Was today in salon for gellish mani/pedi. Very dissapointed with provided service, nail technican wast accurate, the pedecure was not that bad, but namecure is horrible.(will provids pictures as prove). Sitting fasilities are not comfortable, nail technical didnt bother to make me in comfort, she was pooling my hand towards to her instead of change the posiyion by herself. I asked her to do so, but been ignored. She listen to my request only for second time ehen i start be annoyed with service. Never go there anymore

Done gel mani pedi at Black and White Salon a few times now - it was always done very well and has lasted me the entire 4 weeks (sometimes more). Staff members are professional, polite, and quite hospitable. Prices are also fair and reasonable for the quality of work. All in all, great service! Would recommend :)

I found this salon through a friend recommendation so I tried it.. shop is quite difficult to find, was late for half an hour still they manage to do my nails and hair even though they have next client,, nail extension is amazing and hair is wow with affordable price and also they manage to squeeze me in for eyebrow threading. Highly recommended.. they also have nice gel colors. 😁😀

Great place for getting your nails done at a reasonable price. The nail tech was friendly and lovely and I would definitely recommend.

The technician Judith was extremely rude to me. First she hardly said hello to me despite me grQeeting her in a friendly way as i usually do with any service provider. While doing my nails She kept holding my fingers very harshly. Sometimes her own nails would poke into my skin, other times, she would hold so hard that it would really hurt. I told her 3 to 4 times honey please hold a little lightly to which she didnt even respond once let alone apologize for hurting me. Then at the 5th time, I said please hold lightly, at which she started showing attitude instead of saying sorry. I kept saying to her that I have asked you so many times at which she snapped at me and yelled I said sorry which she hadnt. None of the other girls apologized on her behalf. And no one reprimanded her. I normally tip my service provider but I just paid and quietly left. The experience completely ruined the whole mood. I would not recommend as normally salon ladies are very polite and kind in Dubai.

I visited the place on 20th Aug and the service and experience was so bad.. Even though it wasnt my first time but will definitely be my last. Rose, who did my gel mani, was so rude and cold. Knowing that I requested her in particular since I had a good experience with her before. She was so unfriendly and disrespectful this time. I picked up 4/5 colors for my gel meni and asked her if she can get me the same/similar colors for my classic pedi. However she was rude and asked me to go check them out by myself even though I have already started with my pedicure with Marie. Then I asked her again, do you want me to stop now my pedi and pick up the colors, and her answer was so cold yes.I never experience such a treatment in any of the salons that I have visited in my entire life.The whole session was horrible with her mean disrespectful attitude!Dubai has plenty of salons and what makes one salon better than the other is the service and staff attitude. Just dont ruin your day and waste your money in this shop, not worthy at all!!

Ive been with them for around almost a year now for my mani, pedi & eyebrows. I feel safe in the salon since everyone is observing the SOP for cleanliness and safety. The have a system in place also to remind you for your appointment. The technicians are very professional and my gelish nails last for sometime. Good value for a good service.

Ive been going to this salon for my nail appointments since May 2021 and I have been a regular since then. Miss Yen and Diane have always been nice to cater to my appointment requests. Miss Nadia is top-notch when it comes to acrylic nails. When Im using regular gelish, my usual go-to for mani-pedis are Miss Rose and Daisy. They are all professionals, very respectful and funny. The salon is easy to find when youre walking by the lake. I highly recommend this salon and their nail service.

So happy to find a new ladies salon closer to where I live and work. Quite picky with who cuts and colors my hair so was happy to trust Fatima with my chosen style. Other services are great too. Lots of nail polish colors (we need this ladies!) and generally smooth and very accomodating with last minute bookings. Also like that the girls were chatty but just enough to ease the wait. Coming back for sure! :)

Very nice salon.. im a walk in client and did several services.. they are very accomodating.. next day i book some services but came late. they still accept me even its quite late., they did not rush my services not like other salons. if they know that its already late the technician is rushing ending up fail or bad quality of work..you gotta try them... number 1 service provider...

The saloon got very good atmosphere, clean & hygienic area, most especially during this pandemic. The reception is good and I am very warmly greeted upon entrance. The stylist is great as well, very skilled, attentive & provide good service. Highly recommended!

Went for a haircut and eyebrow threading. Threading was superbly done, however the haircut was sub-standard. I had asked for a lob with choppy locks and just received a trim which I could have done at home myself. Will not be going there again. The hair stylist was quick to point out that the haircut didn’t look as desired as I have thick hair. Not what you expect from a professional!

I had a great exprienced in this Salon, they offered a high quality service. All the staff are so professional and accomodating. The place is very welcoming and had a good ambience which I like the most. Im really so impress and satisfied for their services. I will surely recommend them to my friends and relatives. I had the worst nail extension experience ever, I was going on vacation so I went there to do acrylic then Nazira did it for me and guess what , one nail has broken after less than 24 hours without any effort while working so I called the salon they said ok come And will fix it, and they fixed it.Next day 2 more nails broken again! What the hell is that? Is that acrylic or plastic extensions? I don’t recommend their service at all, they are not professional and you will waste your time and money.

Black and White saloon has been my to go to when it comes to my nails and brows. They were excellent at it and all the staffs were friendly and accommodating not to mention very well trained. Highly Recommended

1.Staff was super rude, they dont know how to speak to people.2.Untrained staff.3.As soon as they saw my groupon coupon they behaved like I have got a complimentary voucher or something, they paid no attention to details. Threaded my eyebrow so bad that I had to come home n redo it myself.Maybe they give a better service to people who pay upfront. Anyway I will never go back to them even if its the last salon in the world.

From where should I start ... poor quality nail polish... all my nails broke and chipped starting on the 5th day after the appointment..really disappointed.. this never happened to me - all 5-6-7 years of doing my nails... and i have .. excuse me HAD strong good nails........

The worst waxing ever. The beautician is pulling the wax in any side she wants, she caused me wounds and she is not even asking me if I am ready or not, she is just pulling in a wrong way even. Worst of all, I have too much hair left. I will never go back here!

Worst Salon Ever! The staff is the rudest Ive seen in Dubai and theyre not organized at all!!!! Never go there :/

1. Manicure Pedicure - The lady did an unsatisfactory job. I mainly wanted to focus on getting rid of my dead skin, callous etc on the feet and the lady wrapped both, mani and pedi in a span of 35-30 min! I expected better cleaning compared to the price I paid for it.2. Keratin Hair Treatment - The Russian hair-dresser did a fantastic job at handling my hair. I have a sensitive scalp and I cant take even the slightest pulling and manhandling of my hair but to my surprise the hair-dresser managed my hair beautifully well! Would definitely recommend her to all! :)
