotics Dhs78 (after insurance!). A total of Dhs431 that I will never get back, for less than average service.

This saloon provides the best service. The staff is really good and expert specially Ms Kanchan is very good in pedicure and facial and Ms Jen you are the best for Moroccan bath it was very relaxing. Highly recommend

Terrible experience…I asked them how much time it will take at start as I clearly told dem i wanted package services and they said it wil take 10mins and every now and den dey wud take people for eyebrows as new customers enter leaving the customer whom dey wer already serving …after waiting for half hr I asked again how much long and each employee wud put it on each other and den replied may b half hour more and i got frustrated as to after waiting for half hour dey r saying more half hour,which dey r not even sure and no one seems bothered…i just left after wasting my time wid dem..very poor service

So far i received a great service in a affordable price. I had my hair colour done, gel medi and peni, lash extensions by Marium and I loved it. The staffs are friendly and welcoming too.

Actually, it was my first experience in beautiful time salon I liked the service everything was very clean the staff was very nice the price was also reasonable the best part is they do everything quickly they dont waste your time

They are not at all attentive towards the clients needs and 1 gives different pricing and another person will give different pricing. Their quality of service is getting worst day by day. Their gel nail polish is horrible, it will chip off within 2 3 days. The owner seems to be more rude ever in her responses. I would never want to use their services again. Disgusting

I came across the parlour on google . Liked the reviews and gave it a try. While Terry was very good with the facial and blow dry , I am thoroughly disappointed with the eyelash extension done by the Indian Girl, I kept telling her my eyelids sting with the glue but she refused to accept. Today I have been trying to call them but no answer. I now have some infection in my left eye and would not want anyone to go through it. Do not recommend at all as I think the product used was low quality . Would like a refund for the extensionI did go to the parlour, although the staff tried to get the issue rectified, I was surprised with the parlour owners attitude. She was rude and least apologetic . Unfortunately customer service seems to be her last priority. Also the fact that the Indian girl has done 50 lashes is so untrue as the girl herself agreed she joined the parlour only 10 days ago and mine was the first lash she did. I did not expect lies over everything elseI still admit the staff tried their best

So lovely to visit, I booked very last minute and yet it was like I’d been in their books for years. All staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The salon itself is beautifully designed and decorated and it was very welcoming. I will be back again for my hair but also for the spa and beauty treatments!

I WOULD GIVE IT LESS THAN ONE STAR IF I COULD!!!Its the worst nail experience ever done by Rose!! If your staff really know their work, they will do it properly and will not complain to the customer and insult them with what kind of nails they have!Instead they will do their work and amaze us!!! If youre looking for hair color or keratin, this is not the best place. I did keratin from here, got hairfall and back to normal hair in a month(they even charged more than what was agreed on phone). Hair color- i specifically told do not add bleach or make it blonde, the lady did the same. Im struggling to get rid of the blonde now. The salon is not clean and also they handle your hair very roughly.

I have visited the salon for keratin Treatment, Staff was very friendly Salon was neat and clean and the lady Maryam who did my keratin Treatment was very polite and Friendly.....I would definitely recommend 👌My Keratin went very well but its too early to post about the results since i will be seeing the difference after wash 🙃

I like how they do mani and pedi. it was awesome. plus theres a slight superb hand massage after mani -pedi. Staff were very nice and accommodating.Highly recommended.Try and visit beautiful times salon and spa. It is worthy!

Keratin, facial,waxing were good but a lady who was doing my manicure hurted (bleeding)my finger.even only fingers dip in water, pedicure also not good way... I m not satisfied with meni & pedi

I had booked an appointment at 5.45PM..i had to wait until 7.30 for someone to come n assist me... Worst experience ever...whats the point of booking appointments if there is Soo long waiting.. they keep taking walking customers in between and make the appointments customer to wait

Kindly if you are sensible dont go to this parlour as some philliphina staff are very mean ... One Pakistani lady in that saloon cut my hair from back and forgot the front part and tge menicure is so cheap that it starts falling off in two daysI already complained once but nothing was taken seriouslyWill never go back here

Only girl gayatri work is amazing, went for oil massage and blow dry 3 people changed. Head massage lady who gave my head started paining, the girl who washed my hair she have no idea what she is doing, finally after half my hair she made frizzy this girl gayatri blow dry my hair beautiful 😍 I recommend this saloon only if gayatri doing your service full 5 start❤️
