I went 2,3 times to this parlour .. what I felt is they don’t want to do services .. they are very rush to say no and kick out the customer .. they simply want to sit and relax . I will never recommend to this parlour to anyone. Very bad customer service .

Went to this saloon today .lived the pakistani lady’s clean up and also her upper lip waxing method it was so smooth and did pain that much and the clean up was so good . One of the best clean up I did from uae it was so good and perfect.i think the Pakistani lady is a professional she is so good her way of handling everything with care I liked it so much

I know this is Al Nahda so I kept my expectations very low but this was the most unprofessional, unhygienic and incompetent salon I have EVER visited. Took my daughter for a simple haircut, the lady hacked her hair and gave her a disaster haircut. During pedicure, the lady cut into my toe and seemed unbothered that there was huge cockroaches running around. I was booked in for more treatments but I had to walk out and leave midway through my treatment as I dont pay money for roaches and poor service🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮 who is the manager ??? I would love to speak to her. The shop is mostly unattended and filthy. Staff are extremely unskilled, lazy, rude and demotivated. Will not be visiting again

Worst experience ever i had in dubai saloon.Did manicure and its was not professional at all.No proper cuticle removal and polish applied so badly. Not recommending Quasis saloon to anyone.

The services have become quite disappointing lately, especially at the Qusais branch. The owner is not even bothered to respond to inquiries or complaints. There is only one person, Sheeba, who is good; the rest are unqualified or has a rude attitude. Not recommended.

I got my manicure and pedicure done and that was such relaxing and was very happy with the results.I recommended my mother and sister to try this and they too got their services done here.I got my hair highlights and protein and cutting done by tila, she did a fabulous job and made my hair transform .I really loved the job done by her. ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got my hair extension from there for 1000 aed since the first the hair started falling out in bunches. They owner lady trap you with her sweet talks and they use very cheap products. I called this owner regarding this and she blocked my number. Beware of this salon they are frauds. Apart from that the place is full of roaches and flies, they don’t even have a towel for hair wash. They wrapp hair in garbage bag lol. Please ladies stay away from this place.

I did protein treatment here yesterday. The service was very good. My hair stylist Ms. Shiba provided good service with patience. She guided me on taking care of my hair after treatment.

I got my hair cut and highlighted from here.Ms anita did an amazing job.It looks natural but at the same time stand out.It is subtle and pretty.I was very happy with the result and she was very talented.

I opted to choose the services from Beauty Talks as they have good value offers and very close to my home. I took an early an appointment a week ahead only to see the Salon closed (due to some emergency work)at my schedule time. I was very upset, but the Team went an extra mile and did the services for me at the comfort of my home. The staff was friendly, and did a good job within the limitations of a home. I had a terrible experience at this salon! A lady called Veena did my eyebrows and she did a huge mistake, she completely ruined them. When I asked for my compensation, she treated me rudely and ignored me. She didn’t even apologize even though it was very clear that what she did was horrible. I don’t think she has the training needed. She needs to be trained not only on eyebrows but also on how to deal with customers. She also has attitude problems! Never going again! Worst salon ever :)

Worst experience.I just had a short hair cut, and it was terrible and bad. I don’t know what hurry staff had. Please don’t go. They charged me 85 in total with blow dry and even the blow dry was super bad. Worst worst

Hi, I have been visiting Beauty Talks now for last 5 yrs and I do not find this comfort anywhere else. The staff is so courteous, kind and gentle. My daughter is so picky and even she loves getting her hair cut in this parlour. Excellent detailed pedicure, facial, threading, hair henna and massage, I recommend to all my friends.

It was my first time to this place and a memorable one. The staff is very friendly and did an awesome job in coloring my hair. The owner Ms. Divya is too co-operative and worked her magic hands on my hair. Overall I loved it and wish to go.

I was looking to get keratin done and I chose Beautytalkz as it was close by. Not a bad choice needless to say. I have thick curly and stubborn hair. I reached at 9:45am and was done by 2pm.very personable and accommodating staff. Reshmi and Beena did a great job. I was very happy with the results after the wash. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an affordable place which delivers good results.

I went in to the salon feeling excited, but walked out feeling horrible.. so sorry to say, the hospitality and the kindness isn’t really appreciated. The ladies in the saloon, didn’t have the energy and was having no proper respect towards their customers.

Great service. Staff Reshmis suggestion of the color came up quite good. She explained the various hair treatments according to our hair texture . Must try . She also suggested the hairstyle . It was fab 👌

The day balayage was done it looked very well along with blow dry. During that time I didn’t notice underneath hair. After I washed my hair and saw the underneath hair it looks so weird and worst balayage ever done and seen. Very much disappointing and when called up the saloon the owner says it’s perfectly fine. Don’t fall in this trap. It’s just waste of money. Pics attached for reference. Underneath it’s all patchy work. Not at all like balayage. They only posted my first picture on their Facebook website.

It was an extremely bad experience. The whatsapp coordinator said something and the people there said something. When the Pilipino staff was there it was better but now they have become disgusting.No hygiene nothing. The person there has no experience in waxing at all. she kept telling me to have spend a little more and chose a better wax instead of local wax. I am in Dubai past 25 years now and have never experienced any problem with normal wax. She used a piece of cotton on my face after facial to wipe my face nearly 20 times. She didnt even bother changing the water and the cotton.Disgusting it was! Wanted to run away from there. But had paid them in advance so was lying there unwantedly to finish it up.If you value your skin and care for it kindly never go there.Thank you!!!!!!

I got my hair treatment and eyebrow threading done in the salon.the staffs are very friendly and welcoming and Sheeba did a great job.Highly recommend.this is my third time visiting them and I will continue visiting them in the future as well.

I am regular to saloon for last 04 years since we shifted to Al Quasis. Packages are really good and are value for money with good services. I have tried smoothing with them which was good. Staff is very courteous.

I had gone to this saloon today afternoon for a package, which included full hand wax, eyebrow upperlip, manicure and pedicure.The wax they use is not a good quality wax. My hands started to itch from an hour after the wax and now there are boils on my hands. It look quite bad. I really want to address this, as this is not something to be used on peoples skin. I have shown in the picture as to how bad it looks now.Also the nail polish used in the saloon was really bad quality. My nail polish started to come off by the evening. Keeping in mind that I got the manicure done today afternoon.

My first visit was yesterday, it was just amazing. My experience from walking through the door to leaving was absolutely fantastic. The team were superb friendly and accommodating . Ms divya listened intently to what i wanted and offered her opinion, the result was so better than i expected. My hair is amazing and i love how its turned out.my hair was red and short and i have struggled anywhere else with the right tone and vibrancy.Ms.Inoka was amazing. She really someone who knows how to cut short hairs.Also Ms. Sita and Ms.marian they also have spent enough time with me, usually their working time from 9.30 am to 9.30pm,but they stay back with me till 11.30pm until i get my complete satisfaction. Its really appreciable.I will always recommend this salon to all my friends. Will definitely be going back there..thank youuu whole the team...thank you so much.

They just want to reach their monthly target.. they r interested only in new customers and canvasing them to do different packages.Not at all interested to keep a good relationship with existing customers.On my first visit i spend almost 2000 dhms there doing keratin, haircut, facial etc.On ur first visit they will treat u like princess lol..I just wanted to do a facial and they forced me to a package of 3 sittings. After two sittings now they are telling me that all my sittings are over.And for the second sitting they acted like it was a free service i am doing at their mercy !Atleast they should have the professionilsm to not talk about a customer when the customers are present there.Never would step there again wont encourage any of my friends also to visit there

My experience with beautytalkz quasais branch was horrible with regards to hair rebonding which wore off in a months time. They have a very unprofessional and lethargic team. Dont have proper manners to attend a client or answer their queries.The owner Divya being a lovely person I went there. Wouldnt go again after the poor service and unprofessionalism.

I went for eye lash removal to this saloon and both reshmi and komal wr so good in thr service and they tried thr best to give me the most comfort and less pain wt in it is actually a painful process .....5 star for thr attitude and service ...reshmi was tooo good and komal indeed was gentle to do to this service

Really unhappy with the service at this salon.The manicure was done by someone who was totally unprofessional. They cut my cuticles way too deep and was literally bleeding. The products are old as well and the salon was just unhygienic.When I asked to speak to the owner, they just totally ignored me and then told me that they were out of town. The amount I paid was totally not worth the service which was provided. Would definetly not come back here again!!!!!

This is the worst salon ever in my entire life! Dont ever go here. Like I been here to have a haircut and this lady just dont want to assist us. We still proceed with the haircur the funny part is in the middle of my hair cutting she put down the scissor and ask us to pay!! like what??!! she havent finish anything like I was going to run and ask us the money already and also to pay the service for my nephew who was not yet even begin!! So I leave the salon half haircut and half not!! seriously! DO Not GO HEre AT ALL

Very bad service, cheap quality products, I done my smoothening there, after applying the cream hair falls started , I lost my hair , especially the staff Ms reshmi didn’t check properly, she is blaming me you have hair falls, I thought that normal hair falls , but they started blow dry I can see 2 hand full of hair falls , and she told me the product is good and all , then I started crying, because I loose my hair, they don’t have any problem, even I messaged to the owner , I’m not suggesting to anyone , be careful…

Did my hair botox at this place. Had the worst experience in my whole life. My hair starts to fall like crazy and after few weeks realized that they burned hell lots of hair and I realized only after it started to grow back (thankfully it grew but its a LOT) - I know it is unbelievable. Please dont go to this place if u really care for ur hair.

Have recently visited the Al qusais branch for a pedicure. No value for money, poor service and lethargic staff. Very lenient at work. The lady providing the service was very clumsy and unprofessional. Was a good branch earlier, now I guess the facility n service both needs an upgrade.

Divya, does an amazing job, she gave the exact color that I wanted. Even though bleaching is famous for damaging hair, her procedure caused minimal damage and the hair is still soft and the color is really beautiful. Firdos gave me an amazing haircut, which literally left me 10 years younger. Loved it!!

I had visited the parlor for a hair Botox treatmentAbsolutely loved the treatment here at this parlor. I hadso many concerns with my hair as I have naturally verycurly and frizzy hair and with over-straightening, a lotof which got damaged in the process. I wanted to lookfor a solution that would avoid me from using heatingtools to prevent damage at the same time restore lifeinto my hair. I was not expecting such good resultsafter my hairwash considering it to still remain curly,but I was in for a surprise. My hair became so muchsofter, and the hair Botox treatment relaxed my curls ina manner that kept the shine and volume. Thanks a lot for your warm welcome here, and the staff for suggesting me whats good and giving me a heads-up of the post treatment consequences. I totallyrecommend the hair Botox here. Its totally worth it..

It was a worst experience! I visited this salon for the first time and for sure has ended for last. I visited on 9th oct18 (tuesday) around 12.45 pm and from the very beginning receptionist uptill staff was totally an unprofessional attitude what i encountered. I checked for 99 aed package, but receptionist was i think in her own world and least interested to assist. instead of 99 i paid 104 aed which wasnt explained before.Firstly, she called Ruby but she cut a sorry figure to take me and then she called Asha to give me service. There was no etiqutte how to greet your customer and how to take them for service. Songs were played on personal mobile , staff was busy eating and chatting, ordering food and in salon i was only one for the service.I did available service in 99 aed package including pedicure with Asha and was not at all happy as it hardly lasted for 15 min so you people can guess what she did in her pedicure procedure.Asha asked me to select nail paint, i could not make it as i was on pedicure seat, when i asked asha to show me shades she replied we have these you select. she didnot even bothered to show me range of colors in person only from far you select. i have not paid this amount to take such a horrible service.I asked for owner timing she said i dont know what time she comes. In short, DEAR OWNER PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION. PLEASE MAINTAIN HYGIENE FOR THE BLACK GOWNS YOU PROVIDE, NOT AT ALL IN A STATE FOR USE!!!.THANKS

My experience - staff not welcoming, forget welcoming it was almost as if they being punished everytime a customer walked in. I went for a hair cut, the lady screwed it up completely. I have very short hair, there is nothing I can do to salvage it now..its been cut uneven, without style and its horrible. Never met such a phathetic hair stylist. She cut my hair in 10 mins..so u can imagine how i look. My advise avoid for haircut specifically short hair styles.( al qusais branch)

Horrible service!As the place is very cheap actually there is nothing much I can expect. They do very interesting packages but end up worth for not even 1 dhs. Staffs are very unprofessional as they talk as well as there is no first come first serve service. They take customer as they wish. I took hair loss/ antidundruff treatment but their treatment make it worse not better. Sorry to say but I am going to change the place the branch near pond park is the worst one of all.

Not even worth one star!! Advertising is attractive n u enter the parlour to see a bunch of unprofessional people who are least bothered about clients. One thing to make very clear is for a Short Haircut - this parlour is a BIG NO NOHad a horrible haircut from a lady who hailed from Andhra who was very impolite n gave vague answers when requested her about the way I needed the haircut. The experience of getting waxing done here is most comfortable and neat. It is my most preferred one when it comes to hygienic services evrythn is taken care here from my comfort to cleanliness and neatness of service. I liked the friendly nature of staff

I usually don’t believe in bad reviews, but Beauty Talkz is by far one of the most disappointing salon I have been to! The receptionist is busy with her own problems, there is no one to attend to the customer, the staff is extremely nosy and rude. You guys need to do something about your customer experience, otherwise these offers or price slashes are not going to help.

My first visit here, took a package of AED 99 and I was supposed to select 4 options. I selected facial, manicure and pedicure. I was about to select the 4th option but the receptionist said pedicure is counted as 2 options, dont know why. When I paid 100 AED for 99 she said I need to pay 104AED, dont know why. Anyways I paid, after waiting for 10 mins my turn came. During manicure the girl cut and filed my nails and then put a cream on my hand and massaged for 30 secs and said manicure is done. To my shock it was the first manicure ever that ended in 6 to 8 mins and when I asked she said in package we do like this. Pedicure was a little better in comparison of manicure but that even ended in max 20- 25 mins with a cream massage of 1 min and scrubbing of 1 min with cutting and filing. Facial was the only thing that was much better, not best though. I would suggest people to ask in detail about their services before taking any of their package. I quite felt my 104 AED wasted.

The best salon ever that I have come across. Amazing staff , they are so warm and friendly . Make us feel so comfortable! This place is just amazing !!! The makeover I got is beyond my imagination.. Earlier I had given this place a four star but the new staff is just pathetic. Its d time of Diwali n the new girl Sadia something has ruined my eyebrows. One looks like a V n one looks horribly thin n in a circle shape. Never going to this place again. I have noticed that all d good staff has left this place so dont go!!!

Arleen the new philipino staff is really good with her work.. she was very careful and professional while doing the bikini waxing and also her pedicure was good as well..!Sita was very helpful while I smudge the nail polish on my hand.. Sita and iqra offered help..!So kiddos to this team.. I’ll keep on coming back for Sita and Arleen for sure..thanks for always assisting me..!

Was a big fan of this place until the service dropped big time. The staff does not even care and not apologetic of the horrible condition of the gowns given to customers to wear. The picture attached is the towel given to wear due to lack of gowns. Terribly shockin and disappointing!

Did facial there recently. Not good . In the first place ,Place s not neat. Staff doesnt have clue wat facial v ask. Did not even put mask at d end. Jus scrubbed and said facial finished. After I asked no mask was put . Then staff put a mask for me. Dis a high cost facial but not worth it. I Dont recommend this place. Not Professional.

Very bad customer service. I have a pending service with them suddenly they have to apply their conditions which they didnt tell me about it before , they choose to make any easy service which i paid for it with my money. The employee very impolite she was shouting on me and the boss didnt want to talk with me on phone as if this is not my right that i paid for it. They give offers as if it is charity from them not we paid for it. last time to visit their shop and not recommended .

I had a problem with the way that one of my nails came out and the way that the employees and management handled it was very professional. They fixed the one nail without charge and I am in love with the final product.

Iam going to beauty talkz frm 4 to 5 yrs.everytime i visited i was fully satisfied wid their service..i didnt step into any other parlour since i started gong beauty talkz.

I had done the keratin from qusais branch and was satisfied with it .now planning to do it one more time.

I had visited this salon for blow dry straight hair. The results barely lasted for few hours, when I get it done from elsewhere it lasts for Atleast 3 days. Plus the ends weren’t straightened well. I wouldn’t recommend this salon for this particular hair service.

A friend of mine suggested that I took my girlfriend to get her nails done here and she was very happy with her service, making her happy with me!

Visited the salon today ...HORRIBLE condition, cockroaches moving about, unhygienic place.The Kerala lady is SO UNPROFESSIONAL!... All the time on the phone with husband and daughter even when she was doing the manicure.She just sat in a position where she could see her phone....not bothered about my inconvenience. Manicure was HORRIBLE...can you imagine when l asked for the top coat,she said we dont have...its over!....Seriously?!!!! Is this a salon?The Pakistani lady Sumaira is so sweet...works very consciously very dedicated and gave me a very good service for back clean up.Please do not go there...its dirty,unhygienic and l feel that the Kerala lady is just timepass over there,getting all the work done by Sumaira.Management step up or close down this branch!....l think the municipality should come for checking in the Qusais branch!
