Massively Overpriced, good cut though

It was the worst haircut I ever had in my life. The barber starts with 2.5m and asks me if this is enough. For Gods sake, what is left!!

I went in thinking I would get a good “shave experience and came out with a decent ish beard, BUT with razor cuts on my moustache and under my neck. The shop was empty, and the barber was in a rush - what I experienced was not 120 AED shave - sadly I will not be returning here again.

Can’t assess the whole place, but definitely stay away from master named Mina Nigy! Completely unprofessional. That was the worst experience I ever had in any barbershops. I came there to get a haircut and an advice on what to do with my beard, which I grew the first time in my life and how to continue growing it properly (usually I shave every day, but this was the first time didn’t shave for 6 weeks)For my haircut I asked to do a business looking ‘squared’ shape with straight vertical lines on a side. As a result, my service master took a hairdressing machine and did a round form for my head. When I stopped him and said that he already cut too much in the area between the top and the sides (which shall form the corners of the squared shape), he said that he will fix it, but in reality he continued to cut this area even more! And then he said that it is too short now and he can’t fix anything. Then he switched to do the beard. The beard trimming service wasn’t good as well: he couldn’t consult me on what would better fit me. He also didn’t try to shape my beard - just trimmed with machine and then even didn’t take the effort to take care about stand-alone hairs or hairs that the machine didn’t seize. In addition, on the neck side he pressed the machine against my skin to much which caused immediate irritation and inflammation. So, in general, the service was provided, but at very low-quality level. Something you might expect from mid-priced two times cheaper salons, but not from a salon that positions itself as a premium one.As a result, I had to raise the complaint with the salon owner and we could find the common solution, but the whole experience of visiting a premium barbershop was ruined.
