I saw the offers on Facebook and they have a 18 items package only for AED 206. It seemed to good to be true. But it actually was, I was not only treated well. But also had a relaxed time. The best thing is they do not rush and they give u a proper relaxed service. Ate Luc (aka Lose) is one of the best staff they have there Very funny and energetic. Not forgetting Anita and Arlene who are very helpful.P.S. IF your going for a Moroccan Bath Carry your own loofah with u. And try wearing something loose and comfortable.

I have been coming here for the last +4 years, the salon is very professional and I always have a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable and will help you get the best services that are right for you. It’s a great place to get anything done for your hair, the stylist always produces exactly what I’m after and I get so many compliments on it. Their beauty services and treatments are equally wonderful. I just appreciate how much attention the girls put into what I want. Im so happy to have found a five-star salon, which is reasonably priced and offers excellent service. Thank you, girls!!

I have been using bodyline spa and salon for quite sometime now and what I really like about this place is their cleanliness and service. Even on offers (which are unbelievable) they normally dont cut corners by using cheap products and ensure the customer gets the best service. Another great quality is their ability to manage their time .. once you fix an appointment your waiting time at the salon is minimal ! Their staff are clean , professional and courteous. I had been here an year back and the service was good. Recently had been there for a Body Massage ,hair cut and scrub.The lady did a good job with the hair cut.I must admit that the body massage was the worst i have ever had!! All I asked her was to exert more pressure and she was like i have just started with the treatment.As a customer we have the right to suggest what kind of treatment we want.The staff was so sarcastic in her attitude and I dont know what she thinks of herself !! She really doesnt know how to do her job. I wouldnt recommend this place for body massage since its a complete waste of time and money.

I have done my hair cut and hair do at Bodyline . Tasleem did the hair cut and hairdo it was a nice experience and I will highly recommend this saloon for haircut and hair do .Staff and environment is very friendly .For those who said that 18 services they did and staff ask for the payment first. The first time I decided to go to Bodyline, I was a little skeptical as the online offers were too good to be true. But as soon as I walked into the Saloon, I was greeted with warm smiles which made me very comfortable. The ambience is also very tastefully done with ethnic décor. I wanted a haircut. The stylist suggested a new style that she felt would look good on me. And believe it or not, the compliments I’ve been getting every since is overwhelming. The staff is very friendly, prices are economical and the service is of high standards. I highly recommend Bodyline’s services.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service and the quality of work I received.Had my nails done, colour and highlights and I am so happy.The prices are so pocket friendly which is a nice bonus!!Ladies, you have got yourself a repeat customer!!!

Now this is a must share experience normally I don’t like switching saloon,but I saw their add on FB and was impress with the hair colour which were in personal of the staff which were absolutely beautiful,so I thought of giving a try.And I booked an appointment for hair coloring where I asked the staff that I want very natural colour with high and low lights staff named Sumaira told me she will do the best for me and she started discussing the colour that will go well..I was little scared as there me combinations of colour,but I trusted her and the outcome was AWESOME.My friends and colleagues appreciated me for the color.And I was so happy.

Got my highlights done love them Beena ( got the name wrong in previous comment) was too good so was the staff who did the consultation. I was hesitant initially as never been to the saloon before, they dint let me down. Keep it up

This saloon is very bad .before was very good. But now very bad service and staff ..cheating staff ..if I can get the owner I want to tell what staff doing..not good..I,m not recommended this saloon

When we go to the saloon , i was so skeptical on the services , because they had given a fantastic offer and iam usually warned about such offers . When we take the offer coupon they always treat us shoddy everywhere. But this spa my experience was very good. I had taken appointments and they were super accommodating . They also organised food for me and did all services on time . I look forward to my next visit .

Bodyline Spa and Salon. One of the most excellent salons in Dubai. This beauty salon employs qualified specialists and masters of their craft. They turn their customers dreams into reality. Very polite, friendly ladies working there. I recommend you go there. And special thanks to ms. Tasleem, shes the one who made color in my hairs. She is so amazing.

Very bad service, I would give 0 stars if I could. Their keratin treatment is nothing more thn a scam, they lure u in with tempting offers and when u go there, they will start saying u have thick here u have to pay 100 extra and why don’t u go for botox… I went for keratin treatment and after my first wash after 3 days, my hair were still the same, I went back t show them my hair and the owner of the parlour didn’t even bother to see my hair and kept repeating that keratin will not give 100% result but in my case I didn’t see 10% result also… I tried explaning that this is not my first time but she dismissed everything I said……she is not as sweet an understanding as she is being in the comments below. And its funny how they are writing thanks for the feedback to people who had bad experience in their saloon, like they are going to work on it and provide better services, but when I gave my feedback personally, didn’t seem to like it very much.

Have been living in Dubai for 10 years now and have tried and tested many Salons. Bodyline is a place which got stuck in my heart. I must say their services have been exemplary. Have been visiting this place since 2012. Theyve been maintaining good standards of cleanliness and ambience. Good going!!!

One of the worst and definitely the most rude salon ever specially the owner.I had done keratin treatment from the salon. After 3rd day, washed my hair and it was back to my old previous self. I had immediately sent the pictures to the owner to which the owner told me to call salon and speak with the manager. As i was out of the country on vacation (i had got the keratin done for the vacation, and they made sure they spoilt it) . I asked for a refund to which she didnt speak a word then. After i came back from my holidays and called them i asked for the refund. Only then they come up with a redo option and that too within 7 to 10 days. They force the customer to sign on their terms with a very rude behavior. The owner doesnt identify herself as the owner rather as some Priya even after explicitly being asked. Hence you can easily understand how fraud she can be. I had to take an appointment as I am forced to take a redo within 7 days. So I waited for two washes to write this review.Definitely this time they did a decent job. Which proves that they had done something else in the name of Keratin treatment. The owner bulldozes customers and does not accept het mistake.Wish I could upload pictures to show you the results. P. S. I HAVE DONE KERATIN TREATMENT EARLIER AND I KNOW WHAT THE RESULTS ARE. ANOTHER LADY IN THE REVIEWS ALSO HAD THE SAME COMPLAIN AS ME. HENCE ITS A GENUINE COMPLAIN AND CONCERN.

I have been coming here for the last +2 years. Its always the highlight of my day when I get my hair done over here. The entire staff is very welcoming and caring. The salon is very clean, professional and diverse. My style team is Sumera and Tasleem, they are quite amazing. They have never let me down, I always leave feeling and, most of all,looking fantastic. Sumera has an artists touch with my blonde highlights. I would highly recommended this salon and a thousand stars from the sky if I could.

Good experience. Their honey wax is excellent. Great staff! Affordable price! Good quality. I was little sceptical looking at very cheap offers from them. My theory proved wrong. It is not necessary that cheaper price means low quality.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. The staff are all hands-on and most accommodating. Tasleem and Metsy took care of my treatments like legends. Priya has a great set up here as she now has a regular customer! woo hoo!

Went for a hair color session yesterday at Bodyline and their staff Tasleem was the one who attended me from the beginning till the end. She is not only a very customer-friendly person but also a very professional hair stylist. She did exactly how and what I wanted for my hair. She chose mahogany shade for me and it couldnt be more perfect. She also styled it so well in the end, I left with a big smile on my face. Thank you so much Tasleem.

Be very careful everyone, do not hire any home service from this salon cause things will start disappearing from your house.. I wanted a home service and a lady named Kieren came and took 9 of my towels in the bathroom when she asked for using it. When I faced her, she returned only 3 of them. Apparently, the manager is always away and the girls collude together. When I wanted to talk to the manager, they started covering for each other in order not to let me speak to her.Please be very careful from hiring this salon.

I was being there for my hair cut and I use to go for waxing. There staff is good. I strongly recommend this Saloon for Hair cut & Hair styling.They do offer many other services like :Morrocon bathWaxingBody massageManicure pedicureHair color and higlightsGelish nail polish and many more.

Not worth at all... Bad service... Worst facial ever it lasted just 15 mins... Bad Manager, unhygienic place n staff is always talking about the customers once the customer leaves... Also the Staff is always talking bad about each other And complaining about the work in front of the clients... Never ever do their hair color it damage the hair completely... No options in gel nail color. Manager also doesnt bother... I took the 249 package it was a total waste of my money.... will never recommend anyone and will never go back for sure

Visited the saloon earlier today and availed the 6 items for 199 dhs pkg exclusive of tax. At first i was not sure what to expect as it seemed to be too good to be true. But to my surprise the staffs were friendly, at the reception desk we had ms.chanda who attended to my queries and product information in detail. Then we had ms. Sumaira who did my fruity body scrub, body clay mask and goldfacial, ms.luz who did my pedicure and full body massage and ms.taslim who did my hair spa and eyebrows threading.All in all i was quiet happy with the work done and will look forward to visit them again in sept...that is not all.. ms.lakshmi the saloon head was there through out ensuring every work done the clients satisfaction was met....So all you gorgeous ladies do make it a point to visit bodyline ladies spa and saloon for some amazing pampering at a rock bottom cost....

I visited the place for their hair cut package.. Hair Spa, Hair Wash, Hair Cut & Basic Blowdry. It was for 104 Dhs inclusive. Tasneem was very professional & even gave me a lot of tips to maintain my hair better. The place is clean and well decorated. It was a well worth it package and will visit again to try their other packages.

The management was amazing.. Sumaira was very understanding and she listened my queries patiently.. this was my first time and will now come again and again. Such a hygenic and comfortable place. I am so happy.. looking my hairs again and again.. thanks to sumaira for an amazing hair color and understanding my requirements

I am very very disappointed with the service they provided me..i came from long way as i heard good things about this saloon but u left me very disappointment.I came for 18 service package and need to finish in one go as i stay very far from this location and cant travel for 2nd session...but u still denied for it and telling me to pay for whole service and will give me half service for 1day and half service in 2nd day.I will never recommend to anyone for this salon. There is no coorparation.

I visited last week on Wednesday and 3rd april.i bought a package with keratin hair and spaMy first visit was nice but the result what I am expected It should stay at list for 3month but in next week when I wash my hair it was the same as before doing karatine . there was no effect in my hair . I am so disappointed and the price what they are offering they charge additional cost on service .......

Not at all satisfied with botox.Horrible experience.....Do not waste your money there,the owner doesnt know how to talk to customers.I did botox,the result was effective only for 1 day after 3 days of hair wash my hair was the same as before.Waste of 525 AEDThey are just running saloon to earn and for the business not for customer satisfaction.

I always visit here to pamper myself. Recommended to my friends. Staffs are friendly and affordable price. Just that it tends to be busy sometimes so you need to book your slot.

TOTALLY WASTE of MONEYWaxing was okay but Dont go for massage. She finished in 35mins for 1hour massage. I told the lady its not even 40mins yet and she insisted that she is following the clock in room which I was checking. I knew it clearly cuz I renew the parking. I just said finish it cuz she didnt know how to do massage at all. Worst massage ever with lLong Nails.Plus place is very old

One of the worst saloons i have seen in dubai.. Had a very bad experience.. They use very poor quality products.. They attract you with their packages but itz all at the cost of quality..Both cleints were having the same complaint with that poor quality wax.. They had to wax 5-6 time each patch of skin to clear it..They broke my nail and it bled while doing pedicure.. and was so painful..‘Hair Spa’ was worse than how we wash our hair at home..And above all this they dont care about your time.. they will apply some product and keep you waiting till their staff who goes to attend other client gets free...They dont give the package they advertise on their fb pages.. Itz all fraud !I dont know why the government isnt closing down these sub standard saloons..😱

I was quite Sceptical abt botox .. i have done kertaine from a different parlor which was a disaster... that actualy ruined my hair i jst couldnt manage my hair ......... but when i read abt bodyline i tght let me give it a short ... when i went there i was told what would be the outcome and what was botox all about .. no false promises ....staff there samirah n tasleem where really polite and they did an excellent job.....i was in a hurry but she took her own tme and made sure its done properly .after wash my hair has becme smooth n managable.Thank you Bodyline.... will surely recommend this parlor ..

They have very bad employ. They dont no how to talk to client and they dont want to clients. We purchase 99dhs package. When we reach. They said they will do only basic thing. I ask you didnt inforeThey said we are not telling on call. When client reach then they will invite. That client dont have other option.

They send offer messages and at the time of availing services they tell you a complete different story....Like today,they told me that pedi mani includes only nail cutting and filing...so I told her,why you wrote pedi mani,you should write nail cut and file...And they are rude as well...Once you will reach saloon,they will take the money and then you cant do anything also...Unlike others,first you avail the services then you pay... And they were also getting calls from customers after disconnecting the call they were talking rubbish about them...worst experience ever...Never going back again...

Never recommend to any one. They never mentioned all details even never told on the call. But when you went there, surprise waiting for you....pathetic...mis commitments. We purchased 2 coupons for 11 services but when we reach..first they told us to wait, although we went there after confirmed appointment and on time.then when we asked for the details....the lady said that the services are onlu basic...even nothing was mentioned like this....even the client came when we were seated there, they asked extra for the servicea already mentioned on the coupon.....very bad experience

Pathetic service.. had very bad experience with this salon for my wife who went for hair treatment . her hair looks horrible after she went to the salon. I can see difference before and after the hair treatment . Im the one who paid for this and I must say it was utter waste us.. really regret sending her to this salon.

I have visited there with my frnd for Botox to be done & they have taken some 500 plus AED for the same & after the wash the condition of hair is normal,when we called her & visited to show her the result,she talked in a very unrelenting manner as if it is normal.The way of talking of owner is too bad.She treat us as if we are uneducated & have never seen beauty saloons.Not satisfied & mere wastage of money.....will nvr suggest for anyone...............

I keep going to this salon whenever I am in Dubai, because of the quality of the services, and great prices. However, now it looks like its run down, in desperate need of renovation.
