I recently had a hair balayage done. The color turned out exactly how I envisioned it, meeting all of my requirements. The stylist was incredibly skilled and took the time to ensure the balayage was perfectly blended.

Had a wonderful experience with Shruti and Dalia. They were very professional and fast, I didnt have to wait long also. Salon was quite spacious and well equipped. They even attended me time to time asking about water and everyone was super good. Highly recommended.

Really Skillful beauticians. .. I have only visited the burdubai branch so can only speak for it. Dedicated owner who always wants the best for her customers and is flexible. The girls there know their work and is loyal. The fact that this salon has been working for more than 10 years is proof enough for their creditability... Gets very crowded during peak hours and holidays.. So make sure to book an appointment...

I had been here once in September. It’s not a clean place, although they wear masks, the floors are not clean. And Always crowded with no limits on no. of persons who can be at one point.Services:1. I got underarms waxing, the lady who did waxing for me was so bad that when I returned home, there was dark patch mark on the skin.2. I also got trim done and she didn’t do that well either3. Mani and Pedi was also terrible. The staff would not wear masks through out. The quality of polish and foot cream were not good quality. The polish chipped off day later.

The salon is good but the staff is too arrogant and bias.. I have been there several times never satisfied at last i stopped n few of my frnz as well... these staff ladies there only busy gossiping n ordering n eating no matter how long u wait. N ya if ur new surely b ready to b disappointed cuz first theyll only entertain their known customers doesnt matter if u went before them...theyll keep you waiting doesnt matter if u leave. I couldnt blv this arrogant lady shruti, everytime she gives attitude n she kept me waiting for long while she attained customers came after me n told me to wait as they r their known customers... n it doesnt feel friendly.. . Though u r paying n getting services but these ladies makes us feel uncomfortable with their attitude. Nvr going bck....

Went there for eyebrows threading. She didnt do a proper job and I saw that after sitting in the car. I went back and told her some hairs are left. She started plucking soo aggressively l was surprised I didnt had that much hair to be so aggressive. I ended up with cuts and bleeds on the eyebrows. While leaving I mentioned her very unprofessional job you have done. Its such a basic thing.No apologies nothing she just stared back as if I blurted out something bad.Sorry to say but the attitude of the staff is really bad,partial and no value for customer or their time.

Extremely disappointed with their customer service—biased and unprofessional. The owner seems unaware of the staffs attitude, which has led to losing many customers. Improvement is urgently needed to retain a loyal customer base.
