An excellent salon at Movenpick JBR in Dubai...my hair was a mess and I got an amazing cut...the owner really knows his profession. Lovely that Ive gotten lots of compliments when I thought there was nothing I could do with my hair! Also they do great color, and the new associate does amazing makeup. .I always leave very pleased since I come to Dubai often.

The worst experience ever! Using a machine to do a pedicure, the salon clearly don’t know what a pedicure is, the worst pedicure I have ever had. The salon was not clean felt very uncomfortable and the chair they sat me on was so flimsy. My trousers are full of dirt because of the machine used and now having to sort myself out rather than just heading straight out like I wanted to. On top of that I got quoted 95 AED last week for a pedicure and I went today was told 200 AED! Even reputable salons like The Salon Dubai JBR don’t charge that much! Ridiculous! Stay away if you’re not from Dubai because clearly they will just rip you off thinking you haven’t done your research. Wish I just went to a different salon.

My friend has come from the US and she went here for a service and they tried to over charge her (which was done by the owner himself!) he clearly thought she wouldn’t challenge him for trying to charge her such a ridiculous amount! Have some shame! We live in Dubai where honesty goes a long way and what you have done is terrible for service, you have no morals, working in a 5* hotel with such low standards. Disgraceful. Avoid them.
