Blue flame salon -Al Satwa

This has been my go-to and fave salon since 2017 and until now, I keep coming back. I must say, they give the best customer service.Special mention to Ate Andrea who has always been my nail tech for as long as I can remember! ♥️

Its a CHEATING SALON. 😡When I message to ask for a hair bebonding and full colour, one lady called Michelle confirmed a price. Then I visited the salon. There were 2 SriLankan ladies. They said a higher price saying that Michelle doesnt know the prices. How come they tell the customers like that when we visit there??? One of the Srilankan lady took me out of the salon and telling Sister, I will do your hair for very less price, if you visit my home 😡 How they are doing like that to customers? They DO NOT KNOW how to talk to customers. Michelle did not reply to my messages also.DO NOT CHEAT ON CUSTOMERS MICHELLE..😡

Very annoying saloon ever its always like if the owner is chinese dont ever messages them coz the flyers persons michele its not in that saloon anymore but still always using or i dont kmow different prices 😡 the worst thing is like your talking to unemployed agent 😡

Cannot follow instructions because of difficulty in understanding of English language.rude attitude of this women they call Madam.Over charge of having only hair cut.charge me of 25 dirhams .i Will not recommend this Salon

Good.. its prices are very low.. compared to other salons in the same area.. parking is available
