I’ve been going to Rabia for my Moroccan bath for years now, and she’s absolutely amazing! She is my go-to person whenever I need the perfect Moroccan bath experience. Her technique is incredible, and she always uses natural ingredients that have worked wonders for my skin—leaving it smooth, brightened, and refreshed.The bath is always warm and comforting, thanks to her attentiveness in keeping the sauna at the perfect temperature. I am regular customer to this Salone since 2014 everyone is doing great job from the hair to the nails including Moroccan bath BUT I couldn’t give full stars cause their receptionist wasn’t professional! Many times she ignored my appointments and last time I had informed her about my coming early morning for appointment but when I came I wasn’t registered and it was embarrassing! I had to show the the WhatsApp conversation to confirm my appointment!

I have tried make up and eyelash lifting with Rose and it was a great experience. Hairstyling and colouring with Dinora was very happy with the result. LPG with Jaleelah and was another great experience. All in all ladies were very kind and helpful looking forward for more treatment to try in Casa Bonita.

I love it. Did gelish mani pedi. They have an Efficient team ready with their tools comfortable seating calming music. Their morrocan bath is relaxing as well as effective. The massage is professional. The staff are overall well trained. My last visit the noise was contained which was great

I’m a regular at this Salo, and the staff is lovely and very welcoming and professional. There was an employee called Jalila yelling at all of them in front of everyone for smelling food for another employee rightfully so having her lunch sending her to tears. Jalila ignored me when I tried to tell her it’s not fair and didn’t even look at me. She made me and everyone uncomfortable, and most of all the lady who was eating her lunch PRIVATELY without bothering anyone. Jalila didn’t face any consequences. She made my comfort self care place chaotic and was very rude and disrespectful. There are other ways to speak to your fellow coworkers respectfully. I was so taken aback at the rudeness because I’ve never witnessed it anywhere. Jalila should have consequences for her actions, making her coworker cry, ignoring customers, and visibly making everyone uncomfortable. The entire team tried to be polite to calm her down but there are no words to describe her unprofessional and very mean and rude behavior. Once again, she needs to face consequences, it is unfair to belittle the entire team like that. And this is coming from a regular customer who absolutely loves Casa Bonita Team. Hope this reaches management and they take action. Truly unfair.

I am so happy to have found casa Bonita when I moved to mirdif! I literally live here. The services are excellent and I really appreciate that the owner gives teachers a discount! Yara is very sweet and always helpful, Sonia does amazing things with my hair and Kaye for lashes and manicures! Today I had the pleasure of a hydra facial with Jalila and she did the best facial I’ve ever had - and I do many in Dubai- Everyone that works there makes you feel special and they treat you very well. Dinora definitely fixed my hair. I had a really terrible hair cut from the lady before. The before and after is unbelievable. Booked forever as my permanent hair dresser ❤️

I love their meni pedi work but this is the second time I will mention that the nail polish is not ok🥲 I always get bubbles the next day !Second thing, I asked the receptionist about the hair color and she told me to send her a picture through WhatsApp but she never replied.

I will not recommend this Salon to anybody. Im so disappointed when i get the package for LPG. after taking my full payment the monster staff did not make my other session. and this girl is very annoying and disrespectful. why you have unprofessional staff like her. my other friends also make other service but they are not satisfied and long time nothing is change to their body. i think the staff doing the procedure is not really certified and no license. and their machine is not functioning well and i think its not calibrated. and i want to ask if they have license for this all service? i got my new session to other beauty shop and they are licensed and certified. is there any baladiya check this shop? or shall i ask?

I just did moroccan bath with Rabiaa, she is the best. I did moroccan bath before, but her service surpassed my expectation. She is amazing! She is very professional. Definetly, i will book again and invite my friends to try it too.

Unfortunately the staff has become unprofessional and rude.They do not treat you with respect even if you are a regular client !The only professional person is Cherry but when she is not there no one cares .The new receptionist Yara not at all prompt or client centric and will only cater to bilingual clients .Sonia the hair dresser thinks she is the best and throws attitude to clients .I think it’s high time Owner pays regular visit to salon to monitor the employees and their behavior.

One of the best Facials that I have done, the girl was so good, she did also massage for my arms and shoulders and head, super professional!!! I will visit again for sure! I had my makeup and hair done by Hana she’s amazing she did a great job giving me the most wonderful result and made my wedding day special. She’s professional, caring, and has a wonderful way of taking care of her customers.I did my nails with Mui and Nai both are great!I went back after my wedding for manicure and a haircut with Hana , again amazing result and service.

The ladies are all very friendly and patient with every single requests, whims of the clients. They always make sure that you leave the salon satisfied with the service you have paid for.Aside from the service, the cleanliness of the salon is very important as well and these ladies make sure that every area of the salon is in top condition

I had a very disturbing experience. They made me wait for ombre for 30 minutes just to find out that the nail technician had another appointment booked with someone else and ended up making someone who didn’t know ombre waste my time. Didn’t even have the courtesy to say sorry. The technician ‘kay’ was extremely rude and kept making faces at me. It was a horrifying experience. PS. I noticed the discrimination was at some other level.

One of the best salon i ever been, if you need a complete pampering this is the right place. They pedi and manicure was amazing and i did my protein hair treatment and in love with the result.. cherry was best at her managerial service and Sofia is the hair stylist.. I have done keratin and protein many times but this is the first time i did not get a single burning and she was extra careful..

This week I visited the saloon for the first time, definitely coming back!The perfect and the amazing services I got definitely worth the money paid!In long time I go to a saloon where they dont charge me extras or try to fool me!Facial was amazing with lifting and they gave me extra free foot massage, didnt heart at all, products are really good, and machines are clean and cannot find these machines in any saloon!eyelashes extension was amazing and fast, she did exactly what I wanted, and didnt have to waste lots of time cuz the technician is really fast.Names of the technicians:Nhai for eyelashesand Edna for facial.

I have been coming to the salon for two years now and I love it, the service of everyone is very good. Unfortunately recently, I have been very disappointed with the Arabic receptionist. I call in for an appointment specifically requesting Mimi and when I reach the salon, I find that Mimi is working on another client when I booked with her. Another time I book requesting Mimi and I was told that she arrives at 10AM, I reach the salon and I am told by one of the hairdressers that Mimi comes in at 12PM. Now, I call to book with Mimi, AGAIN, I am told that she will be available at 10AM only to find out that she is OFF that day! This has happened to me around 4-5 times now and it is completely UNACCEPTABLE. I love this salon and I would never complain about the staff there but I am so so so disappointed by this! It is so frustrating and will make me not come again if this happens again! PLEASE, DO BETTER.

Its my first time visiting this saloon for a hair fix. My hair was ruined by other saloon, it was a horrible day for me. I had a chat with the receptionist (Cheri) here, she was calmed and lent me her ears to listen to my vents. She recommended me to one of her colleagues (hairdresser) and she was too a kind and nice person. She did a quick fix and my hair looked better than before. I would say she is not an expert but she is good enough to not totally ruin my hair. Thanks to both of you!

I got an organic deep cleansing facial that was supposed to be an hour. Although it was not bad it only lasted 40 min and is definitely an express facial. i enjoyed the face massage but i wish i got what i paid for.

I did gelish polish for the third time in this saloon and am a regular customer and i have been introducing this saloon to all my friends but the last time i did gelish it start peeling off after 4 days only and they didnt accept to change it and they didnt even bother themselves to reply to my messages!!!

Didn’t have a good experience at this salon. The staff was speaking to each other so loudly in front of customers. Not organized. Waiting time was long even though there were no customers.

I have been going to Casabonita salon in Mirdif for a very long time to do Hair Protein treatment.. i have very dry and curly hair. Mimi is the BEST when it comes to this treatment.. she manages my hair in a very professional way.. the process is always smooth with her and i always leave with straight shiny hair that lasts 3 to 4 months.. LOVE it. Plus..she is such a sweet heart. I dont think i can live without this treatment anymore.. thank u mimi for the amazing job u do.

Friendly staff, clean overall and by far the best blow dry I had in Dubai, it lasted for days and survived the crazy weather. Nails were done nicely as well. Will go back for sure! Will be trying their facial and hamman offers this month.

Not recommended at all1. Staff attitude: in three visits we were so disappointed by the attitude of the grumpy staff especially the LPG Technician and the hair stylist from North Africa who refused to thread eyebrows for our fried and was yelling at other members when they asked her to help. They are rude, grumpy, and dealing with superiority attitude.2. Trying to sell you LPG sessions: when you are above 40 year old there will be no external remedy to stimulate the collagen of the face to remove deep groove and wrinkles unless you go for either surgery or Botox and fillers then comes supplements and moisturizers, therefore trying to convince 50 year old ladies that LPG will completely remove the double chin and deep wrinkles is a big misleading especially that they promise you that you will see results from first session. We have tried that and of course there was no such a miracle therefore we have asked for a refund but after a long argument with the saloon manager there. Please treat people with respect and don’t assume that everyone is a fool. Just be honest and respectful, this will bring more clients and more money.3. It is not a friendly environment where you feel that you are welcomed because everyone is grumpy except for some of the sad face workers who try to put a smile on the face. So depressing.4. The feeling we went out with is, we are only a dollar sign for them and they build a relationship on a hit and run attitude. Unfortunately, they didn’t notice that in the same area of the saloon there are 10 more salons offering great service with smiles and with no such attitude.Not recommended at all.Will not go there again.

It use to be my favorite saloon in the town .I went after a long time everything is changed .I went for hair cream massage and eyebrow which shouldn’t take more the one hour. A lady washed my hair , massaged for about 15 minutes and then asked me if this is enough . Left me with the steamer on head for about 45 minutes and started doing hair for someone who just walked in . After this pathetic massage experience , i asked her to do my eye brow as soon as possible. Where the lady left me on seat again for about 15 minutes knowing that i am not happy. Excuse was the funniest, they just had one eye brow thread and someone else was using it .Really disappointed.

Worst receptionist ever.Disrespectful,not having knowledge about customer service .I wanted to pay for service and I had 1000AED,receptionist told me that she has no change and instead taking initiativity and finding solution she simple told me that I have to find solution as she dont have change .

I got my nails done with gel i was informed that it would last for 3 weeks minimum and unfortunately it came off from the first week i set a complain and they refused to give me a re-make for my nails and i’m very disappointed . i understand some nails are more oily than other peoples nails but i deserve a re-make or a refund because it wont be right if u don’t take any action for my side

I was really happy with the services at the Salon. The ladies were very attentive to my needs and made me feel extremely comfortable.

Very bad experience, my family went there and the employee kept asking alot of unrelated questions.Also, the employee was very rude and pulls on the hair while trying to dye hair, and of course did really bad hair dye where some part of the hair wasnt dyed well and the employee was rather rude when told of that.The employee was really bad at her job and not professional.Noticed there was tension between employees, a very hostile environment for both customer and employees.

First and last time. Was left all alone in a corner in front of the bathroom to wait for 40min on already booked appointment only to be told that there is no hot water. Place is quite dirty so I guess better for me I didnt go through with the treatment

Absolutely love this place. I was visiting the UAE from CanadaI visited the salon in March around the time of my sisters wedding I loved it so much! I came back three days in a row and to be honest I would have came back a fourth time for the day of my sister’s wedding but since the wedding was in a different Emirate it just wasn’t logically to drive to Duabi. Since I arrived back home in Canada I’ve just been so sad as it is impossible to find a salon to the standards at Casa Bonita here in my city. The service at Casa Bonita is impeccable and unprecedented to any where else!I can’t wait to visit the UAE and spend some me time at the salon again.The manager of the salon is a faboulous young woman from Tunis if you happen to read this you are truly the best!You might remember me and my sisters as we booked under the name of “the suleiman family”.Anyways, thanks for the great experience.

I have been a customer of the salon since 2012 and it was an excellent salon, but unfortunately the standard has dropped very low. They answer phones and messages after a while when they dont respond at all. I booked to make a protein, and when I arrived, they said that the generous Syrian had finished and we forgot to call you, and if you could come tomorrow at the same time, the second day I called them a quarter of an hour before the appointment, they said that the supplier had not yet arrived, the generous one, and we were going to call you, and of course, days passed and no one called again. It is sad when a successful place with a history degrades due to poor management.

Today I went to Casa Bonita salon and had the best Moroccan bath with Rabiaa. It is truly amazing. I advise you to try it with her. Thank you, Casa Bonita, for your beautiful manners. Thank you, Shabana. Thank you, Shari. I love you very much.

The skin expert had two appointments at the same time. She did my face quickly, in a quarter of an hour, and did not clean all of the blackheads or sebum. Then they put a 40-D mask on me and I got rid of the second client. They spent a quarter of an hour removing it from my face because it had dried so much. When I complained to the management, they did not respond. I asked to go back and cleanse the skin again. They read the complaint. No one responded or contacted me
