Worst saloon in Dubai. The staff was very rude throughout. I had done my hair blow dry and when it was completed I told her to apply serum and she refused. She told me it was over. When repeatedly questioned then she applied it. Additional they ask you to pay upfront. Never visiting again.

This was my second visit to this place and my bad that i dint read the reviews first. I had my pedicure done and i should say it was so bad there was no scrub applied no cream or no massage, ripped the skin near my toe nail a bit which is burning now, i don’t think that was worth the money paid. The place is so unhygienic and the staff who attended look so unprofessional and so slow in everything. After eyebrow threading no cream/gel applied. Are they trying to save on products?? Never going there again!!

I wish I could have seen the reviews before going to the parlor.. I’m sharing the concern for the manager to look into it immediately. I went to do my hair treatment today evening. And when I asked them to start, after discussions, the staff over there asked me ‘Now?????’ And the time was jz 8…And when I was enquiring about hair treatments, they were getting irritated to just answer me.. Both the staff who were there in the parlor today were such irresponsible people. The Filipino lady turned back when I was talking and the other lady was showing faces to me. Requesting the management to please look into it and take necessary action…

I will give rating in -5 if possible. The worst ever pedicure i have ever seen. The rude and laziest staff with no energy seen. They have no professionalism. Management must trained them or change them.no hygiene maintained in salon. No sterilized tools have been used. Just one box with all the used and broken old tools.massage chair with dirty pillows. This things should change by management.not recommended at all. If i dont have any chance to visit another salon i will choose to try by myself instead of visit this salon for sure

The worst salon I have ever visited, very un professional staff, paid 150 aed for extensions removal, they ask you to pay upfront before doing the service, 80% of the glue is still in my hair, whenever I asked the lady why there is still glue left she kept saying its not glue. They didn’t even brush my hair, i cant remove the glue and my hair is damaged. 0% hygiene, unprofessional service, do not waste your money and time there.

Doesn’t know how to behave… also there are certain things to be done before and after threading… the staff I think a Nepali is not ready to listen… very bad… first and last visit 🥴

The worst service i have ever seen of any Dubai salon. I would have given zero stars to this salon. I strongly recommend not to visit this salon.It was my first visit and will be the last visit for sure. The staff is really unprofessional, just providing services for the name sake. After doing eyebrow nobody cared to put cream over the itching area. I as a customer have to remind them to apply cream. It was really worse service. Better to avoid going this salon and wasting your time and money.

Hiii today i went to Al quasis branch for some services. There was a Pakistani girl she is really humble and respond according to my concerns. I am satisfied with the service.

I had very bad experience with this salon.Worst hard gel I ever seen, the nails weren’t in the same high or shape and they broke next day. I went to the salon next day the lady refused to fix it to me.These photos after less than 24 hours I did it there

Worst service ever..they give fake promotions..when we go to the salon they charge additional fees for everything(eg .hair wash).I saw 499 add for hair botox and balyage ..when i went there they charged extra 25 aed as tax .Only the hair treatment is covered ..additionally they charge for hair wash(45 aed)....the staff in al nahda dubai branch(Aneeta and teela)is not attentive at all..when a customer is entering the Beauty Talkz Salon Dubai ,no one is there to greet or welcome..instead customer has to wait until they come .Also they will not give u bill after the service (purposely),because nobody should claim if anything goes wrong from their end. They take payment in advance. The owner of this salon(Ms.divya)she is not present in the salon, if anything happens she dont care and put blame on the customer.Very bad service..please see the Google reviews before going .

Very poor service and staffs are not at all interested to do anything in a pleasing manner. The lady named Anita was giving a rude expression whenever she does something. I usually go for threading only as I stay close by and not because I like to go. When I ask them to apply cream in eyebrows after threading, they keep a rude face and just for the sake they just do it. They apply so little that we cannot even feel that the cream has been applied. This is happening for a while. Even the Filipino lady is very rude. One new lady is better than the others.This is my last time there and I will never refer anyone to go there. If the management can changed these ladies, then they may not need to close it soon.

I know this is Al Nahda so I kept my expectations very low but this was the most unprofessional, unhygienic and incompetent salon I have EVER visited. Took my daughter for a simple haircut, the lady hacked her hair and gave her a disaster haircut. During pedicure, the lady cut into my toe and seemed unbothered that there was huge cockroaches running around. I was booked in for more treatments but I had to walk out and leave midway through my treatment as I dont pay money for roaches and poor service🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮 who is the manager ??? I would love to speak to her. The shop is mostly unattended and filthy. The staff are extremely unskilled, lazy, rude and demotivated. Will not be visiting again

Yesterday we went for hair trimming along with our kids....the service is very worst they dont want get the suggestion also... there was one Philippino old lady she spoke in a rude way....and was arrogant...her attitude is very wosrt....kids are not even look at the things.. actually they dont want to take them into the parlour.....this is our first visit..and last visit...not recommended parlour...in dubai this is the first parlour staffs are unprofessional better they could be cancel the licence .....

I strongly advise against visiting this parlour. In particular, one staff member Anu stood out as the worst among them, she lacks basic manners and are extremely rude in their interactions with custome.Furthermore, the parlour is dishonest about their charges, initially quoting lower prices to attract customers but then adding additional fees for every service rendered. This lack of transparency and integrity is unacceptable.Overall, my experience at this parlour was highly disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Do not visit this place if hygiene is a priority for you. Terrible service, horribly managed place with zero response to customer complaints. Spare yourself the trauma and find another salon. The cheap prices are not worth the health risks going here.

It was a disaster. The staff posses zero skills. Aneeta and tila horrible females with zero knowledge about their works.Initially they were confident saying we can do everything but when it came to action they screwed up and made me look like a fool. The worst experience. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. They staffs are quarreling among themselves not at all professional.

Terrible haircut, the lady cutting my hair was incredibly rude, she just kept pulling and combing my hair harshly and just kept complaining about my hair, and the cut was uneven too, after i straightened my hair i saw that both the sides were uneven, i clearly told i didnt want to cut off much but they cut off a lot, i would never ever recommend it again and i clearly will never ever come here againOnly if it was possible to give 0 stars

Alert ! Alert !Disaster !This was my second time. The staff are so rude and are not willing to give the service to what I paid for. First of all the face they make when a customer enters , put closed board sign if you are not willing to attend, Simple. Arguing within their team to which staff will attend and this shud not be made so loud that customers get scared to take service from the staff as we are in their control coz they can make it or break it. Please note I paid for the service and did not take for free.!!!!

Absolutely disgusting and horrible service. They took so long to attend to me even though the salon was empty. The staff members had a lot of attitude. They ruined my thick eyebrows and made them pencil thin and ruined the whole shape of them as well. If I could give them a 0 star review instead of one I would because of how bad it was. Don’t waste your money on this place.

I did a gel pedicure . The gel machine was dirty and had many stains ; it was not working properly ;the timer was not functioning too. The staff could not even see the time display .The plug of the gel machine has cello tapes to secure it. Very poor quality adn dangerous too . Absolutely disappointing . Co-staff Arroganc was so evident . Staff not willing to explain the service options .

IM SUPER SUPER MAD RIGHT NOW, I got my hair cut over here a while ago. Worst decision ever and let me tell you my haircut was a bold move cause I wanted to chop all my hair off. I REGRET IT SM Especially cutting it from here cause they did a horrible job I had to return to the saloon 2 times to get my hair done again all because they dont listen to what you want they act as if they know how to do their job like so much attitude and very very rude but in reality they did horrible I cant even go outside my hair looks so bad like some part of it is long and some of them are short like its a disaster I had to get it redone again and still it looks shabby cause the initial haircut was very bad. IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. Please Im not trying to be rude here, its sad actually cause my hair is one thing that gave me some confidence and that is also ruined and the worst part is that youre actually paying money to get this donePLEASE if you cant do it well then dont.

Today I had service from your parlour and I was very satisfied with the service provided by Pakistani girl (Sumera)and she was very polite in answering my all Queries. Im very grateful to her and I loved her work.

Don’t believe the reviews u read. Look at the photos I attached. I did my nail extension 3 days back. The next day already nails were breaking. No buffer machines or anything for extension. So many excess on sides as the girl was forced to use nail pile only. The only good thing is that the staff are good people. That’s it.

Very unprofessional..I usually wont give a bad review. But this has to told as the owner doesnt care for any feedback. Ms Anita also very unprofessional. They will just charge for service and then do unsatisfactory work. Product information not given. Gave a package for Botox for 299 over the phone, when I came they charges 399aed with no proper explaination. Called back for head wash after 3 days. And again charged 45aed. Saying that its a spa. And this is not included. Again no proper communication.When I spoke to staff, got an we dont care attitude.Very very disappointed.

Worst service i experienced with these girls # Anita # aaty madam ( philipini).If I could give them a 0 star review instead of one I would because of how bad it was. I did lash extensions first and didn’t get what I asked when they told me yes they can do it and then they just put the excuse they didn’t have longer lashes to apply, they should have said that before even applying them. It’s better to say no we can’t do it than doing it and charging for something that is not what you want (because of course, they ask you to pay before they do the treatment). And said next time we will do the ones you like, not even refund my money or offer to fix them the way I wanted and I paid for.Then I did hair extensions, I asked the girl to remove some from the front because they were very visible and she just applied some heat and removed the hair leaving my hair full of hard glue, she apply some spray and told me “just leave this product and when you get home brush your hair and the glue will go” but it didn’t, I brushed and nothing, I applied oil and glue still there, even my own hair is falling with the glue at this point because it’s very hard and impossible to removed. So I messaged the owner and even sent her photos and she ended up not replying to me anymore or giving me a solution. Now I have a spot with no hair in my head as removing the glue took my own hair with it and they didn’t even apologize for it. The glue they use seems to be very hard and not the best for your hair as usually if you apply oil the glue of the extension will be wary to remove but with this one there’s no way.The saddest part is that they don’t give you a solution or apologize for their mistakes and try to fix it. You pay in advance, they take your money and that’s it, not nice. Now I have to spend more money in another salon to remove lashes and hair plus glue leftovers they left in my hair.

Hello beauties,If you thinking to try this Saloon - you gotta stop in your tracks immediately after listening to my horrible experience with them.I wanted to do Hair Protein treatment with my own product, we (me and owner of the saloon) agreed on a charges and I selected their Al Nahda Branch to meet Anita as per the owner’s instruction.Anita was supposedly their ‘best’ staff and hair treatment specialist. To me horror she was extremely rude and unprofessional.First of all they asked me to pay in advance to the treatment - which I was hesitant to do as this is not the norm on other saloons, also I was not sure what kind of service I d be getting but since I was in rush and thought to save me the trouble to going to other saloon. I paid in advance.And the horror began after thatSaloon was too dirtly - Anita was as mentioned above too rude a person- I had a very bad process of whole treatment and above all she stole all of my product - she asked me to give her my product so that she can take photo which my 6th sense told me is an excuse to get away with contents of my product and so it happened.I caught her red handed and called owner to share whole story but guess what she was as horrible as her staff. She refused to take any responsibility or to make her staff pay for such a theftIt was all too shocking and horrible.Never ever such a thing has even crossed my mind.I want you all to please keep this instance in mind before you step inside this horrible place.Stay safe. One particular staff member was extremely rude, even when I was being polite. The service really needs to improve.I also notice they had hygiene issues. The owner was kind and friendly, but the Nepali staff was rude.

To be honest, I felt like the services were incomplete. They dint even scrub my hands properly. Only applied it and washed thats it. Plus not sure if anyone checks for the basic stuff that should be provided. Both my manicure and pedicure got smudged badly by the time I went out as they ran out of top coat and dint even bother to buy a new one. Although, the staff is quite hardworking but I feel they need proper training and equipments specially different ones for each customers. Even the facial was so unsatisfactory as I felt that they just applied everything and just washed it. It is so unhygienic that they use the same equipments for every customer and dont even wash them.

Worst ladies salon in Al Nahda. Did my Hair Botox treatment from here a couple of days ago. They collect the payment before we even sit down and provide zero customer or parlor service.I had to go to the parlor repeatedly as they said they would rectify it, but the staff and the owner will never consider you. The owner as expected in such cases is invisible.All other good reviews am sure are apprentices and other reviews are the genuine one. Do not go to this salon.I have already filed a complaint within Consumer Court Dubai and advice you to not waste your money here in this worst parlor in nahda.

Pathetic service, no professionalism. Collecting money in advance from customers as if we wont pay and will leave. Overall had very bad experience as the hair stylist was not even trained and I still had split ends after my hair cut. They purely aim for money making and least care for customer satisfaction. So far the worst salon I have ever visited.Contacted Owner for my poor keratin treatment and to point out other complaints, she didnt even call back.Staff is very rude and not approachable also.

This was my first time visiting the salon and surely it is the last. I went for a simple service - blow dry with curls. The Vietnamese lady was doing my hair - she had no smile on her face and was utterly unhappy to be at working. She left my hair half done saying she is tired and then the filipino lady completed it. Could have got a better service for the same price else where. Owner needs to pay more attention to her salon

The Worst haircut.I visited this parlour this evening, to get a haircut for my daughter. The parlour lady cut her hair in 5-7 mins. The way she cut my daughters hair did NOT match the criteria i asked for. It was very disappointing, therefore i asked her to give some final touches in the politest way . But the parlour lady was enraged with anger and started back answering in a very harsh way. Hope there is a change in the way the workers communicate with their clients.

I have been visiting this salon for the past 5 years. The service is pretty good. Special appreciation goes to Ms Anita as she does remarkable work. Her eye brow threading is too good i get full satisfaction. She is always polite to the customers. Her services are really good.

One of the worst saloon in Dubai. Bad attitude of the girls who work there. No manager in the saloon so they dont show interest in attending you. No one is a profession they learn on you. They dont value your time or money. Highly regret the experience here. They arent hygienic too. They promote a lot on social media but dont get fooled by that. Ive wasted AED 500 here.

I would come here only for eye brow threading.There would be one lady from Kerala who would do the eye brows beautifully.However, last time she intentionally did a terrible job so that I do not approach her next time.I have never been to that salon ever again.Earlier I would always recommend it to my neighbors.Now I recommend them the new place where I get my eye brows done.

One of the worst places to do your beauty and hair services. They use low-quality products and it turns out to be the worst keratin or smoothening treatment. Never get any services from here even if its on offer. They just run offers and promotions but quality is worst. I had severe hairfall and my hair texture changed after a week of smoothening.In response to your reply , I have done smoothening at your Al qusais branch, I have our insta chat conversation as proof, actually I have to file a complaint bcz of your worst service, I faced severe hairfall. I have enough proof and I’m not spreading false accusations. ( I have conversations and picture taken after the service in your salon itself)

Did hair botox and colour for promotional rate. Hair shine and straight lasted maximum only 2 washes. And the hair went back to my normal wavy state again. Hair dresser said 80% to 90% straight will remain but sorry to say it does notPS- Your response is not for me as I never came to your salon or spoke to you again

Hands down the WORST SALON I’VE EVER BEEN TO. I dont know where to start. After a long day at work, decided to pay their Al Nahda branch an impromptu visit. Found their number on google and called them. The lady on the phone said a hot oil massage would cost me AED 45 inclusive of a wash and the massage would be 20-25 minutes. My massage ended in 10 mins, after which I was directed to the steamer. The steamer took 5 mins to start and was placed so close to my head that it burnt my neck. At this point i got up and walked out. I was charged before-hand on my card so couldnt even ask for a refund. The salon was a absolutely filthy and shabby. Surfaces weren’t clean. Tubelights were flickering. Instead of a towel, they place a thin fleece blanket on my shoulders that was clearly used before as i could see strands of hair on it that definitely weren’t mine. The oil was heated in a green plastic bowl that had turned brown from previous hair color / henna. And lastly, the salon was so warm so i asked about the a/c and i was told the a/c wasnt working. Now mind you, we’re in the middle of June in Dubai! No fans either. After i left i called up the owner and she said “oh 25 minutes includes a wash, steam and massage”. During my massage, the staff were discussing amongst themselves how AED 45 does not include a wash. How unprofessional! The owner only apologised and made excuses.

The experience was very nice. And Tila completely blew my mind with the haircut. A very versatile styling and cut. Thank you and really appreciate.

Had wonderful expirence for hair color and protein treatment.Staff is friendly , service is great !Initially I was hesitant to go ahead with hair treatment but I was very happy with end results.A

The most horrific experience in my whole life with my hair botox treatment. First of all, the product used was not organic and emitted heavy fumes which caused severe throat issues and fell sick right after. The result of the oflltment did not even last 4 days..fake promises before treatment and also took full money before treatment.

This was my first time visiting this parlourI went for henna and this was a day before eid.I asked the manager how much time will it take she told me atleast 20 mins as that henna lady was with other customer, but i had to wait for 1 and half hour and there were no enough chairs to sit and she charged me before the service and as i already paidI couldnt leave and finally when she came she was not even henna artist , just a regular facial staff who was just applying henna before eid to cash the people.They used instant henna which was so badBecause as she was applying it was spreadingAs that was gel and also the artist was so badShe was not able to apply henna properly .Her hands were shaky and it was no where close to the design which i choose. It looked as if i applied henna from a small kid.One of the worst parlours and i had to pay 40 aed per side and per hand...once my design strated that manager went off and i couldnt even get a refund.My design was completed by 12And it started by 10 30 and the design was till wrists only...highly unprofessional and they are just duping people...dont go there Atleast not for henna...And also i was sitting there a lady came there to get her hair dye with henna they applied here and when the time came to wash nobody was attending herShe was just sitting there and calling the staff for hair wash..they were not attending her and were putting it on each other and after a long time one of the lady attended her..

Highly disappointed with the service. I visited them for the first time to get a manicure. The place where I was made to sit had water remains from previous pedicure and they did not even bother to wipe it dry and clean up before accommodating the next customer. They started off with the usual manicure procedure, and towards the end, they used anti-septic which turned my nails pink. I was fine with it for a while because I have been in Dubai for 6 years and there have been anti-septic liquids used which is pink in color. I was hoping for the color to ware off before the whole procedure was done. But to my surprise, my finger tips and nails were still pink.I did not want any color on my nails and I requested for a transparent coat. In spite of me constantly mentioning that my nails are pink, would it go off if you apply transparent coat, the answer was it is fine, it will go eventually. I asked the question over three times and going by the confidence, I gave it a shot. I washed my hands thoroughly after using regular soap, dish washer and scrubbed my fingers and you can see the image - its still pink, especially on the sides! It was so embarrassing to attend meetings with my nails looking dirty on sides even when they are clean.What went wrong? Was it a blind response to stop me from asking the same question or just 0 interest/lackluster in being upfront of the result?I posted my feedback on FB and it was no where to be seen, thus Im hoping to be of help to those who need a realistic idea of their service.

I got my eyebrows done from here and the lady was so rude. It was clear that she wanted to get over with it as soon as possible. When i told her to make correction to my eyebrows she was clearly annoyed by it! I was still looking if i need to tell her to remove hair from somewhere else, but before i could say anything she went away and she did even bother to put a moisturizing cream which I later did myself!!! Super rude worker! Not experienced enough at all! Ruined my brows. Would never recommend specially for Eyebrows.Half star not even 1!

The worst hot oil hair massage i ever had. Charged at 69 dirhams without hair wash. I was made to pay before the service was done. Somthing i have never seen in any parlour i visited in Dubai. Afterdoing eyebrows, one your staff came for hot oil hair massage with cold oil. And went on to warm the oil after i requested. She massaged for hardly 5 mins and leaving me in head steamer for 15 mins went on to do hair cut for another lady. In between i had to call because steam was very hot and hot water drops falling on my shoulder. She came back after 15 mins and did massage for hardly 5 mins and thats it. For this i paid 69 dh. I spoke to the owner immediately after and the way she spoke was so disrespectful. Will never recommend this parlour to anyone and anyone opting for this parlor please make sure you will be given a good service since they make you pay beforehand itself.

The worst manicure I have ever had in my life. 2 ladies were working on my hands for 1.5 hrs and still it was looking so bad. Colour started to come off the next day itself. One of the ladies didnt know what a French manicure was. The other lady herself told me sorry for her bad work. Her nails looked better than mine.Anyone going for a cleanup, beware, their steam machine is faulty and you could end up getting your face burnt.Highly do not recommend this place to ladies who value their money because its utterly disappointing to pay 180 Dhs and get chipped nails and bleeding cuticles. Yes, they pulled out so much skin that 2 of my fingers were bleeding around the nails.

The services provided was so incomplete,they do not have even a nail color ,staff was like we dont have nail colors we have only this( purple) which takes 30min to dry.blah blah..and to my surprise after this incomplete service they told it covered 2 items from the package...usually 4 services for 99aed and they charged me 2 services, only for this half pedicure done. I felt cheated and very unprofessional. I suggest people to think before they go ...this was my first time and was very dissapointed.

I did my keratin service was good.Anitha and Arlene does a great job.whoever doing hair please prefer them. But they are charging even for hair wash after treatment thats not acceptable.

Sadly theres no option of minus points hence I have to select 1 star. Pathetic pathetic absolutely pathetic. I went there in the last week of March 2022 for a simple haircut of steps & layers which Ive done many times in other salons. I entered this salon at 9pm & I know they close in 30 minutes so I was sure to ask them would they be willing to do a simple haircut. The front desk lady was looking at me with total contempt as if she was internally abusing me for coming 30 minutes before they close. Her tone also was very harsh while talking. She shouldve just informed me that they cant do my haircut at this time & to come back again another day. No. With all her anger she still wrote me the bill of aed 69 & took my money. I obviously paid bcuz she confirmed that theyll do my haircut. Though I didnt like her behavior I still let it slide bcuz the haircut was urgent for me & I assumed might have something bad going on in her life. When it came to my haircut the lady Anita or something didnt even wet my hair properly. She just sprinkled water over the top hairs, didnt bother wetting all the hair & straight away started the hair cut. I pointed out to her that my hair is still half dry & to spray more water or else she wont be able to cut it properly. She just gave me a rude & dirty look & said no I have sprayed properly, this is fine, its always done like this & she continued with the haircut. I still let that slide thinking shes the expert, surely she knows what shes doing. Boy was I wrong. Mid way she told another lady to takeover. Plus I was watching the haircut carefully. They hardly did anything. I have done this same cut all my life & I know how the cuts are done & the minimum time it takes. What they both did combined was certainly too less than what it should be & I again pointed this to them as well. They gave me such exasperated looks & told me very stiffly that the haircut is done properly. Im not an arguing type of person so I just left after they were done. I was feeling very suspicious about the whole thing still I chose to think positively & even said thank you to that rude front desk lady before leaving hoping to make her day end well. Now Im thinking why did I bother. Now every time my hair is open I can clearly see the uneven-ness of my hair. The left side is longer than right side. Some layers on the left are also missing which makes my right side hair look scant than my left side. It bothers me so much every time I look. Its not even something I can ignore. The difference is so damn clear. Biggest mistake going to this Beauty Talkz here. Now Im reading many similar reviews here & Im thinking I shouldve checked this before going there. You fraudulent people, just close your salon & leave from here cuz clearly yall dont have any intention of improving.

Very unprofessionsional.They dont have a proper set up for menicure. Water was spilling all over my clothes while washing, they gave a towel when i asked for. It was so uncomfortable making you move from one place to another.

The staff themselves are very nice and friendly, like Luyen, Arlene and Anitha. However their customer service is very bad. They dont inform you of these hidden costs that come up after you perform a service. They ask you to pay for a package and then later on when you avail the service they bring up hidden costs like hair wash is not included etc. The owner was really rude and unhelpful. The staff themselves are very accommodating and friendly but the owner was very rude. I would definitely not go back to this place or recommend it to anyone.

This place is highly recommended. I went for doing keratin treatment and facial. Ms Anitha is a person who gives you tailor-made service. She suggests the treatment which suits us. I found that the staff is also very capable and friendly

The service was good. Eyebrows, haircut and hairstyle Anitha did a wonderful job (for my daughters eyebrow first time I was happy). Luin is excellent in massage, I got a good facial.Arlene did hair botox and highlight, that was really good and made me to go back to this Saloon.

Hi ladies,This comment is not on the salon but particularly on the staff working in the salon. Looks like they really shows discrimination on nationality. This is just to let you all know that it is not gonna happen in UAE as per the law we all are from different countries and we all settled our life here in dubai. We have to respect that.I came across very much rude and harsh hair dresser in the salon. She may be expert in her work but just to let you know that you should uitilise that talent and skill in a good way orelse it would ruin the life of yours. Specially this customer service field if you cant talk to customer properly and deliver the service what is asked its better to find another option (job). No customer wants the service wherein there is no welcoming feeling to you when you get inside. This was my 1st horrible experience, which I wanted to share with all. Thank you.

I was a regular customer. One day they hired a hair stylist who said she knew everything. One minute .. and she had just chopped my hair off like that.. I would have just cried. I got up and made them correct it. I called the owner to speak to her twice . She said that she will call me back but in spite of me telling her it was important and that i didnt want other customers to suffer she didnt call back. Its been 6 months so here I am . Please do all services but not hair cut. My hair hasnt grown back yet...

Been there for hair streaks. For one strand of hair i waited for 3 hrs with an absolutely bad experience. Right from the owner to the beauty stylists are amateur with zero customer focus. Owner talks rudely with nil patience. She was not listening to the cincerns I had. The stylist over there is not experienced. And when we talk she does not respond well. Not just that they just ignore and get offended. There are three or four beauticians sitting idly and passing comments. But nobody replies to you when you ask for clarifications. First and last visit for sure. If tou want to take a chance do it. But please ask them to show the colour and be sure of what they are putting becuase i wanted blue and i ended up having yellow. So all the best and take an appointment if you want to deal with a set if amateurs and a rude owner.

Never come here.The staff are a menace to customer service industry.There is one lady that happens to be the worst person Ive come across.I came here for a package now, one philipino lady came to the counter (al nahda 2 branch,usually the one who picks up the phone ) and I said the things I needed, all throughout with a smile on my face, i changed my mind about something while and she had to cut something anf re - write it so she threatened me saying stop changing things, my owner checks all this and I told her Just tell your owner I changed my mind and she is like Dont ever do this again like ????? Babe youre lucky im standing here paying 125 dhs to your unprofessional salon. I think the owner doesnt realize she is losing alot of customers because of this one lady and I am going to make sure to tell all my friends and family never to visit this parlor. Also someone please tell me the owner number, I need to have a conversation with her because she is the one losing business.

First of all we cannot go with the positive reviews which can see here cos when u go to this salon u can see its written there, if u give review u will get complimentary hair spa!!! The ladies working Der are not accomadating and friendly and they didnot give me good service. I did my permanent eye lashes and it started falling off in 2 days!!! And some how I felt they are so annoying!!! I will ever recommend anyone!!! And and and the wash room stings like anythng, unfortunately I used the washroom to wash my hands, goodness!!!

The service is not good and always delivered under duress and you always have to fight for the offer of service. It is also not clean and non sterilised utensils are commonly used. The salon is purely for convenience because it is nearby. Today 28/08/2020 my wife was denied her credit voucher for 3 services. One service had been delivered without the receipt, because they acknowledged that none had been issued. Today the manage insisted on the production of receipts. How? When no receipts were issued. Do not trust them! Her credit card shows the payment when one service was delivered then covid arrived. So a delayed claim has now been denied! Good for their profits .

Horrible experience for my wife!!! They ask for payment first and ask you to wait for ten minutes and leave you waiting for 2 hours without shame. When you ask for refund after not attending you for 2 hours, there madam Lisa who is not even present in Nahda speaks very disrespectfully and disconnects the call by denying refund.Lisa overworking her staffs that results in getting work done horribly than they can really do and asking customers to come back later to get the rest done. The customers are bound to wait or come back later as they wont provide refund.

Very pathetic service. My daughter’s both eyebrows are entirely different in shape. Moreover the staff is so arrogant and does the job as if she is doing a favor. Earlier when I went over there for a haircut, they were not even listening to what I have to suggest and cut the hair according to their interest.

The service performed was very poor. I had asked for a haircut, with a reference, and the cut was done very poorly, and unevenly. The place is also unsanitary with cockroaches roaming the place. I cant believe I wasted 70 dhs, for such a poorly done and pathetic job. My hair is ruined, and its going to take me ages before it grows out again. First time to see a saloon working for 3 days with no AC.Among all the fumes and heat, every one burning from hot weather.Anyone calling the phone, the owner answers the phone and ask the customers to go to the saloon without telling them how crowded and hot it is.It took them 5 hrs to finish a sevice that takes 2 hrs for me.Staff are exhausted and working in very bad conditiones.This place should be closed.

I only availed Eyebrow threading (EB) & Underarm waxing (UA).Underarm Wax // 27AED : had a bad experience because the lady knows that the wax is hot and she knew I got hurt from it because it was still too hot and she didnt even apologized. She didnt even made sure that there were little to no hairs left and I ended up plucking it at home. She didnt even applied the after-wax oil. Good thing I asked another staff and made sure I left without my underams feeling sticky.Eyebrow threading // 11AED : DEVASTATING. I love my brows and I admit that I have less hair on my brows but the lady was inexperienced and my eb ended up so freaking thin. I also told her that she made it too thin and I said its okay because I have nothing to do than just accept what she did even it made me soOOO disappointed.This was my second visit as I gave this salon another chance if there could be any improvement, but NO. The staff werent even that courteous and the looks on the faces are not welcoming at all. You wont even feel relaxed because theres another customer complaining also. 🤦🏻‍♀️

The most unhygienic and unprofessional parlour in this area. Never going there again. They take your pictures and show as before and put someones Google photos as after and make people think they did the service. The staff are rude and lazy. They tell you price is 199 for triple collagen hair botox and when you go there they tell 45 extra for wash and collagen treatment.

Worst experience ever . They said 45 for blow dry when I called for my short to medium hair and then asked me to pay 116 when I am in the Parlour . It’s a very normal Parlour and the price is comparatively very high . Again when I called and ask the lady she said she will reduce price . I didn’t take the reduced price as I felt humiliated by the way they spoke . Curls which they did was very normal and the curls got opened up with in an hours time . I feel I do a better job than them at home

I came in the saloon for eyelash extensions, the two ladies called the one will do it she said is it possiblemfor me to wait 30mins because she is in lulu(10-15mins max away from the saloon), i said ok i will wait. They called her again i will have to. Wait again for 10mins soni said ok. 30mins passed, 10 mins passed several times she keeps on saying shes coming. She was the manager of the clinic owned by the sibling, and what is she doing? NOT WORKING! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! I WAITED AN HOUR.

Not good for eyebrows. You have to literally tell them to do it properly. One girl threads in the air. They say for rebonding and keratin one price and when you reach there they change it even the free manicure and pedicure is charged along with the keratin and rebonding.I did flash the FB post but your receiptionist said that they do not have it. I have been to the branch next to kalyan jewellers .. i wanted highlights .. Staff Gurpreet was very professional ... Very friendly approach and she exactly gve me what i wanted .. m quite contented .... however other than that there was another staff with sooo much off attitude i wonder why has the owner kept her over there...... she gives a very negative vibes .... when preet asked her for a help so that things can done quickly.... she blankly refused.. i think the owner shld consider once again about the staffs .... i would recommend if you go there pls ask for gurpreet

I am a regular customer of this salon.Although that have an appointment system,it never works .Always waiting for more than hour even if I took appointment.Most of the staffs are very careless.

Hi,am SarahClean and tidy salon.Though it was matter of eyebrows and upperlips but they did it excellent.

All the staff is very cooperative and especially Ms.Anu is excellent at head and face massage
