I did my hair two times with Amina and both times it was amazing.She recommended nice curls for me and the result was perfect. My hair stayed fresh and nice with amazing curls for 5 days. Curls were done using blow dry only without using fair and putting much heat to my hair.The saloon is nice and clean.

Caracatere has always been my go to salon for about 8 years because of Amina, my favorite hairdresser and stylist. She is so professional with her styling and the products she uses, friendly and will make sure to bring a smile on your face. I have been going to her for years and have even changed branches whenever she got transferred, she is now at the Remraam branch. 10/10 totally recommend her.

I did my hair with Amina two times. The blow dry was perfect. It stayed fresh and perfect for almost 5 days. The curles were amazing and very professional and Amina did them for me woth blow dry only without using fair and putting much heat to my hair. She recommended what is best for me and what suits me best and the result was amazing.The saloon is clean and nice and everything was perfect..

My wife had a great experience with Amina for the hair wash and blow dry. Although the curls didn’t last more than a couple of hours, her service was excellent and she was very patient. Parking usualy available and is free, being inside Remraam community. One star down due to the relatively higher rates.

I took my younger daughter (8 years old) to the remraam branch to get her hair cut without blow dry (i think they just dryed her hair as they had asked me three times if she wants blow her hair blow dryer to which i said no all three times i had even said no to the wash but they still washed her hair) and they had charged me 150 aed. two weeks later i went to the motor city branch to get my older daughters hair cut and had my younger daughter with me and i had asked them how much they usually charge for a kids hair cut and they had said 75aed which is DOUBLE 150 also i would like to add i had asked my older daughter to make the payment so i think they might have took advantage that a young girl is making the payment which if they did do that then it is so shallow on there part.

I recently visited the salon and had the pleasure of getting a haircut with Samaher, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Samaher not only delivered a perfect haircut but also managed to surpass all my expectations. Her expertise and attention to detail truly shone through, leaving me feeling fabulous and confident with my new look.

I just found my old hair dresser Amina at the Remraam branch. It was such a beautiful surprise. I used to go to her weekly when she was at the media city branch and was sad when she left the country back in 2020. So happy that she is back, she is the only person I trust my hair with. I recently wanted a change of hair color from having brown hair for 35 years and she gave me the best blonde highlights. She is also a pro in blow drying African hair and gives me a blow dry that lasts one week without coiling up. If u are looking for someone to understand ur hair, Amina is the right person.

I had a great experienced with Lila, I had couples of nails treatments with her. Results absolutely amazing ❤️

Easily the worst salon I have ever visited. I booked an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. When I got there I was taken to do my eyebrows. The lady burned my skin and removed about half of my eyebrow, even though I asked her just to simply tidy them up and had asked her before hand to check the temperature of the wax. She then asked one of the other women to do it - as she quite clearly had little to no experience in waxing. This other lady then began doing my nails. There was a big disagreement between her and one of the other employees who was about to start doing another lady’s nails who had arrived after I did. During this time I was shouted at by the second employee and told I couldn’t get my nails done because the other client was more important. The woman who operates the phone then cleared this up and said they would need to share resources and both of us would be able to get our nails done. She went over to the other client and apologise profusely and left me to feel embarrassed. The lady who finally began my nails, took 3 hours and produced wonky, uneven extensions; cut me 3 times; and failed to complete my nails because she didn’t know how. My experience here has been disgusting and I have been treated appallingly and can only advise others not to waste their hard earned money here.

The service of my nail was bad. I told maya I wanted my nails like in the video, and she said we cant. Your nails are small, and I fighted with her, and she told me gilish with desine 60 Derham ma do for me Package nails normal and gilish and thats it and maya she put her hands on her face then on my hands too much this if one more time this happens Im going to another salon. Other than that everything is great .

Located in the community we live. Good service but pricey! I get a blow dry done, same quality and half the price.

Hiba waces very fast, gentle and so clean when it comes to be doing bikini waxing. Recommended!

The most unprofessional staff I have come across… just manicure took 2 hours , pedicure was done by amateur deep cut my nails and hurt me in the process.The worst part is how rude the lady who was doing the pedicure . On top of my time being wasted , I am hurt mentally and physically and just waste of money.

The beauticians smoke and then come straight to do services like threading, they could at least wear a mask or put on some body spray, it ruins my experience every time, I have to hold my breath until she is finished.

Happened to try them because i was in the area. Satisfied with the service provided- hair wash and threading. Will definitely visit again.
